WWE Raw Review 4/28/14

Note: Well I will admit that TNA did a decent job with their PPV last night. Tonight it is time for WWE to be the main event of wrestling. I am excited to see Hugh Jackman back on WWE Raw. Last time we saw him on WWE Raw, he KO Dolph Ziggler. Personally, I think WWE needs to ease up on the celebrities showing up on WWE Raw. If they want advertise their show or movie, just show the clips or preview. Here we go with WWE Raw....

Match#1: The Usos vs. Ryback and Curtis Axel
Winners: The Usos
(I am going to be real with you all about this match. This was boring. Not because The Usos were in this match. It was because Ryback and Curtis Axel are boring and typical. I actually was playing Tetris on my phone while this match was on. I actually played two games during this match. Sorry but not into boring tag team matches. It is not The Usos fault. Moving on...)

Match#2: Sheamus vs. Titus O'Neil
Winner: Sheamus
(This was a quick match. Why? I think Vince or Triple H saw this match and was like make it quick because we all know that Sheamus is getting stale. As for Titus O'Neil, well it is funny that he turns on his partner but becomes a huge jobber. What's also sad is that Darren Young is a bigger jobber than O'Neil but we don't see him much. Moving on...)

Match#3: Jack Swagger vs. Cesaro
Winner: Cesaro
(SSDD in WWE. I think I will just admit that Cesaro is getting a push but not quick enough.)

Match#4: Cody Rhodes vs. Alberto Del Rio
Winner: Alberto Del Rio
(I was pissed that ADR won but more so pissed that Cody and Goldust is looking to feud now. They should have feuded during the WM season. I guess seeing them feud now is a good thing. )

Match#5: Alexander Rusev vs. Xavier Woods
Winner: Alexander Rusev
(This can be summed up like this: Hot blonde with a nice ass, big man kill black guy. I think it is good that Rusev is in the main roster but he should be champion. Please make this happen because he is a good match for Big E. )

Match#6: Los Matadores vs. Heath Slater and Drew McIntyre
Winners: Heath Slater and Drew McIntyre
(3MB won a match? The world is going to end. Don't care about this or the rematch with Hornswoggle and El Torito. Moving on...)

Match#7: Brie Bella vs. Paige - WWE Divas Title Match
Winner: No Contest
(This would have been a good match but this had to end to make up for the shitty title match at the next PPV. So basically we could have seen a Bella lose to a younger and better wrestler. Instead we see something we have not seen in years from Kane. He came to snatch Brie Bella but a hurt Daniel Bryan came to save his wife. I still would have loved to see Paige beat Brie then Kane come out but we will see this match again soon. )

Match#8: Bad News Barrett vs. Rob Van Dam - Tournament Finals for the #1 Contender for the IC Title
Bad News Barrett - #1 Contender for the IC Title
(Ok so who figured this was going to be Cesaro's shot at a title? I did. Do I want to see BNB go for another IC title shot? Yes because at least he can carry it better and also can defend it better. Big E. is good but he is just another big man who Vince loves to see each week. )

Main Event: Randy Orton vs. Roman Reigns
Winner: No Contest
(I was more excited for the fight between Evolution and The Shield. This was not going to be a match but a brawl. I think seeing these men brawl to end the show was better than a clean ending. Also we need to see something to make sure people will buy the PPV on the WWE Network or the WWE App or even be cheap and go somewhere else to watch this PPV. So basically this match was the catalyst to more fights. )

Final Thoughts: Well I will admit this show was not boring but then again, the PPV is shaping to be more so a big WWE Raw show. I think it is sad that we got to see little men wrestle last week but we will get to see the same men fight at a PPV. I will admit that Paige is going to be buried at this PPV. Basically WWE is not trying too hard to make this a big PPV. WWE Extreme Rules PPV is suppose to be the one time that WWE allows hardcore but this is weak. I mean the really sad thing is seeing Damien Sandow become a total ass. He made me think about what WWE is going to do with him. The skit with him and Hugh Jackman with Dolph Ziggler was bullshit but it was to promote the X-Men movie and also make Sandow a shittier jobber than ADR. See you all for TNA Impact....

TNA Sacrifice PPV Review 4/27/14

Note: I will admit that I almost forgot about this PPV. Unlike WWE PPVs where they advertise the hell out of out it and make sure people find out where to watch it and on what, TNA is a little more low key and don't really advertise until two weeks before. Before this PPV starts, I will note that watching TNA PPVs on actual PPV is weird because most of the time it is basically a more adult TNA Impact show. Plus, I love how they advertise the hell out of their shirts and toys. So let's get ready for TNA Sacrifice, I feel like I am sacrificing a Sunday to hope for a good TNA PPV.

Match#1: The Wolves vs. BroMans and Zema Ion - Handicap Match for the TNA Tag Team Titles
Winners: The Wolves - New TNA Tag Team Champions
(I will waive my opinion of why I hate title matches to start the show. I will admit that I am happy to see these titles change hands. I think The Wolves will be better champs plus it means the BroMans will go away for good. It also means that Zema Ion can go back to the X Division and job to guys like Kenny King. Thank you TNA for finally putting the titles on a good team. )

Match#2: Samuel Shaw vs. Ken Anderson - Committed Match
Winner: Ken Anderson
(I will admit that I was glad this match ended with the right person. I think after seeing that fucked up skit with Shaw's mom and also the fact that this is a shitty storyline. I think it is funny that Anderson is doing stuff like this with the newer talent. I will also admit that watching this match was a good thing because on TV this feud looks stupid. )

Match#3: Rockstar Spud and Ethan Carter III vs. Willow and Kurt Angle
Winners: Willow and Kurt Angle
(I actually walked away during this match. Why? I basically was bored and it is sad to see Angle in a shitty match. Also I want to point out that Willow is a fucked up gimmick. I think it is time to admit that I rather see Jeff Hardy than seeing Willow. So moving on...)

Match#4: Tigre Uno vs. Sanada - Best of 3 Final for the TNA X Division Title
Winner: Sanada
(I don't get tired of seeing good matches. These three matches were good. Simply put, it is time for TNA to go back to making this the work horse title and give the guys in the division more time on TV. We don't need to see the same shit from the same guys. Get Kenny King back on TV. Get Zema Ion on TV. Go and get the guys that made this division better than the bigger title in TNA. Hopefully we won't get a shitty PPV featuring the X Division soon. )

Match#5: James Storm vs. Gunner - I Quit Match
Winner: Gunner
(I will admit that I am not tired of seeing these men fight but then again, I did nod off during this match. I think it was more so because it was going slow to me. So I will move on because we will see these men again soon. )

Match#6: Angelina Love vs. Madison Rayne - Knockouts Title Match
Winner: Angelina Love - New TNA Knockouts Champion
(I don't know what was worse: Angelina Love winning this match or Madison Rayne being champion before. I have made it clear that both these women are good as valets but not as wrestlers. I will also make it clear that TNA can benefit from getting all the indy girls who can wrestle. This division needs help soon. Please get someone back to change this division. )

Match#7: Bully Ray vs. Bobby Roode - Tables Match
Winner: Bobby Roode
(I will admit that seeing Bobby Roode put Bully Ray through a table was good because he needs to go. Seeing Dixie Carter interfer was an added bonus. I will admit that this is getting good but not that good. I guess I am tired of seeing the flip flop of Bully Ray and also tired of the fact that Bobby Roode is slipping into mid card spots. So please give him another title shot soon. No more of this...)

Main Event: Magnus vs. Eric Young - TNA World Heavyweight Title Match
Winner: Eric Young
(Unlike Daniel Bryan in WWE, Eric Young is not getting buried. At least having EY as champion is good for TNA. We will get fresh matches with him as the target. I was not pissed at this match happening again. I actually loved this match. I will admit that having EY as champion is better than seeing Daniel Bryan as champion. Like I said, EY is not getting killed by the same people each week. Good job TNA and thank you TNA. )

Final Thoughts: On paper, this was a shitty PPV. Most of the good moments were of the matches that I have seen on TV. I will admit that seeing an actual PPV from TNA is better than seeing a PPV like show on Spike TV. I just hope that TNA will do a better job of advertising their actual PPVs on TV. TNA does not have a network or an app but they do have the 24/7 crap of social media. Personally, I think that overkill. I mean if I want to see shitty acting, I don't want to watch the skits that did not get aired. See you all for WWE Raw...

WWE Smackdown Review 4/25/14

Note: I would usually say this is the end of the wrestling week and blah blah blah. I am going to change that because doing these reviews seems like they blur together into one long ass block of good matches and bad storylines. I wish WWE would do something to make Smackdown an independent show again. I loved the brand extension. I wish I had started these reviews during that time. At least, I would have made it interesting. We know we will see some matches that was seen on WWE Raw plus the constant review of Raw in between the matches. So let's hope I am wrong in that assumption. Here we go with WWE Smackdown...

Match#1: Cesaro vs.Jack Swagger
Winner: Cesaro
(The debate before this match was stupid. The match was good. I think it was actually good to like it. Why? Cesaro is back to being a lone wolf. Also this was good to see Swagger actually wrestle not just job to someone. The ending was SSDD but seeing The Shield take out Swagger was cool. Roman Reign is the main event, soon.....)

Match#2: Tamina Snuka vs. Natalya
Winner: Tamina Snuka
(I will admit that this was good to see women who can wrestle have a match. This was actually a good match. Nattie did everything to stop Tamina from winning. Seeing Nattie in the ring made me happy because she needs to be on TV more and not for the divas show. This was classic match but we won't see this again for a long while. )

Match#3: Curtis Axel vs. Jey Uso
Winner: Curtis Axel
(I actually missed this match. Did I want to see this match? Not really because when was the last time Axel won a match. It was when he was IC champion months ago. Moving on. )

Match#4: Erick Rowan and Luke Harper vs. Cody Rhodes and Goldust
Winners: Erick Rowan and Luke Harper
(This was not a fair match. Why? Well Rowan and Harper are big men and the Rhodes brothers are not that big. This was a tune up for the match with John Cena at the PPV. Basically, this was filler for the main event. Damn, I guess Cody and Goldust wasn't going to win this. Time to end the show. )

Main Event: The Shield vs. Titus O'Neil, Ryback, Alberto Del Rio, Damien Sandow, Bad News Barrett and Curtis Axel
Winners: The Shield
(As I was watching this, I laughed at the guys that was taken out of this match. I was happy to see Fandango get powerbombed. I was really happy to see 3MB get destroyed. Swagger was killed off first. So it was more even so to speak. This was the best main event on WWE Smackdown in years. Why? The Shield just killed off like 11 guys who last Monday took them out. This was awesome. Time to end this review....)

Final Thoughts: It is rare that I say that the ending of Smackdown saved the show. This was an exception. This was a boring show but the ending was the savour. I will admit that most times, it is easier to watch WWE Smackdown rather than read the spoilers. I will also admit that it is weird watching any WWE show without the champion being on the show. This is getting bad that the title will only be seen at PPVs. So see you all for WWE Raw. Hopefully it won't as bad as last week.

TNA Impact Review 4/24/14

Note: I just realized that TNA have a PPV this weekend. This is TNA Sacrifice. Usually, the matches would be announced two weeks prior to the PPV. Most of these matches were announced via social media. I will admit that I am not a fan of TNA 24/7 social media. However, I see that I have to be more into their announcements. So with that said, I think it is time to get ready to watch TNA Impact...

Match#1: Rockstar Spud vs. Kurt Angle
Winner: Kurt Angle
(I was bored during this match only because it was not a fair match. Also seeing the interference of Ethan Carter III and Willow made this match more dull. However, it did setup the match with EC3 and Rockstar Spud vs. Angle and Willow at the PPV. Other than that, it was not fair or exciting. )

Match#2: Kenny King vs. Bobby Lashley
Winner: Bobby Lashley by Count Out
(This was actually a good match except for the end. Seeing this match could have made me happy to watch TNA. However, we forgot that Kenny King is a good wrestler with a shitty gimmick. Also seeing Lashley do all this action was wasted on most of us. So moving on...)

Match#3: Austin Aries vs. MVP
Winner: MVP
(This was a great match. Why? It is because this was basically a dream match. The wrestling styles in this match was perfect. MVP learned a lot in Japan and Aries can hang with the best wrestlers. This is my vote for match of the night and also could be match of the year. This would be perfect for a title match or something good in the future. Stay tuned...)

Match#3: James Storm & Bobby Roode vs Gunner & Bully Ray
Winners: James Storm and Bobby Roode
(I wish I could say this was boring but it was not boring but more so serving the purpose of both matches for the PPV. Storm and Gunner will put on a show. Roode and Bully Ray will put on a classic. This was just to make people see what they will see during the PPV. Moving on...)

Match#4: The Beautiful People vs Madison Rayne & Gail Kim
Winners: The Beautiful People
(I got to see my sexy Gail Kim. Aside from that, this was bullshit. Time to end the show...)

Main Event: Abyss vs Magnus
Winner: Abyss by DQ
(I was so confused because Abyss won the match by DQ. So what was the purpose of having Mangus beat up both Abyss and EY? Also how is this title match going to work out? Will TNA make EY a short term champion? We will see on Sunday....)

Final Thoughts: I will admit that it is going to be hard to watch TNA Sacrifice this weekend. I say that because unlike WWE PPVs, you have something to look forward to. In TNA, it is like watching someone's last match if their contract is up after the PPV or after the end of the month. I will admit that most of these matches are going to be good but then again, TNA is known for SSDD during their PPVs. This show was ok at best. However, most of this show was more so vignettes and backstage stuff. See you all for WWE Smackdown.

WWE Raw Review 4/21/14

Note: Last week, I was not feeling WWE. I should say that Smackdown was not good. So as we get ready for WWE Raw, I think it is sad that I have the WWE App, and use that more last week to watch WWE than to turn on my TV. So tonight, I will use my TV and not my WWE App. Also I hope we see something to get this week started right. I'm running out of ways to setup this review. So here we go with WWE Raw...

Match#1: Bad News Barrett vs. Sheamus - Semi Finals of the #1 Contender Tournament for the IC Title
Winner: Bad News Barrett
(I will admit that this was a good match. This makes up for a lot of bad opening matches. This is what I speak about with having a good match without having a title match or something worse on. This did start after Kane beat Daniel Bryan with two tombstones. This was a good match. This shows how good Barrett is in the ring. This also shows that Sheamus is not another Cena. Both these men put on a good match with a surprising result. Thank you WWE for this hidden gem. )

Match#2: Los Matadores and El Torito vs. Hornswoggle and 3MB
Winners: Los Matadores and El Torito
(I wasn't going to talk about this match. I had to really put on my big boy pants to be objective in this match. I understand WWE has to fill a three hour show. I understand the first hour has to keep people entertained. This was not entertainment. This was a mess. Last week, they messed up a possible PPV match. This was sad to watch but I made it through it. )

Match#3: The Usos vs. Cody Rhodes and Goldust
Winners: The Usos
(This was a non title match with Ryback and Curtis Axel at the commentating table. I will admit that this could have been a good title match in the future. I loved this match because it proves that WWE is trying to have good tag teams but there was also a setup in this match. So The Usos won but after some miscommunication from Cody and Goldust. As the tease of a breakup with Goldust and Cody Rhodes, Ryback and Curtis Axel attacks The Usos. Moving on....)

Match#4: Emma vs. Layla
Winner: Emma
(Emma is a good wrestler with a shitty gimmick. Layla use to be a good wrestler but she had no gimmick to use since Michelle McCool retired. This was not a good match but it kill some time for me and others watching. I think it is sad that Layla is using her old gimmick that she is a dancer. I was happy to see Emma end this quick. )

Match#5: Cesaro vs. Rob Van Dam - Semi Finals of the #1 Contender Tournament for the IC Title
Winner: Rob Van Dam by Count Out
(This was the second best match of the night but thank you WWE for fucking up the ending and also continuing a feud no one cares about. I will admit that Cesaro should have won this match. RVD isn't what we want to see in the IC division. He won it like six times already. This was a good match. RVD and Cesaro have different styles and both were showcased. So we had the shittiest ending to a match since most of the title reigns of RKO. Why did they have Swagger Zeb Coulter come out before the ending? Why did we have a clusterfuck of an ending? Damn you WWE!!! So the finals will be RVD and Bad News Barrett, and whoever wins get to face Big E. )

Match#6: Paige vs. Aksana
Winner: Paige
(This is what I said when I saw this on WWE Smackdown: So I guess Paige is going through all the divas in order. We saw Alicia Fox and now Aksana. I will admit this was not a good match to watch but then again, Paige is glad to be facing the main roster in the Divas division. This is weird to call this a jobber match but it was for Paige. This still holds true. )

Match#7: Alexander Rusev vs. Sin Cara
Winner: Alexander Rusev
(So the new jobber killer just killed the Mexican Cena? Well I am glad it was Sin Cara not Xavier Woods or R-Truth. Basically, this was not even a good match. )

Main Event: John Cena vs. The Wyatt Family - 3 on 1 Handicap WWE App Match
Winner: No Contest
(SSDD from Cena except he did not lose the match or win it. I am going to end this review now. So annoyed.)

Final Thoughts: This show was like a rollercoaster with a weak ending. This would have been a better show if the WWE did not kill off their champion. Why would you have Kane beat Daniel Bryan before the PPV? What kind of logic was having them face off? Also, why are you having Aksana and other face off with Paige but not have the #1 contender face her? Why are we now having a tease with Cody breaking up with Goldust? As for the main event, it sucked. So Super Cena could not fight off three men? I don't care. However, the ending was more creepy than epic. So basically we start the week with more bullshit than actual good action. See you all for TNA Impact.

WWE Smackdown Review 4/18/14

Note: Well it is the end of the week, so that mean another wrestling week is about to end with a good note or a bad note. I guess when we watch WWE Smackdown, most weeks end on a bad note. I will still try to admit that WWE Smackdown is a show that counts for something. I wish I know for what. Basically, here we go with WWE Smackdown...

Match#1: Big E vs. Alberto Del Rio
Winner: Big E. by DQ
(I will admit that I did not watch this match or care about this match. Big E. is going to be wrestling someone in this tournament and ADR is going to be jobbing and mid carding for the summer. So this was a boring match to me. Add to that, I think seeing ADR in matches like this is wasting him. Moving on....)

Match#2: Paige vs. Aksana
Winner: Paige
(So I guess Paige is going through all the divas in order. We saw Alicia Fox and now Aksana. I will admit this was not a good match to watch but then again, Paige is glad to be facing the main roster in the Divas division. This is weird to call this a jobber match but it was for Paige. )

Match#3: El Torito vs. Hornswoggle
winner: El Torito
(I'm speechless. I am so fucking speechless. The end of an era started. This was going to happen but not this soon. I will move on because this is not the last time we will see these men have matches. )

Match#4: Alexander Rusev vs. R-Truth
Winner: Alexander Rusev
(This was so boring that I called the winner then I went to the store to get snacks. I actually used the WWE App to see this match as I was going to the store. I did say I used the WWE App. Moving on...)

Match#5: Fandango vs. Santino Marella
Winner: Santino Marella
(I was still at the store while this match was going on. I basically just walked around Wal Mart until this match was over. So basically it is time to end the show. )

Main Event: Batista vs. Sheamus
Winner: Batista
(This was too long a match in my opinion. I actually think this was the longest match for Batista since coming back to the WWE. Sheamus tried to make this a good match but that's saying a lot. I was so glad that I did not rush back just to see this match. I said that because this was boring. Time to end this review. )

Final Thoughts: I will just say that this week in WWE was dominated with the reformation of Evolution and the ass whooping of The Shield. Daniel Bryan married Brie Bella so no champion this week. What was I watching tonight? I mean I basically watched most of this show on my phone. I did not turn on my TV for any reason during this show. So I will just end this and see you all next week.

TNA Impact Review 4/17/14

Note: Well as we get ready for TNA Impact, we should note that unlike watch any WWE programming, it is very easy to follow along with TNA. I think it is sad to say that because TNA should be having more interesting storylines and matches. However, as a fan, it is hard to see the same thing or a variation of the same thing. So with that said, let's hope for something more different. Here we go with TNA Impact...

Match#1: Madison Rayne vs. Velvet Sky - Street Fight
Winner: Madison Rayne
(I wish I could have watched this match. I wanted to watch this match but I just decided to change the channel. I don't think these women could do a street fight. I think I am right to say that the KO Division need wrestling not models. My god, TNA is doing the same thing WWE is doing. What the hell?)

Match#2: BroMans vs. The Wolves
Winners: The Wolves by DQ
(From last week - I am tired of seeing this match because there are other tag teams that we could see. Plus we know that BroMans can't wrestle and The Wolves were brought in to win these titles. So it is getting old and played to see this over and over again. I will probably have to see this again next week and repeat these comments. )

Match#3: Willow vs. Ethan Carter III and Rockstar Spud - Handicap Match
Winner: Willow
(The only good thing about this match was that we got to see Kurt Angle come back. I think Willow as a character is dumb now. I also think this was setup just to have Kurt Angle come back. I feel like I am going to repeat myself over and over again because this was not a real match. Moving on...)

Match#4: Tigre Uno vs. Sanada - TNA X Division Title 2 of 3 Series Match
Winner: Tigre Uno
(This match shows that the rest of the show was just to setup this match. I love the X Division. This was so good that I think it is time to get all the guys that was in the X Division and have a killer X Match. Sanada is reminding me that Japanese wrtestlers don't get credit in the U.S. I mean last guys from Japan that had a good reputation was Great Muta and Tajiri. As for Tigre Uno, he could be a vital threat to Sanada's title reign. I miss good cruiserweight wrestling. )

Match#5: Bobby Roode vs. Gunner - Tables Invitation Match
Winner: Bobby Roode
(This was basically another match to set up something else. I think we are going to see a reformation of Beer Money. We might also see a good tag team out of Bully Ray and Gunner. Moving on...)

Main Event: Abyss vs. Eric Young - Monster's Ball for the TNA Heavyweight Title
Winner: Eric Young
(I miss hardcore matches. This was so cool to see but this is the second or third time we saw a match like this with these men. I will admit that even though these men can have good matches together, it is starting to show that they cannot do anything else. I will admit that EY might have a short title reign. Time to end this review. )

Final Thoughts: I will admit that it is going to be interesting to watch TNA for the summer because either we will see EY as champion or we will see someone take the title away from him. The KO division is lacking some wrestling since Gail Kim is out. I don't want to talk about the tag team division. Basically it is a variation of SSDD. However, the X Division is getting better. See you all for WWE Smackdown...

WWE Raw Review 4/14/14

Note: We are in a new week for wrestling. So I guess with what happened last week, we will get to see something fresh and new from WWE. I hope that each week because I think WWE is on cruise control and they don't think they need to change for the poeple. Sad thing is that they do need to change because most people that watch WWE aren't kids. It is the people that grew up with WWE and saw the evolution of WWE. So here we go with a new week and a new WWE Raw...

Match#1: Rob Van Dam vs. Alberto Del Rio - #1 Contender Tournament for the IC Title
Winner: Rob Van Dam
(This was a shocker because I was actually hoping for ADR to beat RVD. I only say that because RVD won the IC title many times ten years ago. ADR winning this tournament could make him a bigger joke than what he is now. So RVD is moving on in this tournament. Sad thing is this tournament should have happened months ago on Main Event. )

Match#2: Goldust and Cody Rhodes vs. Ryback and Curtis Axel
Winners: Ryback and Curtis Axel
(Usually, I would not watch a match with Ryback and Axel but when I see the Rhodes brothers, I watch just to see Cody fly around and Goldust go old school. Seeing Ryback and Axel win made me sick and I will move on. )

Match#3: Paige vs. Alicia Fox - Non Title
Winner: Paige
(As much as I love watching AJ Lee, Paige is growing on me. I think it is great that WWE changed the Divas division with adding some girls from WWE NXT but they need to go back to the title split with the WWE women's title and the divas title. I say that because to me, the Bellas are the divas champ and Paige is a women's champion. This was not a good match but Paige made it good. )

Match#4: The Usos vs. Batista and Randy Orton
Winners: No Contest
(Well I don't mind seeing a match like this but Batista and RKO did not expect the Shield to interrupt. Triple H warn them this would happen but they did not listen. I smell something coming for the main event. )

Match#5: Cesaro vs. Mark Henry - #1 Contender Tournament for the IC Title
Winner: Cesaro
(This was not a shock to me because we all know that Cesaro is going to be a main eventer soon. So I guess if he beats the world's strongest man, he is the man. We will see. )

Match#6: Alexander Rusev vs. Xavier Woods
Winner: Alexander Rusev
(This was a jobber killing match. Rusev is going to mow through the mid card and be in the main event sooner than later. I mean this was not even a close match. This was like watching a stick figure take on a brick wall. Moving on...)

Match#7: Jack Swagger vs. Sheamus - #1 Contender Tournament for the IC Title
Winner: Sheamus
(This match would have been better if Swagger got a break. I say that also because Swagger would have fought Cesaro. However, Sheamus is going over in the mid card. Moving on...)

Match#8: Emma and Santino Marella vs. Layla and Fandango
Winners: Layla and Fandango
(This was when I fixed dinner. So this was boring to me. Moving on...)

Match#9: Dolph Ziggler vs. Bad New Barrett - #1 Contender Tournament for the IC Title
Winner: Bad New Barrett
(This was the match of the night. Out of all these matches for the #1 Contendership for the IC title, this was actually a good match. This is a classic mid card match. I will admit that I was more into this match than the others. So it is time for the main event. This might be interesting. )

Main Event: The Shield vs. Alberto Del Rio, Jack Swagger, Fandango, 3MB, Titus O'Neil, Curtis Axel and Ryback, Alexander Rusev and Bad News Barrett - 11 on 3 Handicap Tag Team Match
Winners: No Contest
(I laughed my ass off while all the guys came out for this match. This was like The Shield vs. all the mid card heels. I actually though this was going to be a great match until we saw the reformation of Evolution. Evolution is back!!!! Triple H, RKO and Batista is back as one group. No Ric Flair?!?!?!?! So basically, The Shield got jump by the mid card heels then the main event heels came in to take them out. Evolution is back!!!!!!)

Final Thoughts: All of us had some formation or ideal of a tournament for the IC title or US title or to face the IC or US champion. WWE finally setup a tournament that was origianally setup for Main Event. Now we get to see who will be the #1 Contender for the IC Title and it is going to be interesting because of the mid carders in this tournament. This show had no champion because Daniel Bryan married Brie Bella over the weekend. So no title match, but with Evolution reforming, we will see something good for WWE World Title. I guess it is a new era for WWE. See you all for TNA Impact...

WWE Smackdown Review 4/11/14

Note: It is time for WWE Smackdown. I think after watching WWE Raw this week, we might get to see something good on this show. So here we go and let's hope for something good. Here's WWE Smackdown...

Match#1: Big Show vs. Cesaro
Winner: Cesaro
(This is the start of the build up to having Cesaro as a main eventer. We all know that Cesaro swung Mark Henry and also Great Khali. I will admit that seeing Cesaro with Heyman is great because we all know that Cesaro is a good wrestler. So we will have so much fun watching this new Heyman guy. Cesaro is going to win the IC title soon. )

Match#2: Ryback and Curtis Axel vs. Los Matadores
Winners: Ryback and Curtis Axel
(This was my bathroom break. I am sorry but this was not something I want to see. Especially with the fact that all these men basically have no chance to get out of mid card hell. Moving on...)

Match#3: Rob Van Dam vs. Damien Sandow
Winner: Rob Van Dam
(I love watching RVD because he is a good wrestler but his is so fucking predictable. We all know that RVD is really a high flyer and also could give us a great hardcore match but WWE is PG and scared to show the kids the real brutal side of wrestling. As soon as I saw the five star splash, I was moving on. Good mid card match...)

Match#4: Bad News Barrett vs. Kofi Kingston
Winner: Bad News Barrett
(I am happy to see Barrett back to wrestling because he is better wrestling than talking. I love the Bad News Barrett gimmick but he needs to wrestle. This was another good mid card match. )

Match#5: Fandango vs. Santino Marella
Winner: Fandango
(This was when I fixed dinner. I will admit that Layla is better to see than Summer Rae. Other than that, I was eating and did not care for this match. Time to end the show. )

Main Event: The Usos and Daniel Bryan vs. Kane, Batista, and Randy Orton
Winner: Double Count Out
(I was excited to see this match because this is old school vs. new school. This is the WWE Champ with the Tag Team Champs vs. The Authority. However, thank you The Shield for making this more interesting. I might hate a main event ending without a winner but I love seeing a team go HAM. So I can live with this...)

Final Thoughts: Well in the world of WWE, we end the week with something great. We are all still reeling that Daniel Bryan is the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. I will admit that this is going to be an interesting summer for WWE. I just hope we get something great setting up for Summer Slam because I would hate to see something that makes WWE go backwards. I am glad that we got to see history. So see you next week for WWE Raw...

TNA Impact Review 4/10/14

Note: This week's show is being hyped as something for all us wrestling fans to witness. I am trying my best to see TNA as a good wrestling promotion. I will admit that it is hard to see TNA without comparing it to WCW. Unlike WWE where they just come off their biggest PPV and biggest WWE Raw show, TNA have to do something to sway people to watch. So here we go with TNA Impact...

Match#1: 10 Man Gauntlet Match for the #1 contender to the TNA World Title
James Storm, Gunner, Bobby Roode, Bully Ray, Ethan Carter III, Bobby Lashley, Abyss, Eric Young, Sanada, Willow
Winner: Eric Young
(So there is no Samoa Joe? This is going to be interesting. This was basically a huge #1 contender match. I am trying to understand why TNA calls some of their larger matches a gauntlet match. To me a gauntlet match is one against a series of people. Anyways, it is interesting to see Eric Young win this because we could have seen Bully Ray or even Willow win this. I was being sarcastic with what I just said. Well this is going to be an interesting main event because EY wants his title shot tonight. )

Match#2: Angelina Love vs. Gail Kim vs. ODB vs. Brittney - Four Way Match for the #1 contender match to the Knockouts Title
Winner: Angelina Love
(Just like the above match, this was interesting to see. I was pulling for Gail Kim to have her rematch but would have loved to see the new girl Brittney get a title shot. I am not a fan of Angelina Love because she is not a wrestler. I mean I would rather see ODB who ca wrestle win. TNA is great with the KO division but tends to reproduce what WWE does with the Divas division. I guess I will hope to see some good KO action elsewhere for a while. )

Match#3: BroMans vs. The Wolves - TNA Tag Title Match
Winner: Wolves by DQ
(I am tired of seeing this match because there are other tag teams that we could see. Plus we know that BroMans can't wrestle and The Wolves were brought in to win these titles. So it is getting old and played to see this over and over again. I will probably have to see this again next week and repeat these comments. )

Main Event: Magnus vs. Eric Young - TNA World Title Match
Winner: Eric Young - New Champion
(Holy shit! We got another Daniel Bryan here. Unlike Daniel Bryan, EY has won all the titles in TNA. Daniel Bryan has as well but it is different. I am shocked that Magnus lost the title in this way. This would have been a good PPV match but I guess TNA booking is trying to make something good for EY. This is a good thing for TNA because he has been through hell. )

Final Thoughts: TNA just change the game with what's going on. Eric Young as champion is just like Daniel Bryan but the exception is that Daniel Bryan isn't Eric Young. TNA is more for what people want in wrestling still. Eric Young has been the man in TNA for years. He has won all the titles including the dropped female tag titles with ODB. By the way, did they drop the marriage angle of him and ODB? My point is that TNA is going to do better because some people hate the PG WWE shows. So I guess we will see what's to come. See you all for WWE Smackdown...

WWE Raw Review 4/7/14

Note: I know that last Sunday, I was pissed with some of the things that happened with WWE Wrestlemania. Pissed is not strong enough for what I felt during the PPV. Actually, extremely fucking pissed would be better to describe the shit that was shown for all WWE fans. However, if history is correct then we should get a better Raw show after Wrestlemania. We do have a new WWE Champion with Daniel Bryan. We will see him tonight. Also we will see Hogan crown the winner of the battle royal. We should have some surprises. Here we go with WWE Raw...

Match#1: The Wyatt Family vs. John Cena, Sheamus and Big E
Winners: The Wyatt Family
(I will admit that even though it is weird to see Cena start the show, it was great to see the Wyatt Family beat him. This was more so a match with the fans wanting the heels to win. Why? Simply because we all hate Cena. Nothing against Sheamus and Big E. because they were not booed as much but this was basically Cena vs. The Wyatt Family. Thank you WWE for correcting this blunder last night. )

Match#2: Fandango and Summer Rae vs. Emma and Santino Marella
Winners: Emma and Santino Marella
(This was the match that I went to the bathroom on. Why? It is because people like me don't care for the men in this match. As for the women, well Emma is a legit wrestler but in a shitty gimmick. Summer Rae is just another Kelly Kelly. Moving on...)

Match#3: Batista and Randy Orton vs. The Usos - WWE Tag Team Title Match
Winners: Double Count Out
(This was not about the tag titles but to show how powerful RKO and Batista can be when they work together. I felt sorry for The Usos because they were just the lambs set out to be slaughtered. So moving on...)

Match#4: Rob Van Dam vs. Damien Sandow
Winner: Rob Van Dam
(Welcome back RVD. Sorry Sandow for having to be the jobber to help get RVD back in shape. This was fun to see the match and hear the crowd chant RVD and ECW. )

Match#5: Rey Mysterio vs. Bad News Barrett
Winner: Bad News Barrett
(Welcome back to wrestling, Barrett. This was just like the RVD match. So moving on...)

Match#6: Alexander Rusev vs. Zack Ryder
Winner: Alexander Rusev
(This guy is fucking awesome. He could have had a better opponent but Ryder was happy to be on TV. This was so fucking cool to see him again. He was in the Royal Rumble but then was wrestling dark matches until now. So we got another heel mid carder to maybe go after the IC title. )

Match#7: Paige vs. AJ Lee - WWE Divas Title Match
Winner: Paige - New WWE Divas Champion
(Before this was turned into a match, AJ Lee was gloating about that shitty match she had with the entire diva roster. As she was gloating, out comes Paige who was congratulating AJ Lee. AJ Lee turned this into a match. Some people saw that AJ Lee had Paige in the black widow and looked like she tapped out but she changed it and pinned AJ Lee. So we got a new champion. This was a good thing and a bad thing. Why? AJ Lee is no longer champion but it is time to see someone new in the main roster. )

Match#8: Cesaro vs. Jack Swagger
Winner: Cesaro - Count Out
(I guess I ignored the fact that there is no more Real Americans. Why would I care? Swagger is a jobber with a mouthpiece and Cesaro is about to be a main eventer. What shocked me is that Cesaro is the new Paul Heyman guy. This is basically a match were former partners face off. So this will last a long while. By the way, King of Swing is cool. )

Main Event: Triple H vs. Daniel Bryan - WWE World Heavyweight Title Match
Winners: No Contest
(Usually, I would bitch about the fact that I hate main events that don't start or ends with a bullshit but this was different. We officially saw the end of The Shield working for the Authority and being faces. We saw the possible reformation of Evolution. This might not have happen without the events that happened last night. So time to end this review. )

Final Thoughts: Ladies and gentleman, we have a new era in the WWE. Daniel Bryan is not going to be screwed out of the title. Emma came from WWE NXT to be the new WWE Divas Champion. Alexander Rusev is in the main roster finally. Bad News Barrett is wrestling again. We might get a reformation of Evolution. Finally, The Shield are faces. My god, this made up for the bullshit that was the PPV. I am excited to see what happens next week on Raw but we will see. See you all for TNA Impact...

WWE Wrestlemania XXX 4/6/14

Note: WWE Wrestlemania is the Super Bowl of WWE. This is suppose to be the PPV that showcase the the good talent and also the streak that the Undertaker built. This PPV is suppose to be the best thing in the WWE. Before I begin this review, this is the time to recap all the bullshit with WWE has basically done to setup this PPV. I promise this is going to be brief. So basically the main event was going to be shitty because we don't want to see Orton vs. Batista. So basically add in the possible reunion of Evolution in the main event or Daniel Bryan who should have gotten the title match in the first place. Then you setup Taker with an oppenent who he should faced years ago. Taker is due for retirement within the next few years. Then you setup a clusterfuck with the Divas Title at the last minute because you want to setup bullshit with the Divas show on E!. Basically, this is not a Wrestlemania PPV but a shitty PPV. However, let's see how WWE fixes this mess. Here we go with WWE Wrestlemania 30.

PreShow/Match#1: Cesaro & Jack Swagger vs. Los Matadores vs. Ryback & Curtis Axel vs. The Usos - Elimination Match for the WWE Tag Team Titles
Winners: The Usos
(As much as I try not to understand the concept of the pre show and the pre show match, I wonder why this was the pre show. Seeing that this was going to be a title match with implications. I will admit that this was a better title defense for the Usos. I feel that the Usos, Los Matadores, and Real Americans are the real tag teams because Ryback and Curtis Axel aren't. I hope when they bring up the teams in NXT then the Usos have real competition. )

Match#2: Triple H vs. Daniel Bryan - Winner will be in the main event of Wrestlemania for the WWE World Heavyweight Title
Winner: Daniel Bryan
(As I was watching this match, I wondered what if this was Triple H vs. CM Punk. I only say that because if he did not walk out on the WWE, we might be seeing him in this role rather than Daniel Bryan. Now I will admit that this match was not expected at Wrestlemania but the people in it are different. Triple H has proved that he belongs as COO of WWE and also the top main eventer in WWE. This was to make up for all the roadblocks from last year's Summer Slam until now. The match was good because we got to see basically the PG Era vs. Attitude Era. I will admit that I was glad to see Daniel Bryan win but thank you Triple H for making him look good. )

Match#3: The Shield vs. Kane and The New Age Outlaws
Winners: The Shield
(Well this is a confusing match for me. This was suppose to make the The Shield look weak but it did not. It was suppose to make Kane and New Age Outlaws look good but it didn't. This was basically a weird match. I wanted to see something different. However, I think it is something to see when these men face off again on Raw tomorrow because we all know that this was just weird. )

Match#4: 30 Man Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal
(Sheamus, Big Show, Yoshi Tatsu, Brad Maddox, The Great Khali, Brodus Clay, 3MB (Heath Slater, Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal), Zack Ryder, Darren Young, Mark Henry, Rey Mysterio, Dolph Ziggler, Titus O'Neil, Santino Marella, The Miz, Cesaro, Sheamus, Alberto Del Rio, Damien Sandow, Big E, Justin Gabriel, Sin Cara, David Otunga, R-Truth, Goldust, Cody Rhodes, Tyson Kidd and others.)
Winner: Cesaro
(This was basically Royal Rumble Part 2. Unlike having the winner have a title shot, we got someone with a big ass trophy. I will admit that this was more so a jobber clusterfuck. I mean even Zack Ryder and David Otunga was in this mess of a match. Basically this was a shock to see Cesaro win and also make up for all the loses he had before. )

Match#5: John Cena vs. Bray Wyatt
Winner: John Cena
(After all the hype and all the bullshit, this was another typical Cena match. So rather to waste time on this match, moving on...)

Match#6: Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar - Beast vs. The Streak
Winner: Brock Lesnar
(Good news is that we got to see another good showing from the man who is the main event of my childhood. He basically shows that he is not going away anytime soon. This match should have been done years ago while both men were in the WWE. Before Brock's departure to the UFC. Now that I got that out of the way, let's get to the bad news. We all just saw the best fucking thing in WWE ever go down the drain. After over 20 years of winning at Wrestlemania we got to see Taker basically lay down and die for Brock Lesnar. This was Taker's retirement plan in a nutshell. I'm not going to cry over this. I am not going to act shocked. I am upset that it ended this way. It is sort of like finding out that Santa Claus isn't real. This will be buried on WWE Raw tomorrow. )

Match#7: AJ Lee vs. The Rest of WWE Divas - Vickie Guerrero Divas Championship Invitational
Winner: AJ Lee
(So you just witnessed the shocker of all time? What do you expect to see after this match? The clusterfuck of all clusterfucks. This is basically AJ Lee vs. The World. This was thrown together because they needed drama for the Divas show on E! This was a quick match which is sad because it was pointless to begin with. Time to end this show...)

Main Event: Batista vs. Daniel Bryan vs. Randy Orton - WWE World Heavyweight Title Match
Winner: Daniel Bryan - New WWE World Heavyweight Champion
(I wonder if this was changed after what happened with Taker. If it was, this couldn't help save the worst WM ever. I will admit that this could have changed the way we see WWE. I was happy he won the match and the titles but at the same time sad because how long will he be champion. This could lead to another vacant championship. We will see. )

Final Thoughts: Well, I think it is fitting that the best party place in the U.S. is the scene for the most shitty and shocking PPV of the year. This was sad to watch but felt sorry for those who watch this on the WWE Network and also paid the full price for it. This was a sad show. I mean it is hard to think this will be a good show to watch on DVD or replays. People will associate this PPV with events like the Montreal Screw Job. Basically, tomorrow night on Raw will have to either clean up this mess or make this PPV worse off. We will see. See you all for WWE Raw.

WWE Smackdown Review 4/4/14 - Short WM 30 Pre Show Version

Note: This is going to be a short version of WWE Smackdown. So basically, no need to talk about anything outside of WWE Wrestlemania. So here we go with WWE Smackdown...

Match#1: Dolph Ziggler vs. Titus O’Neil
Winner: Dolph Ziggler
(The only reason why I watched this match was to see who was going to be the star of the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WM 30. It is sad that while watching this, I feel like Dolph is being wasted in mid card land and Titus is basically a giant jobber. )

Match#2: Real Americans vs. Los Matadores
Winners: Real Americans
(I was going to say this was a good match but I would be lying. This was boring to me. Don't have much more to say. Time to end the review. )

Final Thoughts: If Wrestlemania have a pre show then this was basically the 48 hour version of the pre show. This was more about the events going on in New Orleans and the hype for each match that is going to happen at the PPV. This was so bad that I actually watched something else while watching these matches on my phone. Sorry about this review but I did not have much to work with. See you all for WWE Wrestlemania 30...

WWE NXT 4/3/14

Note: As we getting ready for WWE Wrestlemania, this show basically is a mute point because none of these guys will be in the PPV. This is basically a lost show in the bigger scheme of WWE. However, let's see how the stars of tomorrow get more hype to being in the main roster. Here we go with WWE NXT...

Match#1: Kalisto vs. El Local
Winner: Kalisto
(I was lost watching this match. I will admit that this was a good match to see first because it is hard to see botched matches. This was not a botched match. Also it should be said that El Local is Ricardo Rodridgez. Moving on...)

Match#1: Emma vs. Sasha Banks
Winner: Emma
(This was a good match. This should be a sign that WWE needs to bring up all the girls from NXT and bring down all the Divas in the main roster. Emma in NXT is good. Emma in the main roster is bad because of her gimmick. Sasha Banks could be better than Alicia Fox. )

Match#2: Brodus Clay vs. Xavier Woods
Winner: Brodus Clay
(Gee, I though I saw this match on Raw, SD, and Main Event. Moving on...)

Match#3: Tyler Breeze vs. Yoshi Tatsu
Winner: Tyler Breeze
(This was a good match even though I think Yoshi Tatsu is a relic of the old cruiserweight division. Tyler Breeze would be a good fit in the mid card of the main roster. I will admit that even though this was a good match, this was boring as well. Time to end this. )

Main Event: Corey Graves vs. Sami Zayn
Winner: Corey Graves
(Both these men need to be in the main roster soon. This was a good main event and sad that even though we saw a good match, this was wasted on some. Time to end this...)

Final Thoughts: As I watch this show, I think it is sad that these guys and gals put more efforts into being in the WWE just to see they change to fit in the main roster. This show needs to be in network TV. If WWE puts on Main Event on ION then take that off and put WWE NXT on. Basically, this show was a waste because of the hype and also the attention that WWE Wrestlemania. See you all for the short version of WWE Smackdown.

TNA Impact Review 4/3/14

Note: As I gear up for watching this week's TNA Impact, I think about what's going on. People will admit that TNA might not be good with storylines but are good with their matches most of the time. I will admit that this is going to be a weird week to review anthing outside of WWE. However, I will admit this week's show looks good but we will see. Here we go with TNA Impact...

Match#1: Bobby Roode and Ethan Carter III vs. Willow and Bully Ray - Tables Match
Winners: Bobby Roode and Ethan Carter III
(The kid in me loved seeing a bit of the hardcore in this match. I reverted back to my ECW days. I think this was a good way to start the show. I mean we needed some chairs and ladders but that's asking too much. My only complaint was this match was too fucking short. I mean basically this was a fast match for a tables match. Willow was distracted by Rockstar Spud and Bully Ray basically was decimated by Bobby Roode and EC3. Good match to start the show...)

Match#2: Mr. Anderson vs. Samuel Shaw - Straight Jacket Match
Winner: Samuel Shaw
(I will admit this was something of an unusal match. However, to me it looked weird to have someone on top of you putting on a straight jacket. This was more so a hardcore match but wished Anderson won. However, I guess the storyline in this match will continue. )

Match#3: Tigre Uno vs. Sanada - X Division Title Match/Best of Three Series
Winner: Sanada
(I basically was in heaven in this match. This is what was missing in TNA to me. X Division is the bread and butter of TNA. This was so good that I have no problem seeing this again. Both these guys are international stars but most people in the U.S. don't know these guys. One thing that bothers me is that we might not see more matches like this unless TNA get more cruserweights. )

Match#4: Velvet Sky and Angelina Love vs. Brittany and Madison Rayne
Winners: Velvet Sky and Angelina Love
(I have decided to approach this match differently. Even though this was a huge FAP match. I will admit that Brittany is hot and is going to be a good addition to TNA. However, trying to watch this as a wrestling match was hard because all I saw was ass and tits flying. I think it is good to see the Beautiful People back together. Too bad there is not going to be a KO Tag Team Title. )

Match#5: MVP vs. Kenny King
Winner: No Contest
(This was a good match regardless of the ending. I think it is cool to see MVP go toe to toe with someone younger. I miss Kenny King because he was the shit as the X Division Champion. He is very talented. This could lead to something greater. )

Main Event: Magnus vs. Eric Young vs. Samoa Joe vs. Abyss - Fatal 4 Way World Heavyweight Title Match
Winner: Magnus
(This might be a match of the year candidate. Simply because this was a title defense that actually was held up to the hype. Also it is fitting to show that EY can be in the main event, that Samoa Joe is basically the main event, and Magnus isn't a paper champion. I think this could be done again but I also think Samoa Joe will get Magnus alone and beat him for the title later. Time to end this review...)

Final Thoughts: Usually, I would either like TNA Impact or hate it. Tonight's show was liked by me because this actually showed that TNA can do good shows with good storylines for a few exceptions. I think it is hard to watch wrestling without understanding the storylines. WWE is not good with that but TNA is getting better. See you all for WWE NXT and WWE Smackdown.
