WWE Raw Review 4/30/12

Note: The reason why I waited this long to do this review was because a lot of what was going on was something I had to re watch. Also after the Extreme Rules PPV, there will a shit load of things going on. So with that said, here's WWE Raw.

Opening Segment: Triple H, Johnny Ace, and Brock Lesnar are in the ring. We get some talk about Brock not getting his way, and Triple H laying down the law. Brock breaks Triple H's arm in the melee.
(So what the fuck is going on? Johnny Ace is slowly trying to fuck with guys like Cena and Triple H. He's scared of Brock and we got this as the beginning of the show. I don't know if I want to be impressed or scared to be watching WWE.)

The Miz vs. Santino Marella (Non-Title Match – Beat the Clock Challenge)
Winner: The Miz
(I guess The Miz is going to be the new U.S. champ soon. Poor Miz, stuck in mid card hell. Santino is still funny and a great comic foil for both shows. This was a good match which is saying alot. At least this ended cleanly.)

Layla vs. The Bellas (Triple Threat Match Divas Title Match)
Winner: Layla
(So the Bellas are gone for good. Thank you god because they sucked. Layla is not better but she is good in to ring for the most part. Bellas are gone but not forgotten. Thank you Bellas!)

Big Show vs. Chris Jericho (Beat the Clock Challenge)
Winner: No Contest
(Really? Why? No reason? What the fuck! Moving on........)

Brodus Clay vs.JTG
Winner: Brodus Clay
(No comment on this match. Why is JTG still in the WWE?)

Randy Orton vs. Jack Swagger (Beat the Clock Challenge)
Winner: RKO
(Good solid match. Love to see guys go to work in the ring. Orton is still in the mix but why is he facing Swagger. Also why is RKO not going for a title?)

Kofi Kingston and R-Truth vs. Primo and Epico (WWE Tag Team Title Match)
Winners: R-Truth and Kofi Kingston (New Tag Champs)
(Well I wanted to see The Colons make it to Summer Slam but this is good as well. I hope this is what Kofi needs. This is going to be interesting to see these guys as champs. The Colons will be gone soon. Damn it!)

Kane vs. The Great Khali (Beat the Clock Challenge)
 Winner: No Contest
(This is another match I want to know why this happend. Both men really can't wrestling greaty but why ended it like that. This could have been a good match and a solid thing to see but WWE likes to fuck up good things. )
Daniel Bryan vs. Jerry "The King" Lawler (Beat the Clock Challenge Match)
Winner: Daniel Bryan
(Loved the match. Love the guys in the match. I hated the ending. We all know that Lawler could have beaten Bryan. Good match. I was geeked to see Lawler wrestle because he is the king and all. )

Main Event: John Laurinaitis ambushed John Cena, revealed that he will face him at WWE Over the Limit
(Other than this is total bullshit, this will not get anything else said about this dumb ending. )

Final Thoughts: So we got new tag champs, the Bellas are gone, and we get a 50/50 on the matches tonight. Cena is hurting, same with Triple H. This is not a good way to move into the next PPV. I guess I will wait for WWE Smackdown to see something tame and more sensical.

WWE Extreme Rules Review 4/29/12

Note: This is the WWE's only supposed PPV where it is ok to go apeshit. So let's see what comes from this PPV. Welcome to WWE Extreme Rules PPV.........

Match#1: The Miz vs. Santino Marella
Winner: Santino
(This was a pre show match but I included this match because the Ryback match was in the PPV and I ignored that on purpose. This was a good match. The Miz is stuck in mid card hell. Santino is still funny and the cobra still rocks. Good start to the PPV.)

Match#2: Kane vs Randy Orton
Winner: RKO
(This was a good match. These guys can put on a good match. Kane is the monster heel and RKO is the bad ass. I though this was over but I think we can get one more match out of this for the next PPV. So happy to see good wrestling on WWE every once in a while.)

Match#3: Brodus Clay vs Dolph Ziggler
Winner: Brodus Clay
(I guess the show off can't fight off a funkasaurus. I am going to be sick for saying that shit. This was a good match regardless of the idiotic first line. Too bad Brodus' character is going to get stale soon. Ziggler is due for a title push soon. I hope for the U.S. Title. )

Match#4: Big Show vs. Cody Rhodes - IC Title Match
Winner: Cody Rhodes - New Champ
(Thank goodness this can be over because I don't want to see another mismatch like this. We knew Big Show was going to win the IC title at WM 28 but lost it 30 days later not 10 seconds. Good match even though Cody had some missteps.)

Match#5: Daniel Bryan vs Sheamus - WHC Title Match
Winner: Sheamus
(Nothing really to say about this match. This was not a yes moment for DB. Moving on.)

Match#6: Chris Jericho vs CM Punk - WWE Title Match
Winner: CM Punk
(This was another god match and nothing else can be said about this match. I just want Y2J to go away soon. This drunk angle is pissing me off because I know a lot of drunks and don't like the subject matter.)

Match#7: Layla vs Nikki Bella - WWE Divas Title Match
Winner: Layla - New Champ
(Nice to see someone new have the title. Beth will get the title back. This was a good match for Layla because she is a lot better than the Bella twins.)

Main Event: Brock Lesnar vs. John Cena
Winner: Cena
(This was such bullshit. Brock should have killed Cena. The only thing good from this is that Cena is injured. I wanted Brock to win and kill Cena but Cena injured means he will be off TV. Damn you Vince.......Let Cena go away for a while. )

Final Thoughts: This was an ok PPV. The good was that we got some new champs. Also Cena injured was a good thing for non WWE universe members. All I can say is that this was not worth the money to see this PPV but it was worth it to see Cena go away for some time. Thank you Brock. Also thank you Layla for coming back. See you all for WWE Raw.

WWE Smackdown Review 4/27/12

Note: This is the last show before Extreme Rules PPV. I know this is not the best PPV for WWE. I would rather watch old ECW matches. With that said, let's jump into WWE Smackdown.

Opening Segment: Big Show, Daniel Bryan, and Alberto Del Rio come out to talk smack about the World Heavyweight Title situation after Extreme Rules. Ricardo Rodriguez gets chokeslammed by Big Show.
(Good way to start the show. We all know that ADR is going to win the WHC but against DB or Sheamus. Big Show is going to also be in the title hunt sooner or later. Poor RR damn near died from that choke slam.)

Match#1: Big Show vs. Alberto Del Rio
Winner: Big Show by DQ
(The DQ ending was because of Cody Rhodes. However, the ending of the match was cool because Big Show whipped some sense into Cody Rhodes. This will be an interesting match for sunday.)

Match#2: Alicia Fox vs. Nikki Bella -Non Title Match
Winner: Nikki Bella with an assist from Brie Bella via twin magic.
(This was the saddest match I have ever saw on WWE TV. All three women in this match are horrible. The match was garbage. I cannot wait for either Beth, Kharma or someone to get the title off these non wrestlers.)

Match#3: Titus O’Neil & Darren Young vs.Yoshi Tatsu & Ezekiel Jackson
Winners: O'Neil and Young
(Score one for the NXT boys. Not really fair because this was a jobber match. Moving on now......)

Match:#4: Antonio Cesaro vs. Tyson Kidd
Winner: Antonio Cesaro
(New WWE star gets a tryout match. Good.......I hope he is not a waste of talent like Ryback or Ezekiel Jackson.)

Match#5: Great Khali vs. Cody Rhodes
Winner: Great Khali
(No Comment........)

Match#6: Ryback vs. Jobber
Winner: Ryback
(Moving on..........)

Main Event: Sheamus vs. Mark Henry
Winner: Sheamus
(Nice match to end the show. Nothing new to see.)

Final Thoughts: I think most of Smackdown was wasted. I cannot wait to see this PPV. Nothing else much to say. Good night.....

TNA Impact Review 4/26/12

Note: Usually I would say something about the gain or decline of TNA programming. I will hold all those comments until the end. I am going to make this a short and sweet review because the ending is going to make me and you all sick. Funny but sick. Here's TNA Impact........

Opening Segment: Jeremy Borash comes out and calls out Eric Bischoff for his tweets against him. Jeremy Borash wants a match and because of tonight's rules, Eric Bischoff has to accept. Before they can get it on, Bully Ray attacks Jeremy Borash allowing Bischoff to get the pin. Bischoff takes a pic of Borash with his camera phone to post on Twitter.
(This was probably the most dumbest thing to have ever been done. This is like Mean Gene calling out Vince McMahon. I really like the ideal but this was the dumbest thing to start this show. TNA just got my anger up three points.)

Devon defeated Bully Ray to retain the Television Title.
(I don't know if this is sad or tragic. They were the best tag team ever! They had to end. Bully Ray is not a main eventer. Neither is Devon. However, Devon has a title not a tag team title. I actually like this match only because of the ending and also for the fact that this was not a shitty match. Thank you TNA and thank you Dudley Boys.)

Angle defeated Anarquia with an Ankle Lock.
(This was sad to see. Anarquia basically fell for this asinine match. We all know that Angle is the shit in TNA. This was basically a jobber match for Angle to show people he's still the man in TNA. There is not a lot else to say. It's true......It's damn true.)

Robbie E defeated Alex Silva with a DDT.
(Who cares? Not me.........I just lost minutes watching this excuse for a match. )

Brooke Tessmacher defeated Gail Kim in a non-title match.
(Thank you Gail Kim for showing me what a woman can do in the ring. Brooke is still green and not a good wrestler but Gail can make a women's match look good. Too bad Gail Kim could not do this in WWE. However, they have divas not wrestlers. Thank you Gail Kim. Brooke is not ready to be TNA Knockouts Champ.)

Magnus and Samoa Joe defeated Mr. Anderson and Jeff Hardy to retain the Tag Team Titles.
(Magnus and Samoa Joe are the shit! They are the tag team champs. Why was Anderson and Hardy put in this match. This was a good match though. The ending with Daniels and Kaz was bullshit though.)

Eric Bischoff, Ric Flair and a few other heel wrestlers come out for Bischoff's farewell party. Flair praised Bischoff before they were interrupted by Garett Bischoff, Jeremy Borash, Austin Aries and a few other wrestlers. The faces reveal a port-a-potty which they intend on putting Bischoff in. After the heels with Eric Bischoff brawl with Garett Bischoff's wrestlers, Jeremy Borash and Garett Bischoff take Eric to the port-a-potty. Garett and JB shove the port-a-potty over. Eric comes out covered in crap as the segment ends.
(Well TNA gets points for originality. This was a good way to send off Eric Bischoff. No more evil dictator. I know this is not over but I loved the ending even though it made me sick. Shit on TV is still shit on TV. )

Final Thoughts: This was a ok TNA but the ending literally made me sick. The matches were ok but I think it is time for TNA to do more to make people want to watch the TV show and also their PPVs. I guess ok is good for TNA. See you all for WWE Smackdown.

WWE Raw Review 4/23/12

Note:  I was at this WWE Raw event. This is my first Raw since 2007, and I hope this is better than the one I went to back then. Also, I hated that the early bell time meant I missed the Superstars tapings. I am not going to talk about the Superstars tapings and also I will not talk about the Cena birthday shit. I came to see WWE Raw and only want to see the matches and also the funny shit during the matches. So with that all said, this is WWE Raw from Detroit, MI..........

Opening Segment: Cena and Teddy Long come out to for the contract signing for him and Brock at the Extreme Rules PPV this Sunday. Johnny Ace says it is later and leave the ring. Edge comes out to the loudest pop of the night at JLA. Edge tells Cena to stop being a pussy and fight Brock and beat him. If he don't he will be spitting in the face of guys like HBK, Triple H and Edge himself. Edge leaves and then Cena as well.
(The beginning of WWE Raw live is better to see only because there are more shit going on. Edge was a shock to me but only because Edge is a hockey fan and has said he loves coming to Red Wings games. Also Edge said that he's done with the WWE in two days. That means Edge is fully retired. Cena looked dumb and shocked. This was a good way to start this epic three hour show.)

Match#1: Chris Jericho vs. Kofi Kingston
Winner: Y2J
(This was a good match to see live. Lots of bumps. Kofi had a cheering section but they left as soon as he lost the match. Y2J got the most heel heat of the night because he did say something to literally piss off the fans in Detroit. This was a good match to start the show.)

Match#2: Lord Tensai vs. R-Truth
Winner: Lord Tensai
(This was a dumb match. This match made people left in droves to get food and use the bathroom. Even the kids that was in the little Jimmy section wanted to go home. Moving on.....)

RKO/Kane Segment: Kane comes out to taunt RKO. RKO is on the Tron with Paul Bearer. He puts Bearer in the deep freezer at JLA. Kane doesn't go to get Paul right away.
(Lame segment but funny to see Paul Bearer get froze. However the pyros for Kane did scare the shit out of like three kids near me. Also made a cute young women pee a bit. Never wear white pants out in public.)

Match#3: Big Show and Great Khali vs. Cody Rhodes and Alberto Del Rio
Winners: Big Show and Khali
(Funny match. The new giants of the WWE vs. the little men. Not much to say because I was bored. Only thing was that this kid asked me could Big Show eat a whole cow. I laughed my ass off.)

Brock/Josh Matthews segment: Brock comes to the JLA and was asked some questions by Josh Matthews. He answered the questions and he walks away. Josh says something dumb and Brock damn near kills him.
(This got the most pops for being realistic and funny. We all had bets to see what hospital he would be in and also if he would be out in 29 minutes or less. It's a Detroit thing.)

Match#4: Nikki Bella vs. Beth Phoenix - Divas Title Match
Winner: Nikki Bella (New Champ)
(This was made into a lumberjill match. All the divas coming out just made all the men in the crowd pop louder than when Edge came out. The Bellas look skinny as hell in person. Beth looks hot in person. The match was ok until Beth possibly broke her ankle. So we have a new champ. Good for now.)

CM Punk/Y2J Field Sobriety Test Segment: Y2J gives CM Punk a liquor basket. CM Punk gives it to Josh Matthews. Alex Riley comes to tell Y2J that he saw CM Punk drinking. He goes to Johnny Ace and have CM Punk do a sobriety test and if he's drunk then he loses his title. Punk fails at first but he does everything right and beats up Y2J.
(This was a good segment. Nothing else can be said about this segment because it made sense and nothing was botched. Also because most of this segment was done with no errors.)

Match#5: Mark Henry vs. Sheamus - Non Title Match
Winner: Mark Henry with an assist to Daniel Bryan
(DB was the ref in this match. Quick match with a quick three count. So this will be a quick comment. The WHC title match is going to be fun to watch this Sunday.)

Match#6: Zack Ryder and Santino Marella vs. The Colons - Non Title Match
Winners: Zack and Santino
(Funny match. Quick match. Zack wins and so does Santino. I like seeing those guys and in person it was worth it. )

Match#7: Brodus Clay and Hornswoggle vs. Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swaggler
Winners: Brodus Clay and Hornswoggle
(Another funny and quick match. Vikki was funny at the end. Moving on.......)

Brock/Cena contract signing final segment and happy birthday John Cena segment.
(I am glad to see Cena get beat by the Rock and probably Brock this weekend. This was a great way to end the TV show. Cena is going to be a heel or get some thing new. I left after this and did not care to sing happy birthday to Cena.)

Final Thoughts:  CM Punk acting drunk and also seeing some of my favorite guys and gals was worth the price of admission. There was more going on between the commercial breaks and also before WWE Raw started. This was the best WWE Raw I have ever seen this year. No much else to say but see you all for TNA Impact.

WWE Smackdown Review 4/20/12

Note: As much as I am excited to see this week's Smackdown, I am more excited to go see WWE Raw in my hometown of Detroit this coming Monday. I just want to see a good show tonight and also for Monday. So here is WWE Smackdown........

Opening Segment: Daniel Bryan opens the show to lots of YES chants. He says Sheamus cheated to win the World Heavyweight Title and talks about how he will win it back at Extreme Rules. Daniel Bryan opens the show to lots of YES chants. He says Sheamus cheated to win the World Heavyweight Title and talks about how he will win it back at Extreme Rules. AJ Lee comes out and Bryan tells her to leave but she won't. She wants to talk about their problems but he says she was the problem. Bryan wishes AJ was never born and says he will never take her back. He leaves her in the ring to cry.
(DB is a total DB still. AJ is such a dumb bitch for trying to be with him. I love the YES chants but still can work the WHAT chants. DB is becoming my favorite heel. )

Match#1: Natalya vs. AJ
Winner: Nattie by DQ
(AJ just got my respect for being an uber bitch. Harness that anger, AJ. This was funny as fucking hell to see AJ go ape shit.)

Match#2: Hunico and Camacho vs. Brodus Clay and Hornswoggle
Winners: Brodus and Hornswoggle
(I knew this would happen sooner or later. This was something I wanted to see but knew I was going to hate. This match was wasted on me because I don't like the WWE version of Mexican American or Brodus as a white soul brotha. Hornswoggle is still in the WWE? Why? Moving on.....)

Match#3: The Usos vs. Titus O'Neil and Darren Young
Winners: Young and O'Neil
(NXT invades Smackdown! The Uso will be tag champs soon but I will give it up to the NXT guys for coming into the B show and gaining some props. Nothing else to say.)

Match#4: Alberto Del Rio vs. Big Show
Winner: ADR with an assist to RR and Cody Rhodes
(This was a 3 to 1 match. We all knew Cody was going to get Big Show back for the embarassment of WM 28. ADR did not need this match but it was a good warm up to being WHC soon. We all know that ADR is going to be champ soon. This was a typical match for Big Show.)

Match#5: Ryback vs. James Lerman.
Winner: Ryback
(This is a typical jobber match. Nothing new to see here. Like watching a lion kill a alley cat.)

Main Event: Daniel Bryan, Cody Rhodes, and Mark Henry vs. Randy Orton, Sheamus and Big Show
Winners: RKO, Sheamus and Big Show
(The babyfaces win and the heels will regroup. I am thankful this ended well. Love this match as the main event. So much actions and nothing was wasted or had some idiotic twist. Good match.)

Final Thoughts: WWE Smackdown ends the European tour but so amped to see WWE Raw this Monday in Detroit. This was a good show. I loved how they got rid of Khali at the end. Excited to see him leave the ring. Also happy to see my favorite heel get some more heat before his match at Extreme Rules. So see you all for WWE Raw from Motor City USA.

TNA Impact Review 4/19/12

Note:

Opening Segment: Bobby Roode comes out and brags about his win at Lockdown. Mr. Anderson comes out to challenge Roode. Hogan comes out as well.
(I do apologize for the lame opening segment but really don't care about Roode talking about beating Storm. I guess in a sense with TNA Impact their openings does not catch me or make me want to get excited over something.)
Bully Ray & Crimson beat Matt Morgan & X Division champion Austin Aries
(This was an interesting match. I still don't know why Crimson and Morgan are feuding. Bully Ray is getting on my last fucking nerves being in the main event. Aries is good. I love that Aries is the only reason why I wanted to see this match. I cannot wait to see him defend the X Division Title. )
Kurt Angle beat A.J. Styles.
(This could have been a PPV match but was wasted on TV. AJ needs a new feud and time to put him back in the X Division to give Aries a run his title. Kurt needs to go back to WWE and then retire. Good match but wasted.)
Team Tessmacher (Tessmacher, Tara, Velvet Sky and Mickie James) beat Team Rayne (Madison Rayne, Gail Kim, Sarita and Rosita) in a Knockouts tag match.
(Where did Tessmacher go? I did not realize she was gone. This was an interesting match. As a man, this would be a dream match with mud, and lots of nakedness. This was still a good match to see. It came close to be a clusterfuck but 8 women in the ring is not a clusterfuck but a male wrestling fan's wet dream.)
TV champion Devon beat Gunner.
(Why God? Devon is the TV champ? Really? Gunner needs the title better than Devon. What pisses me off is that Bully Ray is a main eventer but Devon is a mid carder? This match was wasted on me.)

Rob Van Dam beat Jeff Hardy and Mr. Anderson in a three-way match to become new #1 contender to the TNA World Title.
(I would rather have saw Anderson get the title shot than RVD. Anderson needs this better than RVD. It was a good match but still feel like RVD is not ready to be a title holder or a title shot holder.)

Final Thoughts: Typical TNA Show. Nothing new to see but plenty of shit to nitpick about. I guess my attention is geared to WWE Raw in Detroit this Monday. However, at least I saw a good couple of matches and also some sexy women in the ring. See you guys for WWE Smackdown.

WWE Raw Review 4/16/12

Note: This is going to be an interesting week for WWE. There is a PPV at the end of the month. There is going to be a WWE Raw event next week in Detroit. So next week, I will be doing a rare live blog at the event. Until then, we get to see Raw in the UK. This is going to be interesting. Here's WWE Raw.......

There was no opening segment.

Match#1: Mark Henry vs. CM Punk - No DQ Title Match
Winner: CM Punk
(This was rushed in my opinion. There was not a lot of reasoning why this match was done at the beginning. I know that Henry has been screwed the last few weeks because of the feud with CM Punk and Y2J. This was a sad excuse of a match. It was a good match but it was too predictable.)

Match#2: Santino Marella vs. David Otunga - U.S. Title Match
Winner: Santino Marella
(This was a funny match to see especially how the end was set-up. Otunga fucked up the pin but Santino cleaned up the match. However, this was a funny match to watch. This is a botchamania candidate.)

Match#3: Kane vs. Zack Ryder
Winner: No Contest
(Kane beat Zack. Kane talked about RKO and his father. This was quick and lame. Moving on. )

Match#4: Kofi Kingston vs. Daniel Bryan
Winner: Daniel Bryan
(So AJ was trying to hit on Kofi but DB became a DB. This was a good match. It was not rushed and not something shitty. I miss guys like this wrestling and a clean finish. I guess without the title, DB is back to himself. AJ wants him back but DB is better without her. Kofi is still stuck in mid card hell but he's upper mid card. )

Match#5: Brodus Clay vs. Dolph Ziggler
Winner: Brodus Clay by DQ
(This was the only match where Brodus did not make this a jobber match. Dolph was being the show off but Jack Swagger did something dumb and the ref called the match in Brodus' favor. This was the one time that I did not change the channel. Holy shit!)

Match#6: Great Khali and Big Show vs. Primo and Epico
Winners: Show and Khali
(No comment and this was sad to watch. This was a fucking sad match. )

Main Event: John Cena vs. Lord Tensai - Extreme Rules Match
Winner: Lord Tensai
(Holy shit, this was the best thing to see on WWE Raw. Cena got fucked over. Not only did Johnny Ace and Otunga outside the ring but someone beat Cena but cheating. Tensai used a page from other Asian wrestlers like Tajiri. Green mist in the face and eyes. This was a slow match but all the cheating was making this a good match to end Raw. Thank you god for finally fucking over Cena. Cena is about to embrace the hate and become a part of the people power that Johnny Ace wants in WWE.)

Final Thoughts: This was a weird WWE Raw. This was in the UK. Most of the matches seemed rushed or put together in an sloppy way. I loved Raw this week though but next week, RAW comes to D (Detroit). Next week, Gene The Grappler will be coming to Joe Louis Arena. So until then, see you all for TNA Impact.

TNA Lockdown Review 4/15/12

Note: TNA had a great but also a shitty Impact to lead this PPV. I will try to be fair but I made my peace about Bully Ray in the main event, Jeff Hardy and Angle wrestling again, and why is Eric Bischoff fighting his own son. I will try to be fair but if I see something shitty, I am doing shots for every time TNA had a dumbass ideal. Here's TNA Lockdown........

Match#1: Team Eric vs. Team Garrett
Winners: Team Garrett
(This was a good match but the stakes were stupid to me. I know people wanted to see Eric lose this match but there are not a lot of heels in TNA. Basically, Hogan and Eric B were it. So it was sad to see him go but it means more time for the young talent. I still hated that Bully Ray was in this match. I don't like him at all. The match as a whole was good but no need for Bully Ray.)

Match#2: Samoa Joe and Magnus vs. Motor City Machine Guns - Tag Team Title Match
Winners: Joe and Magnus
(This was a good match to see. This was a breathe of fresh air because Joe and Magnus was stuck fighting Crimson and Matt Morgan. MCMG is back and I am happy as a Detroiter to see guys from the D rep in wrestling. I would have loved to see MCMG win but it was still a good match.)

Match#3: Brother Devon vs. Robbie E. - TV Title Match
Winner: Brother Devon
(Why god is this on the PPV? I don't have anything to say about this match. I do wish this title would be defended on TV not PPVs. Moving on.....)

Match#4: Velvet Sky vs. Gail Kim - Knockouts Title Match
Winner: Gail Kim
(This was a great womens match. Gail Kim can wrestle. Velvet Sky is not a good wrestler. This was a good match because Gail carried this match. I guess I am a sucker for good womens wrestling but not a fan of Velvet Sky. This still was a good match. )

Match#5: Matt Morgan vs. Crimson
Winner: Crimson
(I am sick of these guys. Both of them cannot wrestle. Both can't do anything. So moving on because this would make me want to lose my temper. )

Match#6: Jeff Hardy vs. Kurt Angle
Winner: Jeff Hardy
(This was something I did not want to see but it is ok to see for nostalgia sake. Both these guys were WWE guys and both were in their prime in WWE. In TNA, these guys are there for checks. This was ok for old times sake. End the feud quickly.)

Match#7: ODB and Eric Young vs. Rosita and Sarita - Knockout Tag Team Title Match
Winners: ODB and Eric Young
(I like that ODB and EY are married. The tag titles are a bit much. This was fun to watch because both Sarita and Rosita wanted to distract EY. This was a good thing to see before the main event. EY is almost as funny as Santino except Santino has a title of his own.)

Main Event: Bobby Roode vs. James Storm - TNA Heavyweight Title Match
Winner: Bobby Roode
(This was going to be a great way to end this PPV but Storm did not win. Roode has made me wanted to hate him as a wrestler and a heel. This would have been a five star match but it is more of a three star match because the lame ending. Really Roode? What is up with beer bottles in TNA? )

Final Thoughts: For the most part this was a good PPV for TNA. Except the ending and the beginning, it was a great PPV. I think TNA is getting better but then again, it will go back to the same people until they can build up more fresh faces. I guess for now, it is going to be a good week for TNA.

WWE Smackdown Review 4/13/12

Note: So this was live on Tuesday but repeated on Friday. Thank god for the repeat because I wanted to re-watch this special episode. This was an attempt to show off some legends and also help boost the rating for Smackdown. I will save my comments for the show and my final thoughts. Here’s WWE Smackdown with WWE Legends…….

Opening Segment:  We have Mean Gene Okerlund interviewing Sheamus but are interrupted by Johnny Ace and he makes a match tonight with Mean Gene and Sheamus vs. ADR and DB.
(WTF WWE! Really? You are going to put Mean Gene in a match. WTF? This is how you treat a man like Mean Gene by having him wrestle. This is not a good way to start off the show and you just pissed me off at the same time.)

Match#1: Mark Henry vs. Randy Orton
Winner: Double countout.
(RKO and Kane will be feuding for a while. It was funny to see Cowboy Bob Orton laid out. This is the second stupidest thing they did with a WWE Legend. I likme seeing Kane and RKO feud but I don’t want to see Orton Sr. knocked out. I love the match but hated the ending. Also hated the dumb way this segment ended. )

Match#2: Benny Camer vs. Ryback
Winner: Ryback
(This is going to be a dumb ass match, I don’t want to talk about it. I think Ryback is going to fail. Moving on before I go postal.)

Match#3: The Usos vs. Heath Slater & Tyson Kidd
Winners: The Usos
(Jimmy Hart comes down with Heath Slater & Tyson Kidd. Ok why? This was a shitty tag team match. WTF WWE? This was garbage! After the match, Usos leave as Hart gets in the ring to check on Slater. Foley puts Socko on Jimmy Hart and down he goes. Foley takes the megaphone and says something about a mistake. This was the shittiest thing I have ever seen in WWE.)

Piper’s Pit with Daniel Bryan and AJ: Basically DB blames AJ for his loss at WM 28 and she wants him back. He attacks Piper after he almost hits AJ.
(I love Piper. I hate DB. AJ is a dumb bitch. This was not up to par with the best Piper’s Pit but it will do in a pinch. Piper is still able to do his thing in the ring. I loved that Piper is cheered regardless if he’s face or heel. DB is a bigger DB and AJ is still a dumb bitch. )

Match#4: The Great Khali, Natalya and Alicia Fox vs. The Bella Twins and Drew McIntyre
Winners: The Great Khali, Alicia Fox and Natalya
(This was a mega clusterfuck! WTF WWE? Nothing else can be said. Except if I see Mae Young, I might puke for days. That’s nasty…..)

Match#5: Hacksaw Jim Duggan vs. Hunico
Winner: Hunico by DQ
(I will say that this was a sad thing to see. It was worse to see Hunico win because of Duggan’s idiocy. This is another sad excuse to see why I hate this episode. I got to move on before I go apeshit.)

In Ring Segment with Cody Rhodes, Dusty Rhodes, and Big Show: Out comes Cody Rhodes. He says tonight is just a waste of time and everyone should be focusing on the future. A future where he is the Intercontinental Champion again. The music hits and out comes Dusty Rhodes to interrupt. Dream talks about Cody being talented and poking Big Show and Cody cuts him off. Cody says he is embarrassing him and they can discuss this in the back. Cody goes to leave when Big Show comes out. Show plays video on the big screen of "Dashing" Cody Rhodes applying lip gloss in one of the older vignettes. Show says now that's embarrassing and leaves. The crowd chants for Dusty. Cody hesitates before leaving. Dusty's music hits again and he starts dancing in the ring another embarrassment to Cody.
(You know this was not as bad as I thought. Dusty is a great speaker and he does make a great point about how Cody is being wasted. It was funny to see the old dashing videos because Cody was made to be very effeminate. This was a good segment only because of Dusty Rhodes and also Big Show. Funny as fucking hell.)

Daniel Bryan and Alberto Del Rio vs. Sheamus and Mean Gene Okerlund
Winners: Mean Gene Okerlund and Sheamus
(This was the most shittiest main event I have ever seen on Smackdown. I did not want to see Mean Gene wrestle. I did not want Johnny Ace to fuck this up. I did not want to see the ending. I will leave it with the fact that Sheamus cleaned this mess of a match up. )

Final Thoughts: Please excuse me because I am about to vent like a motherfucker. WWE, WHAT THE FUCK? WHAT THE FUCK? WHAT THE FUCK? You wasted a live show with guys that barely can wrestle. You could not get the Iron Sheik? Or Bob Backlund? Why is it that you could not use the cooler HOF people like Edge, HBK, or even Ron Simmons but you can get Mae Young, Hacksaw, and Tony Atlas? THIS WAS FUCKING GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!! TNA did better and with less HOF guys. This was basically a colossal clusterfuck. FUCK YOU WWE! You almost ruined my childhood. See you guys for the A show: WWE Raw.

TNA Impact 4/12/12

Note:  Usually, I would be posting this review on Friday but I felt that I really wanted to look at it a second time to see if I was going to say the same things during the broadcast. With all that said, this is the final TNA Impact before the Lockdown PPV. I hope that this either helps people want to watch this PPV or if they would rather watch paint dry. Also please not that this is not going to happen often but if it does, I will explain why when it does. Here’s TNA Impact……

Match#1: Gunner beat Mr. Anderson via disqualification because Anderson wouldn’t listen to the ref’s orders to stop stomping Gunner in the corner.
(This was a good match for the most part. I hate that it ended with a DQ. I do love a clean finishes because it makes the match more legit to see. I am just old school like that. Gunner is such a lackey for Immortal or Eric Bischoff. Mr. Anderson is getting better in TNA and needs to stay in TNA. WWE will fuck him over again. What’s funny is that this match could have been better if it was longer.)

Team Garrett vs. Team Eric was set up in a segment where Eric Bischoff is tricked into believing it was a 4 vs. 4 Lethal Lockdown match. Hulk Hogan comes out and announced it will be 5 on 5. Bischoff puts himself in the match, only to find out the last member of the team isn’t Hulk Hogan but RVD.
(So on Eric Bischoff’s team you have Kaz, Daniels, Bully Ray, and Gunner plus Eric Bischoff himself? Why did they have to have Bully Ray on their team? Damn you TNA for putting him in the spotlight. He’s a fucking joke to say the least. The other guys are cool. All the heels joined to face their enemies. As for Garrett’s team, it is AJ Styles, Austin Aries, Mr. Anderson, Garrett and RVD. So this is not going to be a clusterfuck after all? This might be a good match. I hope to see that at the PPV. However, anything with Bully Ray will make me question their fucking logic.)

TNA X-Division champ Austin Aries defeated Christopher Daniels.
(I love X division matches. These matches make me miss the fast paced cruiserweight matches of WWE. Daniels is a great wrestler and same with Austin Aries. I love this match for so many reasons. I am ignoring the 5 on 5 implications because I just want to see wrestling. This was a good match. I want to see more of these matches. This is wrestling!)

Bully Ray defeated AJ Styles.
(This is not a match I wanted to see. I don’t like any match with Bully Ray. AJ is a great wrestler. I loved the way this man can wrestle in the ring. Sad to say, he had to carry this match because Bully Ray is such a fucking loser. )

The Motor City Machineguns, Mexican America and Samoa Joe and Magnus got into a brawl with each other.
(I just can’t wait to see this match. Nothing else can be said about this segment. Real tag team wrestling is in TNA. Thank you god for that!)

Velvet Sky & Mickie James defeated Gail Kim & Madison Rayne. (God I love their Knockout matches when they last longer than five minutes. This was a good tag match for the ladies. There were bodies flying and lots of action. I miss matches like that in WWE. I want to thank you ladies for the best damn match of the night. )

Eric Young and ODB get married inside a steel cage.
(This was the best wedding I have ever seen in wrestling. This looked real and made to feel real. ODB is kinda hot in a dress. The hot chicks of Mexican Americans came to interrupt but I guess EY is going to be a married man. This is not as stupid as I thought. For the most part this was funny and really cool. )

Bobby Roode and James Storm go face to face to promo Lockdown.
(This is going to be a good match but I know it is going to end with a DQ but it will still be a good match to say the least. Nothing else could be said to end TNA. Nothing…..)

Final Thoughts: Most of the matches were good this week. I like the wedding. I love the X division match and the Knockout tag team match. Usually, I would have a bad to say but sad to say that I have one big fucking issue with this episode. Why are they doing a 5 on 5 match with the Bischoffs? I let it slide because I was hoping this father/son thing would be over but it is not going to fucking die. This is the one thing I hate about TNA is that they don’t want to kill off idiotic storylines. I guess I will hope for the best at the PPV this Sunday. So I am off to re-watch Smackdown. Until then, later.

WWE Raw Review 4/9/12

Note: Last week we saw the return of Brock Lesnar. I am a fan of his short WWE career especially with the matches with Cena before he sold out. I am interested in what's to come of Cena/Lesnar. Also this will be the second week of Johnny Ace's rule over both shows. I might have been hard on WWE last week after WM 28 but I think as we prepare for SummerSlam and Survivor Series, things might change for the better. So here's WWE Raw........

Opening Segment: Johnny Ace comes out and declares Brock the new face of WWE. He announces that Lesnar and Cena will face each other at the PPV next month. Cena and Brock had a huge brawl after the pleasantries.
(Well I am happy to see Brock back. I am happy that I will see something old become new again. This will be a good thing for Cena because he needs someone to further kill the PG Cena. This was the best way to start Raw and also start this epic re-telling of a good storyline.)

Match#1: Brodus Clay and Santino Marella vs. Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger
Winners: Brodus and Santino
(I have mixed feelings about this match. I like the heels especially Ziggler because he's going to be champ soon. I love Santino because he is the comic relief of the WWE. However, does not like Clay's character. I wish WWE would drop the whole fat white dancer that acts black gimmick. I find it insulting but then again most people don't. This was not a good match to watch but it was entertaining for the most part. )

Match#2: R-Truth vs. Cody Rhodes
Winner: R-Truth
(Big Show is going to make fun of Cody for getting knocked out at WM 28. I still laugh at the fact that he took that punch like a champ. This was a quick match. I cannot wait to see this rematch only to see Cody get knocked out again.)

Match#3: Lord Tensai vs. Yoshi Tatsu
Winner: Lord Tensai
(This was a typical jobber match. Lord Tensai is going to be pushed but what title will he get. The U.S. title or IC title. The crowd was doing the Albert chants. At least we all know that he's from the past but most kids don't care.)

Match#4: CM Punk vs. Mark Henry - Non Title Match
Winner: Henry by DQ.
(I hate that they are going to squash Punk but making him feud with Y2J. This whole alcohol angle is pissing me off. Both Henry and Jericho did their jobs this week to kill Punk but Y2J had to do the whole alcohol bath also. This is dumb to me because we don't need real life angles in wrestling. I am trying not to get so upset but this does bother me. Especially if this is suppose to be PG. I know there will be a title match for Y2J at the next PPV. )

Match#5: Alberto Del Rio vs. Zack Ryder
Winner: ADR
(Zack did not have a chance in hell in this match. ADR had this match in the bag for the most part. This was a decent match but it was not going to be another win for Long Island Iced Z.)

Kane chokeslammed the actors from the movie The 3 Stooges.
(Why is Kane the guy that has to kill movie and sports celebrities? Pete Rose and Drew Carey comes to mind. Waste of time. Moving on.........)

Main Event: John Cena vs. David Otunga
Winner: Cena
(First of all, why is Otunga in the main event? I know he's Johnny Ace's bitch but really? This was a so so match. This was a setup for Brock and Cena to end the show with a second brawl. This was a good way to end the show. I liked this setup. Perfection.)

Final Thoughts: This was the best Raw I have seen this year. Except for the stupid shit with the movie guys, this was better than last week. I think it is starting to be a good thing to bring some of the old people back to give it new blood. Lesnar is going to be great for the short term. Cena will become the patsy for the all the shit that Johnny Ace will throw at him. I did not see a lot of Smackdown people which means for maybe a couple weeks, we only get Raw guys. Until Thursday, see you guys later.

WWE Smackdown Review 4/6/2012

WWE Smackdown 4/6/12

Opening Segment: John Laurinaitis and David Otunga coming out. Laurinaitis brings out Teddy Long for one last moment. Laurinaitis shows off his new and improved SmackDown and rips into Long. Long wants to quit but Johnny won't let him. It appears Long is under Laurinaitis' control now.

Match#1: David Otunga and Mark Henry vs. R-Truth

Winners: R-Truth and Otunga
(This was a sad excuse of a match. We all know that R-Truth was on Team Teddy. The other two guys were on Team Ace. This was sad to watch because of the new GM of both shows. So sad.....)

Match#2: Randy Orton vs. Kane - No DQ match

Winner: RKO
(This was a good match for the most part. I like this WM rematch. They put their bodies on the line for this match. I miss matches like this on TV. No blood but there was lots of shit going on in the match. This was almost old school for me.)
Match#3: Ryback vs. Barry Stevens

Winner: Ryback
(New character but same shit. This is like a match from old school WWF Superstars. Total jobber match. I really had a flashback from a kid watching this match. Poor Barry, he was fucked.)
In Ring Segment: Daniel Bryan comes out next with AJ Lee and he's pissed off. Fans chant for Bryan but he's not buying it. He tells them to quit mocking him. Lots of "YES!" chants from the crowd. Bryan won't budge and starts dissing AJ before he dumps her. AJ leaves the ring as the crowd chants "YES" and sings "goodbye" to her.

(To be honest, I like this because it is time for DB to get this shit together and he will still be a DB. With that said, it was nice to see little AJ as a valet but she needs to go back to NXT with the rest of them. I love the YES chants. I miss the WHAT chants. AJ was trying to be supportive but DB was being a DB. It was funny to see him lose in like seconds. DAMN!)
Match#4: New WWE Intercontinental Champion Big Show vs. Heath Slater

Winner: Big Show
(This was so sad to watch. Heath was like a deer in the headlights and Big Show was the semi truck that took him out. This was more of a sad excuse for exercise for Big Show. Heath got a chokeslam and knocked the fuck out in one match. Cody wanted to fuck with Big Show but he's ready for Cody's attempts. )
Backstage: More heat for John Laurinaitis. He arranges a face off between Sheamus and Alberto Del Rio before their match begins tonight so Sheamus can't use the Brogue Kick for another surprise win.

Match#5: Beth Phoenix vs.Nikki Bella

Winner: Nikki Bella
(Beth looked good. Nice to see her actually in a match not being in some mess like at WM28. Nikki Bella got my attention for not only winning the match but also utilizing on the distraction from Kelly Kelly. OMG, this was as close as WWE got to showing their divas off as wrestlers.)

Main Event: Alberto Del Rio vs. Sheamus - Non Title Match

Winner: ADR
(This was a dumb ass match because of the stipulation and also because Johnny Ace is being a total tool and creepy heel. Del Rio used the school of Guerrero for the win. This is going to be a great PPV match once we get through all the bullshit that Johnny Ace and Del Rio will use to make Sheamus life hell. )

Final Thoughts: This was Smackdown after WM 28. For the most part, I was hoping for more but got it in glimpses because the divas match showed some hope. ADR and Sheamus will be good. Kane and RKO was my match of the night. Basically the show as a whole disappointed me. I watch TNA just to see status quo but this actually was better than TNA. I guess my hopes will be uplifted come Monday night. Next week's Smackdown is going to piss me off because it will be like the Old School WWE Raw show. So see you all for WWE Raw.

TNA Impact Review 4/5/12

TNA Impact Review 4/5/12

Note: Since there was no spoiler reports for this show since WWE invaded Florida this week, I am going to do this review blind. Most of lame storylines are still intact. Hogan is in control and like with WWE having Johnny Ace in full control. So here’s TNA Impact…….
Since this is going to be my blind opinion of this episode, it is not going to be in order and it is in the order of which I saw it via TV and Youtube.
Opening Segment:
Match#1:  Mr. Anderson vs. Robert Roode (Non-Title)
Winner: Bobby Roode then was reversed. New winner is Mr. Anderson.
(So Hogan is trying to be a good Hogan? Really? This was a good match until the ending. Roode is a full heel. I love to hate this guy now. I wonder though if he forgot that he's not in Beer Money anymore. As for Mr. Anderson, I want to know what is he exactly. Is he a heel or a face or a bad ass? I am confused. This was a good match until the end but Hogan messed up even further. )

Match#2: Kurt Angle vs. Jeff Hardy
Winner:  Jeff Hardy by Count Out
(This is another match that was good until the end. So Angle is a quitter now? I know he's not but he's hurting. As for Hardy, is he still in the doghouse with TNA? I liked this match but Angle leaving made it a bad match. Hogan put his foot down with Angle but it was dumb.)

In Ring Segment: Austin Aries and Bully Ray
(I see Bully Ray gunning for the X Division. Why? This is going to be dumb idea. Moving on.....)

Match#3: AJ Styles vs. James Storm
Winner:  James Storm
(Here's a great match with a great ending. No Hogan involvement! Two men that can wrestle and make a great match. Loved the ending especial how AJ fell into the Last Call Superkick. This was a great match.)

Match#4: #1 Contender Match for the Knockouts Title – Winter, Mickie James, Velvet Sky, Angelina Love, Madison Rayne, and Tara
Winner:  Velvet Sky is the new #1 contender.
(This was a man's wet dream. Six sexy women in the ring wrestling for one thing. Even though this was not the way I liked, I still like this match. Nice to see girls like Winter and Angelina Love back on TV. Also nice to see my former WWE girls Mickie and Tara in the mix still. This was a good match but the ending had me confused. )

Match#5: Motor City Machine Guns vs. Mexican Americans
Winners:  MCMG
(This was a great way to get the MCMG back into the fold. This was a good match. As a Detroiter, I marked out to see these kids back in TNA. Now we need Rhyno back in TNA. )

Eric Young’s Bachelor Party:
(No comment on this because this is getting stupid and I hope it is over at Lockdown.)

Confrontation between Eric Bischoff and Hollywood Hogan:
(No comment because we all know that this is setting up for a match at Lockdown. )

Final Thoughts: Well it is funny that no one could have done a spoiler for this show because the WWE was in Miami. I think most of the TNA fans saw promise this week but WWE stole the thunder from TNA. Most of the matches are gearing up for Lockdown. I was upset that there was no spoilers but come next week it will be back to normal. With that said, speak to you all for WWE Smackdown.

WWE Raw Review 4/2/12

Note: I know that my Wrestlemania review was late but you try to write and host a party. I had 13 guys in one room at a secret location in Detroit MI. All of us are watching this PPV and trying to keep the police and fire out of the room. I will be hosting another PPV party in Detroit either at SummerSlam or Survivor Series. This should be a clusterfuck. I say that because there will be fall out from the PPV and I also think someone is going to make an impact on the WWE. Here’s WWE Raw: The Aftermath of Wrestlemania……

Opening Segments: Johnny Ace and David Ontunga start off Raw with the rest of the locker room. He speaks about this is the era of people power. CM Punk comes in and calls Johnny Ace a tool. So Johnny Ace calls for two matches for tonight. Santino Marella faces Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger for the U.S. title. The other match is CM Punk vs. Mark Henry for the WWE title.

The Rock comes out and basically says that he beat Cena and that he’s the true people’s champion. The Rock talks about having a dream about being the WWE champ again.

Match#1: Santino Marella vs. Dolph Ziggler vs. Jack Swagger for the U. S. title.

Winner: Santino Marella

(This was Johnny Ace’s way to punish Santino for last night’s PPV. This was actually a good match. I actually thought that Santino was going to lose the title but he won because of the bickering between Ziggler and Swagger. The Cobra won. )

Match#2: Lord Tensai (Albert) vs. Alex Reilly

Winner: Lord Tensai

(This was a squash match. This was a premier match. This was a so-so match. Nothing else needs to be said about this match. Lord Tensai is the new mid card talent.)

Match#3: CM Punk vs. Mark Henry for the WWE title.

Winner: Mark Henry by count out.

(This was a good match. Both guys were hurting from the PPV. This could have been a great PPV match but was wasted on Raw. CM Punk is still the best in the world!)

Match#4: Cody Rhodes vs. Kofi Kingston

Winner: Kofi Kingston with an assist from new IC Champ Big Show.

(This was a quick and steady match. There was many aerial moves and also high flying. This was good for both men. Cody looked good without the IC belt. I hope to see this match again soon. This time without Big Show interruption.)

Match#5: The Miz vs. Zack Ryder

Winner: The Miz

(Here goes another match that was good. Both these guys worked their asses off last night and tonight. This was one of those matches I don’t want to forget but I will. This was a great match to end with for Raw. )

John Cena comes out to thank and congratulate The Rock. He talked about not going with the hate and how he will work his ass off. Instead of The Rock, we get the next best thing….Brock Lesnar! He comes, he shakes Cena’s hands and then he Cena gets an F5.

(This was the best way to end Raw. We as fans wanted to see this man come back to WWE. No more bullshit about UFC/MMA because he’s back to wrestling. This was the best way to end Raw. This will mean that we will finally see Cena become evil. )

Final Thoughts: Up until the ending of Raw, we had some of the lose ends tied up. We also saw a debut and more drama. I guess I left out some things but only because it will be seen on Smackdown. Also Johnny Ace will be around for a while and will be fucking up everything that is good with the WWE. So until Smackdown, I will see you all for TNA Impact. Also, starting soon, there will be changes in the way I will blog the results and also other things. Good night all……..

WWE Wrestlemania 28 Review

Note: Sorry this was up late but I wanted to watch Raw to see the after effects of Wrestlemania.

Note: This is the Super Bowl of the WWE. This is the biggest event of 2012 for the WWE. I hope this is the best PPV because the hype for it lasted too damn long. So as I write this after my epic wrestlemania party, this is my opinion and views of the PPV called Wrestlemania 28.......
Before The PPV:
WWE Tag Team Title Match: The Usos vs. Justin Gabriel & Tyson Kidd vs. Primo & Epico
Winners: The Colons
(Well I am actually shocked this was not on the PPV. This was a good match. I like the new tag team of Gabriel and Kidd. The Uso are getting better each PPV. The Colons still get the attention. This was a good match that should have been on the PPV. )
WrestleMania 28:
World Heavyweight Title Match: Sheamus vs. Daniel Bryan
Winner: Sheamus (New WHC)
(This was not a shock to me. I laughed so hard that I peed on myself because DB lost in record timing. I never saw someone get beat that fast in years. Sheamus is the new champ. Thank you god! I am going to be a mark for Sheamus but still like DB. AJ is going to dump DB real soon. )
Kane vs. Randy Orton
Winner: Kane
(This was a good match but the whole set up was last minute. Kane is going to retire soon. Randy Orton needs a title shot. This is a short and sweet version of this match. Moving on….)
WWE Intercontinental Title Match: Big Show vs. Cody Rhodes
Winner:Big Show (New IC Champ)
(Show is a triple crown champ. Show did not choke at WM. Show is the man. Cody Rhodes is now a punk. All that shit he did to fuck with Show made this a great match to see. I cried when Show won and happy to see something different. However, how does this change the IC title’s image. This is suppose to be a mid card title but Show might make this worth it. )
Beth Phoenix and Eve Torres vs. Kelly Kelly and Maria Menounos
Winners: Kelly Kelly and Maria Menounos
(The only reason why I watch the match is to see if the chick from Extra would hurt herself. She didn’t. The other reason is because I like Beth but felt she was wasted in this match. Four women in a ring is one thing but there was not a lot of wrestling in it. )
Hell in a Cell: Triple H vs. The Undertaker with HBK Special Ref.
Winner: Undertaker (20-0)
(I am a child of the Attitude Era. I lived for this moment of WWE history. This was the match of all matches for all of us in the Attitude Era. This should have ended the show. This had to be seen in person or on TV. The fact that Triple H is done with as a wrestler makes me want to cry. Seeing Shawn Michaels ref this match made me think he was legit to do the job. This was the best match in the last 10 years. Wow….)
Team Laurinaitis vs. Team Long
Winners: Team Laurinaitis
(As much as I wanted this match to be short, it was not. This is why I hate 6 on 6 matches. Basically, Johnny will run both shows but I think he will be around to fuck up things until at least SummerSlam.)
WWE Title Match: Chris Jericho vs. CM Punk
Winner: CM Punk
(This was another match with lots of talk and little action. Punk has this match in the bag. Y2J is going to leave soon to go to his band. So this was a good match with some bullshit segments. Moving on…..)
The Rock vs. John Cena
Winner: The Rock
(Thank you so much Rock for being Cenation! Thank you Rock for basically being the icon killer. You killed three legends now. Thank you Rocky! This was the worth all the hype but it was better to be happy to see someone like the Rock to end the Cena train. As for Cena, it’s time to become a heel and be the new evil of WWE. We will see…..)
Final Thoughts: I will say that the WWE put on the best Wrestlemania on the new millennium. However, it will not top Wrestlemania 3 or Wrestlemania 23 (both were in Detroit.) but this was a close to perfection. The good thing is that I enjoyed this PPV but I know WWE Raw will be a colossal clusterfuck. See you all for WWE Raw.
