WWE Smackdown Review 6/13/14 - Friday The 13th Edition

Note: This is going to be a very interesting show. Seeing that WWE just released a lot of wrestlers yesterday and some will be on WWE TV it will fit into this special episode. Today is Friday the 13th and Smackdown is going to be filled with scary and unpredictable things. So time to watch WWE Smackdown...

Match#1: Roman Reigns vs. Bad News Barrett
Winner: No Contest
(Even though the official last sighting on 3MB together was on a recent episode of WWE Superstars, this is the last sighting of 3MB as a whole. Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal are gone from WWE and Heath Slater needs a new gimmick. Before, I go there, as for this match, this would have been a good match for the IC title. Why? It is because Reigns is not going to be a mid carder forever and because he is going to be big. So this would have been a great match for a PPV. We will see this again soon for the IC title. As for 3MB, good bye and thank you for leaving like the jokes you are. )

Match#2: Erick Rowan vs. Jey Uso
Winner: Erick Rowan
(This was watching a bully beat the shit out of a small kid. Even though Jey Uso is not a weak kid but the damage he took was brutal. Sell or no sell, it was harsh to watch this match. Ususally, I would change the channel but this was not a typical match. This could be bigger once the tag titles are on the line and also we see change in the tag team division. )

Match#3: Bo Dallas vs. R-Truth
Winner: Bo Dallas
(This was close to being boring. I think R-Truth is going to be heel again soon. I cannot wait for the return of Little Jimmy. Bo Dallas is basically like Bray Wyatt except he is annoying not creepy. This was not a good match but Bo Dallas needs to be something else aside from being annoying. )

Match#4: Sheamus vs. Cesaro
Winner: Cesaro
(This was a good match. I am actually shocked because it is now a feud with these two. It is weird to have a feud with the U.S. title. I will refrain from my constant questioning as to why Sheamus is the U.S. champion but still comes from Ireland? As for Cesaro, he needs to win a title soon because his popularity is not getting better with Heyman as his manager. This was a good match because these guys can wrestle and can put on a show. Regardless of how Sheamus acts like Cena most times.)

Match#5: Adam Rose vs. Fandango
Winner: Adam Rose
(So Summer Rae became a rosebud, cool. I don't talk about F-lame-mo bt will say that Adam Rose is growing on me. I only say that because being British only goes two ways in wrestling: the asshole or the cool Brit. I will be moving on. )

Match#6: Big E vs. Jack Swagger
Winner: Big E
(This was so confusing that I will not even speak about it. I feel like I went back to 1985. Almost done with the review. )

Match#7: Alicia Fox vs. Aksana
Winner: Alicia Fox
(Aksana was another wrestler that was let go this week. So it was weird to see her get beaten but someone I think should have been fired. Aksana did fuck up Naomi's eye and that was probably why she was let go. This match was weird but it is nice to see Alicia is trying to be something she is not. AJ Lee is crazy but Alicia Fox is just trying too hard. Main Event Time....)

Main Event: Bray Wyatt vs. Dean Ambrose - Money In The Bank Qualifying Match
Winner: Bray Wyatt
(This was the best match of the night. This might be a rare thing on WWE Smackdown but this was the match of the night. I know I am repeating myself but it was good. Dean Ambrose is just that damn good. Bray Wyatt does a better job with this match than anything with Cena. Seth Rollins did make an appearance and was effective in the assist to Wyatt. Good way to end the show. )

Final Thoughts: It was weird to see former WWE wrestlers on their last official show but it was good to see 3MB and Aksana go out like they did. As for the show as a whole, it was not a good show but it was not the typical bullshit we get from WWE Smackdown. So I guess we are going to get some better shows on here or some shitty ones. Either way, WWE needs to do something with this show. See you all for WWE Raw.....
