WWE Raw Review 9/30/13

Note: Well we start a new week of wrestling with a question: What will Triple H and Stephanie do to make things harder in the WWE? Before answering that, just note that as objective as I could be with the question, I like Triple H as a wrestler and also as a performer. Stephanie is not my cup of tea for a woman in wrestling but she does make up for the lack of skills. Basically WWE is making it hard to like the product but also love the changes in the product. With that said, let's watch WWE  Raw and hope for a better show.

Opening Segment: CM Punk talks about this Sunday and how he will take out Ryback and finally will take out Paul Heyman. He later says he wants to fight and demands a fight with Curtis Axel, Ryback or even Paul Heyman. Out comes Brad Maddox to calm him down. Then we see Big E. Langston and they fight.
(I will admit that I marked out to seeing CM Punk out in the ring and hyping the PPV. This was good for the opening because it is rare to see CM Punk start the show. Plus we all know that CM Punk is going to be back in the title picture before the end of the year. Loved how Big E. walked out of the mid card to challenge the main eventer. Brad Maddox was pointless in this whole thing. )

Match#1: CM Punk vs. Big E. Langston
Winner: CM Punk
(Well you want to hear something funny? This was a good match but not for CM Punk's actions. Big E. was brought up from NXT and into the main roster. He was doing well but after the mess with AJ Lee and Dolph Ziggler, he was either jobbing to guys or being put on the lower talked about shows of WWE. What kills me is that Big E. could be a good mid card title holder or even a WHC title holder if promoted right. This was a match that could have given him that exposure. I was watching this because CM Punk is a teacher and Big E. got schooled. Good match to start the show. This is what I mean by a good opening match. )

Match#2: Fandango vs. Kofi Kingston
Winner: Kofi Kingston
(All I got to say is that thank you Kofi for this match being good, quick and painless. I have said many times that Fandango is not going to be around and he is a joke. I loved that WWE is promoting YouTube like crazy because it needs people to watch their content there. Kofi can do some good with the company but as for this match, this was good for me. Please WWE, kill Fandango before the fans will.)

Match#3: Heath Slater and Jinder Mahal vs. Los Matadores
Winners: Los Matadores
(THIS WAS THE WORSE THING EVER SEEN ON WWE TV!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT THE FUCK?!?!?!?!?!?! MY GOD THIS WAS BULLSHIT ON TOP OF BULLSHIT. I actually wanted 3MB to win this match just to shut up WWE. So you mean to tell me that WWE cannot let the guys and gals promote themselves like Zack Ryder did? I mean WWE does not own people but gimmicks. What kills me is that why is WWE making Hispanics into jokes like bull fighters and gang members. This was bullshit!!!!!!)

Match#4: R-Truth vs. Curtis Axel
Winner: R-Truth
(This was looking to be a boring match. It was a boring match because happy R-Truth is not fun for me. Curtis Axel is basically doing the same thing as most guys who have the IC title, bullshit with it. This was going to be a SSDD match but CM Punk made it all better. Love the psych out but CM Punk. Good job. )

Match#5: Alicia Fox vs. Brie Bella
Winner: Brie Bella
(This was when I changed channels and got something to eat. Why? I hate the Bellas. Why? Unlike women like Natalya, AJ Lee, Kaitlyn, or even Layla, the Bellas aren't the top dogs of the division. We all know that these bitches are in the top because of their boyfriends. Actually, Brie is going to marry Daniel Bryan. So we will never stop hearing about it. I think it is sad that WWE is promoting and using this to promote the divas show and this marriage. I didn't care about this match.)

Match#6: Zack Ryder vs. Alberto Del Rio
Winner: Alberto Del Rio
(I will talk about ADR in a minute. I want to speak of the rise and fall of Zack Ryder. The thing that I was laughing about is that Zack Ryder was in the main event for 15 seconds. He was the US champion. He was a jobber with a gimmick that got popular without WWE's help. When he got popular, WWE had to kill his joy because he went outside the box. So seeing him on Raw and Smackdown is better than seeing him on the lesser shows. Zack does need to leave WWE and join TNA. At least he will had a real title like X Division or if they bring it back, the TV title. ADR is boring. This was a good match but the ending was skewed.)

Match#7: The Shield vs. The Usos and Dolph Ziggler
Winners: The Shield
(Most of the people that loved The Shield was watching this match. Some people are starting to really hate them because the gimmick is old. I think it is good as it is now. Unlike The Nexus or The Corre, this needs to actually play out. Don't kill the momentum of this great gimmick. I was watching this match because of that but laughing because The Usos aren't going to get their title shot at the PPV. Also it is sad to see Dolph Ziggler go back to the mid card. Good match but could have been a bit longer. )

Match#8: Antonio Cesaro vs. Santino Marella
Winner: Santino Marella
(Santino: Arrive, Fight, Win Quickly, Leave...That was how this match was basically. I was happy to see that happen. Nothing else needs to be said because after last week's bullshit with the snake charmers, this was better than nothing. )

Main Event: Randy Orton and Daniel Bryan have a discussion before their match at the PPV. It turns into a fight. They fight all over the ring and RKO takes out Daniel Bryan with Brie Bella watching.
(So basically, we got to see them talk and we got to see them fight. RKO is back to how he was back in 2006-2009. This was good for me to see because it might make me buy the PPV. However with them pushing the marriage of Brie and Daniel, it might make me not want to watch this PPV. Either way, this is a filler PPV before Survivor Series. )

Final Thoughts: Well this was not a bad show but what kills me is the hype for this PPV was a lot better than last months PPV. So you mean to tell me that this new named PPV gets better coverage than a PPV that suppose to have all the titles defended? I mean Night of Champions was suppose to be a good PPV but Battleground is better. What the fuck? So we know that WWE is going to milk the whole angle with Brie Bella and Daniel Bryan with Randy Orton, why? Also explain to me why WWE is still doing gimmicks in this era of TV. All the kiddie gimmicks died as the Attitude Era rose up. So why WWE? I think WWE is trying to get rid of the older fans who still remember guys before their repackaging and updates. Basically WWE expects people to have a short term memory. I don't. Especially with the information age, it is easy to remember the past. So I guess WWE is trying to make the kids believe that change is good. Not in the WWE. So time to move on and forward. The PPV will be ok but then again SSDD in WWE. I loved all the stuff that was basically filler for the show. I didn't mention it because it will be mentioned on Smackdown. See you all for TNA Impact, where change is killing the company.

WWE Smackdown Review 9/27/13

Note: I know I tend to repeat myself when it comes to WWE programming and what they think is good for the fans. I think it is just frustrating at times to see how they treat WWE Raw but WWE Smackdown is basically the recap show for WWE Raw. I use to watch WWE Smackdown and think of it as a seperate entity. Right now, there is close to 10 hours of WWE programming and about 5 of it is original content. So as we watch WWE Smackdown, let's see if we see original content or recaps. One more thing: What's more important in WWE right now? Not the titles...Here's WWE Smackdown...

Opening Segment: Triple H opens the show and talks about what's best for business. The Miz interrupts him and he isn't happy about what's happened to him lately. The main event was set up as The Miz vs. Randy Orton.
(I am still a big fan of Triple H the wrestler and the COO of WWE. I love this whole storyline because he is the new face of the Corporation. Him and Steph does a better job with this because we knew this was coming. Even getting guys like The Miz and Big Show into this is better for their careers and also their TV time. The Miz should be getting heat but he is cheered for this. I was not bored by this and this was a good opening to the show.)

Match#1: Alberto Del Rio vs. R-Truth
Winner: Alberto Del Rio
(BORING...........BORING.......BORING!!!!!!!! So you mean we can't change titles on ADR but we get to see him wrestle first? Why? WTF! Plus it is time to make ADR job to others. This was a bullshit move on WWE to push this boring fucker down our throats. )

Match#2: The Real Americans (Antonio Cesaro and Jack Swagger) vs. The Prime Time Players (Titus O'Neil and Darren Young)
Winners: The Prime Time Players (Titus O'Neil and Darren Young)
(BORING...........BORING.......BORING!!!!!!!! Not because of the Prime Time Players but because the racist angle is boring. Moving on.....)

Match#3: Dolph Ziggler vs. Dean Ambrose - US Title Match
Winner:  Dolph Ziggler by DQ
(So we got all three members of The Shield, so Dolph brings down RVD and Kofi Kingston. This would have been a good match just to see because these men are main eventers to me. This was young talent at its best. What did we get instead? Bullshit because everyone got involved and the match was called. Triple H changes the match and we get something different. )

Match#4: The Shield vs. Kofi Kingston, Rob Van Dam and Dolph Ziggler
Winners: The Shield
(This was better to watch because we got to see all these men do things to keep the crowd interested. This was almost like watching the old WWF lightweight matches. I was entertained with this match because we got to see all these men make statements that WWE has good talent. This was especially nice to see because it is rare to see good matches on WWE Smackdown. )

Match#5: AJ Lee vs. Cameron
Winner: AJ Lee
(Well I was happy to see AJ Lee in action. Even though it was short because WWE cannot make a longer Divas match because it shows that they don't have a lot of real women wrestlers. I was happy with what I saw. Tamina is AJ Lee's bodyguard and it was weird to see her. She looks good but only because she might have had work on her. Thank you WWE for this slice of heaven. )

Match#6: Santino Marella vs. Heath Slater
Winners: Santino Marella
(Even though most people billed this as a tag match, I saw this as a singles match. Why? Well I saw Santino and Heath in the ring but the bullshit was out of the ring. So you mean to tell me that we have to see wrestlers do silly things? I mean I don't mind the Cobra but now we got people playing flutes as snake charmers. What the fuck? This was not boring but this was a comedic clusterfuck.)

Main Event: Randy Orton vs. The Miz
Winner: The Miz by DQ
Then reversed by Triple H and change it to a No DQ Match
Winner: Randy Orton
(So you mean to tell me that Triple H can change matches just to please people? I know the answer to the question but why did we see this match again. Also why did we have to see The Miz become a jobber? Watching this match was like watching the continuation of their match last Monday. As a fan, I want to know why all this is going on while Cena is out. So you mean to tell me that Cena changes the way both shows? Time to end this review.)

Final Thoughts: So as I watch this show, I kept asking if this show is different than watching WWE Raw. As you watch three hours of WWE Raw, you get some good and some bad. Even when you watch stuff like Superstars and Main Event, they still use it to promote clips of past WWE Raw or promote WWE Smackdown. However, tonight as with past shows, they used part of it to recap WWE Raw. As I do these reviews, sometimes it is easier to watch one show and go off that show. Tonight was no different but as a fan of wrestling, I push on with what I love to watch. See you all for WWE Raw.......

TNA Impact Review 9/26/13

Note: So what's going on with TNA? It seems like last week Dixie Carter pulled a Vince McMahon. Why? Well I guess she is tired of being the good business woman and tired of the comments from AJ Styles. Also what's going on with Aces and Eights? Are we going to see the end of this group that is a biker version of NWO? Hopefully, something is going to happen tonight. Basically TNA is changing because no more Mickie James, no more Ken Anderson, and no more originality. Here's TNA Impact...

Match#1: Robbie E, Jessie Godderz, and Gail Kim vs. Joseph Park, Eric Young, and ODB
Winners: ODB, Eric Young, and Joseph Park
(I want to know who booked this match. This was a terrible booking on TNA's part. Why? OBD and Gail Kim could have a better match on their own. At least those women can wrestle a match. Why is Eric Young still wrestling in TNA when he has his own show on another network? Why are we still seeing Joseph Parks when we could see Abyss? I gave up on this match and was fixing dinner. Moving on.....)

Match#2: Kenny King vs. Austin Aries
Winner: Austin Aries
(This was a better match to see than the above one. At least seeing guys of this caliber does get my attention. What makes this a better match is that there was action and was good enough to keep my attention. Plus I like both these men and see both in the main event for a title or fighting to get a title shot. This was probably one of the best matches of the night.)

Match#3: Chris Sabin vs. Manik - X Division Title Match
Winner: Manik
(Holy shit! I get my wish to see the X Division Title being defended. Don't care who has it and don't care when or why but happy to see this title defended. I was happy to see this because I bitched about not seeing this title defended. Also what pisses me off was the lack of guys in the division. With that said, this was a treat. Don't care if Sabin is heel now. Loved this match and love to see this title being showcased more on TV.)

Main Event: Aces & 8s (Wes Brisco, Garett Bischoff, and Knux) vs. Main Event Mafia (Magnus, Sting, and Samoa Joe)
Winners: Sting and Samoa Joe
(When I was watching this match, all I could think of is when will these factions go away. Aces and Eight look like a jobber squad when they are without all the guys that had name recognition. Main Event Mafia is only in existence because of Sting. Once he leaves then what? So basically this was sad to watch and depressing to even talk about. One more thing to go!!!!)

After The Main Event: Hulk Hogan is in the ring already. He has a clipboard in hand. He has a mic. He says there is a lot of bad blood between AJ and Dixie. He wants to call out the man for Team TNA as he fights against Bully Ray at Bound for Glory. Music hits and here comes AJ Styles. He comes down with his leather jacket and hood. He takes the hood off as the music changes. He has a baseball cap on under it. He gets in the ring and meets with Hulk. Hulk ands AJ the mic and Hulk grabs another one. Hulk says he has been around the block a few times and the place was so crazy that he couldn’t spit out how great it was for AJ to win the BFG Series. He knows AJ is going to win the title at the PPV. He can’t have a champion without a contract though. Here is the contract. Hulk already signed it. He hands it to AJ. AJ goes to sign it, but he goes to talk. Before he can say anything, Hulk tells AJ that they love him and want him to get the title. AJ looks at the contract and signs it. He says, “I’m yours.” Just then, Dixie carter walks out and apologizes for the interruption. Dixie gets in the ring. She doesn’t want to be rude, but she wants to remind Hulk the reason why she brought Hulk into TNA. She brought him for the opportunities to make things great. He taught her so much and he opened a lot of opportunities. However, he is just an employee. She will improve Hulk though as an employee. She turns to AJ and says he has to get down on his knees and beg. The reality is staring him in the face. Dixie says he is just another marginal figure. She grabs the contract from the clipboard and rips it up. Hulk has no idea what is going on. Dixie turns and yells at AJ to get out of the ring. AJ goes to talk back, but Dixie overrides him. He tosses the mic at her feet and leaves the ring. Dixie says she probably knows Hulk is mad, just like everyone, but no one has lived like Dixie. They don’t understand the decisions she make. The 99% who attacked her for the last 4 or 5 months need her. The 1% are the creators. Hulk is holding his head. Dixie understands what Hulk is doing, but he should have ran what he was going to do with her before he came out. She goes on to state that they know what it takes to take the company to another level. Does he want to be part of it? Dixie asks Hulk whether he is going to be on Team Dixie or sit on the sidelines with AJ. He will give Hulk a week to decide, and she knows he will do the right thing. Dixie leaves the ring and walks backstage. Hulk Hogan looks on. He is stunned. The End.
(This whole angle looks familar to me. I mean we see AJ Styles as the ungrateful hero. Dixie Carter is the pissed off management type. Hogan is just there but is not part of the equation. This looks just like what CM Punk went through back in 2011 with his pipebomb and the whole thing with Triple H and Vince. So the TNA version is where Dixie basically could lose her Cena. Also why bother asking if Hogan is on her team? The fans want to see Hogan leave wrestling for good. Retire!!!! I copied this part from NODQ.com review of TNA because my version would have been short and sweet. )

Final Thoughts: There was two matches in this show that kept my attention. The sad thing is that this show looked short as fuck. There was more non wrestling going on than actual matches. I find that fucked up because TNA could actually do a full show with nothing but matches and in ring interviews. Basically, I wasted two hours when I could have watch two matches and moved on. However, as a wrestling fan, I push forward and move to the next show. See you all for WWE Smackdown.

WWE Raw Review 9/23/13

Note: So we saw on WWE Smackdown that Vickie tried to punish those guys including Daniel Bryan by putting them into a match 3 on 1 vs The Shield or something like that. Vickie got punished and the match was stopped midway through the match. Ok, so what will really happen to these guys tonight? Also my thing is that if we see Big Show cry again, I think we should change channels just to avoid seeing it. Tonight, we will see WWE Raw in Chicago and that means we will see CM Punk home. I don't mind seeing Daniel Bryan and CM Punk more than John Cena. However, the fact that people still bitch because they want to want to see Cena and think CM Punk and Daniel Bryan is overrated. I am happy to see a Cena-less WWE but we all know that we need to enjoy it before he comes back. Hopefully, tonight will be a good show. Here's WWE Raw.

Match#1: Kofi Kingston vs. Alberto Del Rio
Winner: Kofi Kingston
(Usually when I see ADR on TV, I change the channel or go eat something. However, I like Kofi and wanted to see how crazy Kofi will get in this match. So I watched it just for that. So watching this, I was laughing at the fact that Kofi is still the happy go luck face that people love. Kofi is just as bad as Cena when it comes to being hated and loved at the same time. What is funny is that we can deal with Kofi but we hate Cena. As for ADR, well I think it is silly that he is trying his best to either match with RKO or be better at being a heel. ADR sucks period. This was a good match only because Kofi was all over the place. )

Match#2: Wyatt Family vs. Prime Time Players
Winners: Wyatt Family
(This was a tag team jobber match. I watched this with less interest than watching snails race. I want to like PTP but it is hard to support a tag team that glorifies something most black people aren't. We are not flashy and we don't act like we have to brag about shit. As for the Wyatt Family, well I love to be scared and freaked out but then again, swamp people and creepy white guys have been done before in WWE. This was not a good match but I didn't change channels. Also, it is getting lame at the end to see Bray Wyatt do is freaky mess, do the Sister Abilgail move and be creepy at the end. Really?)

Match#3: Randy Orton vs. Rob Van Dam - WWE Raw Interactive Match
Winner: Double Countout
(Well I was happy to see this match because last time they wrestled it was a classic match. This was not going to be the same match. I love the evil RKO. This is what we need to see. We don't need to see anymore guys act like Cena. We need balance. This was a match to showcase the evil that RKO can do. I loved every second of it. Sorry RVD but this was not your night.)

Match#4: Fandango vs. Santino Marella
Winner: Fandango
(After the above match, I decided to get something to eat. Why? I hate Fandango. I see him and either eat something or go do dishes or wash clothes. I avoid his matches like I avoid catching the flu. I wanted Santino to win but this is Vince's wet dream. So we will not see Santino win today. I need to start a clock to countdown when Fandango will end. I give him until middle of 2014 to get old and tired. )

Match#5: The Bella Twins, Naomi, Cameron and Natalya vs. AJ Lee, Aksana, Alicia Fox, Layla and Tamina Snuka
Winners: Total Divas cast.......
(People complain about how fast and short Divas matches are. This was so fucking quick that I barely had time to pay attention. AJ Lee went into Stephanie's office to bitch about this match and almost lost her title and her job. I loved how AJ Lee said to Steph that she was all in her personal space and Steph says WWE is her personal space. That was funny to see. So this was a quick match, so no time to FAP or even see a shot of any asses. I think WWE is really pissing on this Divas division.)

Main Event: The Shield vs. Prime Time Players, The Usos, Dolph Ziggler, Rob Van Dam, Kofi Kingston, Zack Ryder, Justin Gabriel, R-Truth and Daniel Bryan - 11 on 3 Handicap Elimination Match
Winners: Daniel Bryan, The Usos and Dolph Zigger
(On paper, this looked like a shitstorm with a side of clusterfuck. This is how most fights in Detroit are...lobsided. Watching this was funny because Zack Ryder and Justin Gabriel was in the main event and had tv time. Too bad this will be the last we will see of them on WWE Raw. My god, this was sad because The Shield assumed they would beat 11 guys. Well technically this was more of a 9 on 3 match. Like I said, Ryder and Gabriel don't count. I love that this was cool to see because this was a rare match. what is the important thing is that we see that Daniel Bryan is the face of WWE not Randy Orton.)

Final Thoughts: I did not mention how the opening segment went. I did that because it was a redo of what happened on Samckdown minus Vickie fucking things up. I did not mention Randy Orton trying to mack on the Bella twins. That segment made me literally sick. Seeing AJ Lee trying to weasel out of the divas tag match was cool but wasn't a big part of the show to me. However, the whole show was very short on matches and long on segments. Especially seeing CM Punk get his ass handed to him by Heyman's Guys. Basically, this could have been done on Smackdown. We might see this again on Smackdown. See you all for TNA Impact minus Mr. Anderson and Mickie James.

WWE Smackdown Review 9/20/13

Note: Unlike last night's TNA show, I have an ideal of what we will see tonight. We will see Daniel Bryan get some revenge on The Shield. We will see the guys that helped Bryan on WWE Raw get punished for their actions. There will be a visit from RKO and also we will see The Shield carry out some form of punishment to the guys. Basically, we will see what WWE expects us to see: Water down bullshit and kid friendly TV. Here's WWE Smackdown.

Opening Segment: Vickie Guerrero is in the ring to open SmackDown. Loud boos when she says "Excuse Me!" She welcomes us to SmackDown. As the General Manager, she needs to make this show the most thrilling, best ever. She's here to introduce to someone. She repeats the WWE Championship title holder streaks. She introduced Daniel Bryan. Bryan says he would much rather be champion for 1 day then be a corporate suck up. Vickie says she is his boss & giving him an opportunity to come clean. Daniel says they both know he did nothing wrong. Vickie questions it & said he needs to come forward & tell the truth. Daniel asked if she wants the truth, and gave her it & said he kneed Orton in the face & the ref could have counted to 20 because Orton was knocked out. He said he should still be WWE Champion. Vickie says she could have fired Daniel & hopes he never becomes the face of WWE. Daniel said everyone here should be happy Vickie has no power. Vickie said Daniel deserved to be beat up by The Shield. She shows us photos of all the superstars who helped Bryan on RAW Monday. She said we will have all 10 superstars plus Bryan in an 11 on 3 gauntlet match. One man will face all 3 members of The Shield at once until that person is defeated. She said she's saving Daniel for last & laughs victoriously. She leaves & the crowd chants asshole.
(Usually when I see a clusterfuck forming, it is almost like watching a rain storm pop out of nowhere. This was a good opening but the match Vickie set up screams clusterfuck with a side of bullshit. My god, this is like killing seven jobbers and four main eventers. Vickie does not know what's best for business.)

Match#1: AJ Lee vs. Naomi
Winner:  AJ Lee
(As I was watching this match, I actually was playing Sir Mixx A Lot's Baby Got Back. I did not do this on purpose but it fitting the theme of this match. Naomi does have a nice ass. AJ Lee is known for her ass. This was funny to watch because all that I was looking at was that ass. The match was not good. What's funnier is that when AJ applied the black widow finisher, Naomi was tapping out on AJ's ass. FAP to that!)

Match#2: Jack Swagger vs. Santino Marella
Winner:  Santino Marella
(Santino should have a shirt that says: Arrive, Quick Pin, Leave, Celebrate. This was a quick match. Nothing wrong with that. Was happy with this match being quick because Swagger can't wrestler and Santino is the comedic foil of the WWE. )

Match#3: Ryback vs. Nick from Cincinnati (Jobber #2578)
Winner:  Ryback
(Ryback and Paul Heyman's bromance is sickening. Other than that, thank you Ryabck for killing a jobber. Moving on. )

Match#4.1: The Shield vs. Darren Young
Winners: The Shield

Match#4.2: The Shield vs. Titus O'Neil
Winners: The Shield

Match#4.3: The Shield vs. Dolph Ziggler
Winners: The Shield

Match#4.4: The Shield vs. Rob Van Dam
Winners: No Contest
(Before Triple H stopped things, this was the best thing seen on WWE TV. The Shield basically killed a tag team and Kofi Kingston before taking out RVD. I love The Shield and think they need more matches. Kofi Kingston just proved that he can fight three men alone. He almost won this match. Kofi is not a jobber. He's just a guy that cannot get a good push. Prime Time Players could have done more but was killed off. RVD would have won this if Triple H did not stop it. Like I said, Vickie does not know what's good for business.)

Match#5: Zack Ryder and Justin Gabriel vs. Luke Harper and Erick Rowan
Winners: Erick Rowan and Luke Harper
(This was close to being boring as fuck. Thank god that the Wyatt Family is hot right now. This was quick and also fast as hell. Bray Wyatt is a demented and sick fuck. )

Match#6: R-Truth vs. Alberto Del Rio
Winner:  Alberto Del Rio
(This was boring and quick. Yawn.......Time for the main event. Yawn..............)

Main Event: The Shield vs. Daniel Bryan and The Usos
Winners: Daniel Bryan and The Usos
(I never thought I would say this but this was the best match on Smackdown in years. My god, this was like watching old WWE before the PG era. There was bodies everywhere. The Usos did their jobs: remind people that they do need to be in the main event. These guys are good as a tag team. Daniel Bryan was awesome. The Shield was good. This was better than the main event on WWE Raw. Thank you WWE for this once in a lifetime event. )

Final Thoughts: Usually, WWE Raw would be saved by the end of the show. That has not been the case lately. Tonight WWE Smackdown was saved by the main event. This was so different than what we usually see on WWE TV. What kills me is that when Cena was on WWE TV, no one else would show up to work on WWE Smackdown. When Cena is off WWE TV, then people come on Smackdown. What the fuck? Anyways, see you all for WWE Raw. Maybe we will get back to normal next week.

TNA Impact Review 9/19/13

Note: Well last week was a PPV on TV from TNA. I am not a fan of this but I think it is because TNA is having money issues. I think if TNA wants to be a real wrestling promotion then it needs to travel but travel to more places and use the TV time to do more live shows. Stop going off of the old WCW playbook! This show should be interesting because AJ Styles is going to do something crazy. Also we will see Dixie Carter on TV. Hopefully after last week, the Aces and Eights will disband and move on. All I ask for is seeing a X Division Match. At least we get to see a KO Title Match. Here's TNA Impact........

Match#1: Jeff Hardy vs. Manik
Winner:  Jeff Hardy
(This does not count for a X Division Match. Hardy is way out of his league and should have lost this match. This was kind of sad to watch because TNA is making people not want to watch the show. I mean, if you got a division with lightweights and cruiserweights, use it! This was bullshit, plain and simple. )

Match#2: ODB vs. Mickie James (Champion) for the Knockouts Title
Winner : ODB - New KO Champion
(This was a great match for women's wrestling. I love that in TNA women like Gail Kim, Mickie James, and even Tara can come to be better wrestlers unlike WWE with their model wannabe wrestlers. I was shocked to see how this end because something tells me that Mickie James is leaving TNA. If she does, she needs to stay in the indies because if she goes to WWE, they will bury her.)

Match#3: Robbie E vs. Eric Young
Winner:  Eric Young
(Why is EY still in TNA? He is doing more things away from TNA and also making himself more of a creditable person. So why did he come back to TNA? This match was not done right and was a last minute booked match. This happen after ODB won her KO title. Really TNA?)

Match#4: Joseph Park vs. Robbie E
Winner:  Joseph Park
(So after the above match, we get another quick match. Why are we still seeing Joseph Park? So you mean to tell me that Abyss is a myth now? TNA is not PG and can use Abyss again. At least that was a better character than seeing Joseph Park. Also this was longer than the above match. Moving on......)

Match#5: Gunner vs. Hernandez
Winner:  Gunner
(So this was suppose to be a tag match but Chavo is hurt and James Storm wasn't in a fighting mood. However, Gunner was and Hernandez was there. This was a good match until the realization that Gunner is a better wrestler than Hernandez. Also I think Hernandez was better as a heel with LAX. This was a good match but it was hard to watch. Seeing two big men wrestle is odd but cool.)

Main Event: EGO (Bobby Roode, Christopher Daniels, and Kazarian) vs. Main Event Mafia (Sting, Magnus, and Samoa Joe)
Winners: Bobby Roode, Christopher Daniels, and Kazarian
(So this was setup because EGO jumped Magnus. I can understand that and like to see guys like Kaz, Daniels, and Roode in the main event. I think that with Aces and Eights breaking up, Main Event Mafia should as well. Especially when it gives Sting an excuse to wrestle. He needs to go ASAP. The match was good when Sting was not involved. I was happy to see EGO win because these are the guys that are TNA now. Not Main Event Mafia. )

After The Main Event: AJ Styles comes out to call Dixie Carter. Before she comes out he does his version of a pipebomb about the things Dixie Carter have done with TNA and her daddy's money. He speaks about the whole TNA/MMA connection and other stuff. Dixie Carter comes out and at first she's all apologetic but she flips and becomes heel. She tries to leave but AJ Styles conjoles her back in the ring. She shuts off his mic and the show ends.
(Seeing this was a lot like watching WWE in 2011 with CM Punk doing his pipebomb. This was different because AJ Styles was really hitting on some things that was wrong with TNA. He talked about all the guys that were in TNA like Jay Lethal and Low Ki. He was right about all the MMA guys coming in and disappearing. He cryptical talked about Hogan, Sting, and Eric Bischoff. He was so right with his speech. When Dixie came out, I think she needs to be off TV. She can't act or sell emotion. Her heel turn was more like if she pissed at a maid. The end was so fucking funny that I busted a gut.)

Final Thoughts: Usually, if I don't like a show, you would know it. Did I like this show? I wish I could answer that with a simple yes or no. I was mystified with basically everything that occured. I don't like Jeff Hardy but was stumped as to why Hardy open the show. I was shocked to see ODB won the KO Title but really. Why is EY still with TNA? Why is Abyss a distant memory? What's the point of having a tag match if there was no tag match? The main event was ok but I was lost with everything else. The end was clearly a rip off from WWE with CM Punk and Triple H. See you all for WWE Smackdown. At least that show is clear cut and serves a purpose just not the one I like.

WWE Raw Review 9/16/13

Note: Well it is after the PPV. Unlike the show after the PPVs, this feels like there is no real hype to it. I guess it is weird to say that the PPV sucked and this show might be the same thing as well. Also what is funny is that if I had the cash, I would have followed WWE to Cleveland. However, I am glad because most people were telling me that it would be a pointless trip. As for tonight, well I know someone will get fired for Daniel Bryan being fired and also we will see some more dumb shit just to embarass the Rhodes family. Here's WWE Raw..........

Match#1: Dolph Ziggler vs. Dean Ambrose
Winner:  Dolph Ziggler
(Even though this was a rematch, this was something worth seeing again. I only say that because it is going to be interesting to see if Ziggler can making back to the main event. I find it hard to see him in the mid card because it is not where he is suppose to be. Ziggler should still be WHC not a mid card jobber. As for Ambrose, he is a good wrestler. I see what WWE wanted from him. He does his job, puts on a good match and moves on. Good match for the most part.)

Match#2: Fandango vs. R-Truth
Winner:  Fandango
(SSDD from WWE. Most people are up this man's ass but I hate the fact that this is a shitty gimmick from Vince. I don't like him as a character, don't like the way people assume he is a good wrestler, and why is he wasting Summer Rae? She needs to get trained to wrestle and challenge AJ Lee. No comment on R-Truth. What's sad is that he was better as a heel because at least he was being himself.)

Match#3: Brie Bella, Naomi and Cameron vs. Alicia Fox, Layla and Aksana
Winners: Brie Bella, Naomi and Cameron
(What I am about to say is going to be deemed as perverted and sexist but this is what I saw while this match was going on. This was basically a huge wet dream for all men that watch WWE. All I could see was ass and tits. No real wrestling. Plus why is Brie Bella a face? I know her sister is out for a while but shouldn't this be changed a bit. All I could see is six women flopping around. AJ Lee was out with the announcers along side Nattie. Those women can wrestle. So this is what the division is reduced to? Reality TV stars vs. Real wrestling? What the fuck?)

Match#4: Damien Sandow vs. Rob Van Dam
Winner:  Rob Van Dam
(Well my comment about this match is summed up like this: Meh. I wish I could say more but meh. RVD is doing more wrestling and is on TV more but meh. Damien Sandow will be WHC soon but right now he is playing around. Moving on.......)

Match#5: Randy Orton vs. The Miz
Winner:  No Contest
(Well we know that Miz will be heel soon. After this ass whooping, I would have just quit. So RKO comes out and goes HAM on Miz right in front of his family. This was like watching a man beat a mule. I think the old sadistic RKO is back. This was basically a ass beating. )

Match#6: Tensai and Brodus Clay vs. Jack Swagger and Antonio Cesaro vs. The Usos - Tag Team Elimination Match
Winners: The Usos - #1 Contenders for the Tag Titles
(SSDD again. Why am I not surpried to see that? I have nothing against The Usos but are we going from Primetime Player back to The Usos and back. WWE is trying to have a tag team division but is stuck in a rut. I actually went to get food and came back to see The Usos win this. That's how boring this match was.)

Main Event: Roman Reigns vs. Daniel Bryan
Winner: Daniel Bryan by DQ

After The Main Event: Daniel Bryan immediately applies the Yes Lock on Orton but The Shield makes the save. Orton and The Shield beat down Bryan. Orton grabs a steel chair and puts Bryan's head in it like he did The Miz earlier. The Usos, Kofi Kingston, Dolph Ziggler, Rob Van Dam, Titus O'Neil, Darren Young and other WWE Superstars run out for the save. Reigns spears Kofi and goes to work on other stars. The Usos hit a double kick on Reigns, sending him to the floor. RVD takes out another member with a kick. Rollins is the only one left and he takes the big knee from Bryan. Bryan, the Superstars who made the save and the fans all chant "yes!" as Orton and The Shield retreat. Young and O'Neil hoist Bryan up on their shoulders as we go to replays. RAW goes off the air with everyone chanting "yes!" with Bryan.
(Well the only good thing was that the locker room finally decided to aid Bryan. That's the only thing good about this match. This was SSDD from WWE. So why was this match setup? Why was RKO suppose to face Miz? This was just a bad main event and even a worse ending to the show. Time to end this review. )

Final Thoughts: Well I know I did not talk about the opening segment. That's because I figured people would share my assumption about who would get fired in regard with the title match at the PPV. Daniel Bryan being stripped of the title was also something I though of before watching the show and was right about. I was shocked that Randy Orton did not get the title either. That's new and original. Seeing Randy Orton take out Miz and also Daniel Bryan reminds me of the old scary RKO that was taking people out each night. I didn't care about seeing Ryback being the saviour of Heyman. That put me to sleep. The whole show felt like it was rushed and also it lacked purpose. Maybe it was just me. See you all for TNA Impact. At least this show will have a better feel to it.

WWE Night Of Champions PPV Review 9/15/13

Note: It is funny that I get to see this PPV after going through a decent WWE Raw and an epic WWE Smackdown in Detroit. I find it funny that this PPV is in Detroit because the area has held two Wrestlemanias, countless WWE tv shows and more. So why was the hype for this PPV so lacklustered? Why does this feel like we are going to see SSDD from WWE? I am trying to be excited as I attend this event. However, it is like I might be right with my assuption. Anyways, here is WWE Night of Champions from my hometown of Detroit, MI.

Pre-Show - Tag Team Turmoil: 3MB vs. Tensai and Brodus Clay vs. The Usos vs. 3MB vs. Darren Young and Titus O'Neil vs. Jack Swagger and Antonio Cesaro
Winners: Darren Young and Titus O'Neil - #1 Contenders For The Tag Team Titles
(So as I am sitting down in my seat, a little kid asks me if Tons of Funk would win this. I tried my best not to laugh at him. I later said to the kid that PTP was going to win because it was their turn. I was right. As for this match, this was a clusterfuck with a side of calamity. This was the only way for all these guys would be on the card for the PPV. At one point, a small section was chanting for PTP but I doubt that people watching the PPV heard it. Not the best way to start the PPV but at least it was something to be laughed at.)

Match#1: Curtis Axel vs. Kofi Kingston - IC Title Match
Winner:  Curtis Axel
(I was actually shocked to see this happen. This is Night of Champions and all the titles should be defended. I find it ironic that this was the first title to be defended. Why? It is because this title use to mean something but now is just a joke with history. This was exciting to watch but it would have been cool to see Kofi win the title again. Thank you WWE for at least hearing the fans. )

Match#2: Natalya vs. Naomi vs. Brie Bella vs. AJ Lee - Divas Four Way Title Match
Winner:  AJ Lee
(Thank you again WWE for this gem. I was excited to see this match only because I was cheering for AJ Lee to keep her title. Seeing her live is better than seeing her on TV. Even though my seats were way up there, that ass was nice to see. Also I think I like Nattie again. Seeing her live was kinda of cool. The other two were meh. The ending was actually cool. Seeing a double sharpshooter was kinky but seeing Nattie tap out of the black widow was hot. This was a good match. )

Match#3: Rob Van Dam vs. Alberto Del Rio - WHC Title Match
Winner: Rob Van Dam by DQ
(This was the chant when this match ended: THIS IS BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!! I don't know if the people watching the PPV on TV heard that but in the crowd, that was the sentiment of the crowd for this match. We all wanted RVD to win this match and change the face of Smackdown. This could have been a better match if RVD won. Also it was funny to note that I was sitting next to people from Battle Creek just to see RVD. As for this match, this was a typical match from both men except seeing RVD live is a treat. Last time I saw RVD live was before WWE, TNA, ECW. This was an indy wrestling show and he was tearing up the house with Sabu. )

Match#4: Fandango vs. The Miz
Winner: The Miz
(This was where I went to get food. People were telling me to stay and watch this match. I was eating and walking around beautiful Joe Louis Arena. Like I said, I got up during this match. Did I see any of it? Fuck no! I don't like Fandango and knew Miz was going to win. Moving on. )

Match#5: CM Punk vs. Curtis Axel and Paul Heyman - 2 on 1 Handicap Match
Winners: Curtis Axel and Paul Heyman
(I came back to my seat just in time to see the best entrance in wrestling. Hearing Cult of Personality live is awesome. Even though CM Punk is from Chicago, he does have a huge cult following in Detroit. The place woke up when CM Punk comes out. Also it is funny to say that Paul Heyman live is something I wish to describe. Last time I saw Paul Heyman in Detroit wasn't in WWE. It was back in the era of ECW. The match was typical at first. I knew that Axel was going to be out first. However seeing the Anaconda Vice was sweet. I love that submission hold. The place errupted when it was Punk and Heyman in the ring. I was pissed to see Ryabck come to help Heyman. Way to ruin the match, WWE. )

Match#6: Dean Ambrose vs. Dolph Ziggler - U.S. Title Match
Winner: Dean Ambrose
(Before I talk about this match, let it be noted that people were leaving in groups during the PPV. Why? I think it was a mix of getting the kids out for school plus people were pissed with the lack of title changes. I was in a full section but by this match the section was almost empty. Also I was seating opposite the ring entrance and can see that people were even moving out of the lower bowl. As for this match, I was happy to see this because it is fucked up that Ziggler was a champion and now is jobbing to guys. I wish I was not a huge fan of Ziggler's because it is hard to see him fall like this. Also I like The Shield but this was kind of a letdown because this could have been more epic. I feel like the match was rushed because of what was next.)

Match#7: The Shield vs. Prime Time Players
Winners: The Shield
(By now, a lot of people were leaving. All the kids were gone because parents did not want to be driving in Detroit so late on a Sunday night. The people in the arena was excited to see this match but I think on the PPV, it was piping in the crowd. I say that because most of the crowd was not cheering as loud as I am use to hearing. Also it is funny that this was saved before the main event. I guess with the fact that RKO was next, The Shield was saved to be the protectors of the WWE Title. This was a good match. Loved seeing all the action in and out the ring. I think seeing Reigns doing a spear was so sweet. I still don't like PTP and think this is the end of their push. Time for the main event. )

Main Event: Daniel Bryan vs. Randy Orton - WWE Title Match
Winner: Daniel Bryan - New WWE Champion
(Well Detroit will be know as the new screwjob city. This was a good match. I was saying yes all the way through the match. I was happy to witness history but we all know that someone will be fired because Daniel Bryan won. The match was not as long as I though. The match ended like just before 11pm. I found that to be odd because of all the craziness and also the fact that people were leaving happy but stunned. I know both these guys can wrestle and can put on a good match. I guess the way it ended was shocking and left the crowd with something to talk about for tomorrow.)

Final Thoughts: I was there live. People will assume that I was not there but I was. I was happy to be able to go to all three WWE televised events in Detroit. I missed out on seeing TNA live and I had to work when WWE was in town after Christmas. After saying that, this was not the best thing I have seen from WWE. I wanted to see title changes not just one title change. I wanted to see action and some controversy. There was some but not as much as I wanted. If I was to get this PPV on DVD, I know 90% of what I saw would be edited. Also I hope that Botchamania will see some of the botches and mistakes I saw. I had more fun walking around seeing the fans in their gear and stuff. I know that WWE Raw will be better. So good night and see you all for WWE Raw.

WWE Smackdown Review 9/13/13

Note: Well we are exactly three days from WWE Night of Champions PPV in Detroit. I have been bombarded with various meet and greets by both main eventers and jobbers in the area. What kills me was hearing Big Show trying to validate the hype of this PPV. Also, seeing Kofi Kingston doing meet and greets is funny because he is not going to be on the show. Most people on the internet feel this PPV was rushed and it pisses me off because this is in my hometown. WWE and Detroit should be up there with NYC and LA when it comes to memorable places for wrestling. I am so pissed that this PPV is for all the titles to be defended but the fucking IC title won't be. Also what's the point having titles if they won't be defeneded. Anyways, here's WWE Smackdown.

Opening Segment: Big Show comes out to apologize for what he did on WWE Raw. It was forced and he was rewarded by being told to go home for the night. He does not leave fast enough and The Shield comes out to take him out. Big Show puts on a good fight but was triple powerbombed by The Shield.
(Watching this does setup something for the PPV this weekend. I loved that we got to see The Shield get tossed around by Big Show. This was the first time in a while that Big Show was able to fight back. Also it was good to see something good to start off the show. )

Match#1: Alicia Fox, Aksana, and Layla vs. Brie Bella, Natalya, and Naomi
Winner: Brie Bella, Natalya, and Naomi by DQ
(The only good thing is that I got to see my favorite wrestler in the Divas division: AJ Lee. She is selling the hell out of the whole hatred for the Total Divas bullshit. Not only that but getting all the heels together to make her case known. Kaitlyn was missing in this and also it is funny that since the divas reality show all their storylines was changed quick. This match was bullshit. However, when AJ Lee got in the ring then it served its purpose for the PPV.)

Match#2: Santino Marella vs. Damien Sandow
Winner: Santino Marella
(I missed Santino. I think it is time for Santino to get a title shot. IC or US title is open to him. Seeing that he is still a good mid card wrestler. As for Damien Sandow, he is going to either cash in his MITB contract at the PPV or he will do it before the end of the year. )

Match#3: Alberto Del Rio vs. Ricardo Rodriguez
Winner: Alberto Del Rio
(I think this was a waste of time. Why? We all know that most people think that ADR is going lose Sunday but I think not. Plus this whole thing with RVD, RR and ADR is not exciting but it is better than nothing or worse than nothing. I actually was happy to have changed channels in the middle of the match. )

Match#4: Dean Ambrose vs. Dolph Ziggler
Winner: Dolph Ziggler by DQ
(This was actually a good match because it showcased two great mid card wrestlers that should be in the main event. Dolph should not be jobbing to people because of whatever he did backstage. Ambrose should be main eventing shows and PPVs. My god, if this ended clean then I would have said this could have been a match of the year candidate. )

Match#5: The Shield beats The Usos and Dolph Ziggler
Winners: The Shield
(Teddy Long was crying because he did not get to make this happen. Typical Shield match. I am still impressed but it is only because I know The Shield will basically run wild during the PPV this weekend. )

Main Event - The Cutting Edge: Edge gets a huge pop and a 'thank you Edge' chant. Biggest pop of the night. Edge tells Christian to tear The Shield apart when he comes back. Orton comes out to some heat. Bryan gets a huge pop and lots of 'YES' chants. Edge asks Orton how it feels to be a sell out. Orton says Edge is jealous Orton is 10 time champion and Edge is just a talk show host. Edge says Orton forgets he's an 11 time champ. Edge says he knows what's best for business and the fans erupt with a 'yes' chant. Bryan said his dream was never to be the face of a corporation, but to hold the WWE title. Bryan says he'll beat Orton at Night of Champions. Orton cheap shots Bryan and the fans chant 'spear' but Bryan gets the upper hand and Edge leaves. Bryan makes Orton tap out and the fans erupt in 'you tapped out' chants. Orton leaves and Bryan stands tall with the fans chanting 'yes' to close.
(I saw this on WWE Raw. I know why they did this at the end of the show. Edge is on the Syfy show Haven which is on after Smackdown. Seeing Edge again is good and thank god he has not changed. He's just mellow. I did not care for this segment but I know what's going to happen at the PPV this weekend. Time to end this..........)

Final Thoughts: Well I will be at Night of Champions PPV in Detroit this weekend. I am excited that I get to see a PPV in Detroit. I saw a WWE Raw in Detroit. I saw a WWE Smackdown in Detroit. Now this, which is the trifecta of WWE events. This weekend is going to be interesting because this PPV is not looking good on paper and also visually. I know that WWE tries to keep the scripts for all shows and PPVs in check but this was a sign that people are more aware of what's going on. That might have sounded crazy but watch the PPV and see if I am right or not. See you all for Night of Champions PPV and WWE Raw.

TNA Impact Review 9/13/13 - No Surrender Free PPV

Note: Well I have said that this idea of having free PPVs on TV is not something most older fans are use to. I know that TNA is going through some financial issues and cannot afford to do a full PPV schedule. What kills me is that going into this show will be the possibilities of what could happen and also what could be seen on live TV. I just hope this is what I envision is what is real. Here's TNA Impact - No Surrender...

Match#1: AJ Styles vs. Austin Aries - BFG Semi Finals
Winner: AJ Styles
(I am going to ignore my usual rant about good matches starting the show first. This was an exception. Why is that? Well it is because Aries and Styles just made this match better than the one before. Austin Aries should be champion. Same goes with AJ Styles. Unlike WWE, TNA does make stars from their own roster but they assume they can make bigger stars out of old WWE stars. This was actually better because there was something in stake. I will say this is definitely a Match of The Year Candidate. Thank you TNA for this gem.)

Match#2: Magnus vs. Bobby Roode - BFG Semi Finals
Winner: Magnus
(Unlike the above match, this was basically a different match but the winner was not right. Seeing Magnus most weeks was like watching how he was either carrying the match or was slow but did something at the end to make it interesting. So watching this match was not hard but at times, I think Roode was wondering why is this man doing to me. Unlike the other match, this was not a big deal. However, this was not the shit.)

Match#3: Bully Ray vs. Mr. Anderson - Last Man Standing Match for the TNA Heavyweight Title
Winner: Bully Ray
(THIS WAS FUCKING GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!! I was so fucking pissed at this match. Not only did we see Bully Ray use every cheap trick in the book but we got to see the end of Anderson in Aces and Eights. Why? He was more interesting to see than Bully Ray. I think I was happy to change the channel after seeing how badly they killed Anderson. Time for the main event.)

Main Event: AJ Styles vs. Magnus - BFG Finals Match
Winner: AJ Styles - 2013 Winner
(I know how to pick winners this year. After last year's BFG PPV, I knew that AJ was going to win this year. Why? One reason was the fact that AJ Styles is the John Cena of TNA. Unlike Cena, AJ Styles have been heel and face and still keep fans. This was a good match even though this match wasn't going to happen. Watching Kaz, Daniels, and Roode beat both men in the ring up was fucking funny as hell. I was hoping to see a good match and I did see one. This was a back and forth match with lots of crazy turns. Seeing AJ win the BFG Series made me cry and made me happy. This is how things should be. )

Final Thoughts: Well BFG Series matches are over. Unlike last year, this was a year of crazy turns and also good action. This show was a mix of bullshit and greatness. I don't have much to say because it is time to see who is the new champ at the next actual PPV. See you all for WWE Smackdown.

WWE Raw Review 9/9/13

Note: Seeing that Night of Champions is less than a week away, it should be noted that we should be seeing better shows especially this week. I also think it is funny that Edge is back on WWE TV. Why? I know that they are in Toronto tonight. Ok but why bring Edge back? This is not best for business since he cannot do anything except talk. I'm not bitch about seeing Edge but I am not happy to see how he is used. So not only is Edge back for tonight but we get to see Santino come back and also the return of Goldust. This might be an interesting show after all, here's WWE Raw.

Match#1: Kofi Kingston vs. Curtis Axel
Winner: Kofi Kingston by DQ
(We saw this match last week. I love how WWE assumes that people don't watch all their shows in a week. So they figure to make people watch the same match over and over again. The only thing that changed was how Kofi won. He won clean last week on Smackdown. This week, it was Curtis Axel who got DQed. I am going to move on. This was what it was: crap. )

Match#2: Dolph Ziggler vs. Bray Wyatt
Winner: Bray Wyatt
(This was sad to watch. Why? It is because Dolph is jobbing. I like the Wyatt Family but this is getting played out now. I don't want to see Dolph jobbing. I don't want to see Bray Wyatt unless he is facing someone worth a watch. This was bullshit at its best. )

Match#3: Natalya, Naomi, and Brie Bella vs. Alicia Fox, Aksana, and Layla
Winners: Natalya, Naomi, and Brie Bella
(This was just a fucking excuse to promote the divas show on E! This was so fucking quick that I was shocked to see that I was able to go pee and get a drink. I think it is sad that WWE resorted to getting another show just to make space for these women who can't wrestle or cannot be used right. AJ Lee is the Divas champion but if she loses it, I will make sure to stop mentioning any Divas match again. )

Match#4: R-Truth vs. Alberto Del Rio
Winner: Alberto Del Rio
(ADR is the WHC, right? So why is this more of a non title match for the IC title? Basically, this was boring. ADR is killing jobbers left and right. R-Truth is a jobber with a gimmick. I an annoyed and will be moving on. )

Match#5: Santino Marella vs. Antonio Cesaro
Winner: Santino Marella
(I bitched about him being a joke. I was pissed that he is a jobber with a comedic gimmick. I am happy to see Santino back in WWE. Why? It is because we need to laugh in the WWE. Sad thing is that we also need someone to distract us from the bullshit that Triple H and Steph puts on TV. )

Match#6: Damien Sandow vs. The Miz
Winner: Damien Sandow with an assist to Fandango
(I think I will just move on because this was so bad that I don't want to say something I cannot take back. This was bad on so many reasons. )

Match#7: Goldust vs. Randy Orton
Winner: Randy Orton
(I am happy to see Goldust back in WWE. This is a good angle with him, RKO, his brother Cody and Triple H. I love seeing him come back. We should have seen a brother vs. brother at WM. This was a good match because RKO did not stink up the place. Goldust is still a good wrestler and character to see on TV. This angle is better than nothing. I think WWE relies heavy on their old talent because they don't want to admit their young talent is not good. Or it is because their young talent is shit. This was a good match regardless. I just think it is fucking funny that we got to see Goldust back in WWE for one night. )

Match#8: Rob Van Dam vs. Ryback
Winner: Rob Van Dam by DQ
(So we finally get to see this match? Why? It is because RVD and Ryback wear the same ring gear. Why is ADR even back out? I think I was put to sleep with ADR's speech. This was like watching a cruiserweight fight a heavyweight. This was just weird to watch but cool to see. Also, I think the Canadian audience said something to upset the WWE TV truck. This could have ended with a pin but whatever.)

Main Event: Daniel Bryan vs. Dean Ambrose
Winner: Daniel Bryan
(This was good to see this as a main event but seeing this for a title or something important. These guys personify what it is like to go from doing local house shows to being on TV in front of millions and millions people. This was good to see because at least these guys do deserve to be in the main event. Ambrose can wrestle and same goes for Bryan. Even though this is the main storyline of the time being, it is better than seeing Cena do his bullshit. Good thing, we got to see Daniel Bryan win one. However, seeing the after match events was bullshit. SSDD.  )

Final Thoughts: I know I did not mention the actual events of what happened with Edge but seeing that he will be on WWE Smackdown, it is going to be repeated then. Also seeing that WWE is in Canada until this weekend, we might as well get use to seeing crap until Sunday at the PPV in Detroit. Edge was a good thing to help boost viewership. Even though we are back in NFL season and we all know that Monday Night Football takes fans away from WWE. This was a show of good moments but shitty matches. Except for seeing Goldust wrestle. Also seeing that the main event was better to see because it did not have Cena to kill the ending. At least the crowd was into the main things of this show. See you all for TNA Impact.........

WWE Smackdown Review 9/6/13

Note: WWE is trying the same thing in a new ways. So we get the reformation of The Corporation 2.0 and seeing the new ways Triple H, Steph and even using The Shield is good for business. As for seeing Daniel Bryan get his ass whooped, well it is better than nothing. What kills me is that Randy Orton is on both shows. John Cena must not do Smackdown per his contract. So we are about over a week from Night of Champions in Detroit. It is fitting that this show have to really build the hype for that PPV. With that said, here's WWE Smackdown.

Opening Segment: Triple H holds a town hall meeting for everyone to air their grievances. The locker room is out watching from the stage. Triple H, Vickie Guerrero and Brad Maddox are in the ring. Triple H talks first about how he fired Cody Rhodes on RAW and what's best for business. The Shield are also out, standing guard at the ring. Triple H wants nobody to be afraid for their jobs. He lets anyone step up and ask a question but nobody does. He says no butt kissing. Damien Sandow speaks up and says he supports Triple H firing Cody Rhodes. Triple H says Cody fired Cody. Kofi Kingston speaks up and says everyone is afraid and that's not best for business. Triple H talks about how the wrestlers' egos are out of control and says that's why Daniel Bryan isn't out here. Heath Slater speaks up but Triple H cracks jokes at him. Rob Van Dam says Cody getting fired wasn't cool and calls Triple H "dude." Ryback speaks up and doesn't like being called a bully. Ryback vs. Dolph Ziggler, Kofi Kingston vs. Curtis Axel and RVD vs. Randy Orton is announced for tonight. Also, Bryan gets to pick The Shield member that he wants to face tonight. Triple H gives Randy Orton a grand introduction.
(I was laughing my ass off with this segment. This was very sad because it was clear to me that most people were acting scared. Not scared for their jobs but scared to fuck up on camera. What was funny was Big Show should have said something but we all know that he will be heel soon. Also Kofi was not fucked over with a shitty match. Everyone else basically got fucked over. )

Match#1: Randy Orton vs. Rob Van Dam
Winner: Randy Orton
(This was a flashback match in a sense. Last time these men faced each other was before RVD left to TNA. Wow. This was not a bad match because both men can go. This could have been for the title but thank god we could see that soon. I did not care for ADR being at ringside. This was to make sure there was heat for their match at NOC. What kills me is that RKO is WWE Champion and can be on both shows but Cena being the pussy he is can't work both shows. What the fuck?)

Match#2: Ryback vs. Dolph Ziggler
Winner: Ryback
(This was a shitty match. Ziggler was going to be fucked over. Ziggler is back in the midcard. Ryback is lame now. Thank you Dean Ambrose for the distraction and the help. Close to a clusterfuck but not by much. )

Match#3: Kofi Kingston vs. Curtis Axel
Winner: Kofi Kingston
(Ironic that Kingston was Axel's mentor in WWE NXT and now facing each other. This was the best fucking match of the night. Why? This was pure wrestling at it's best. No bullshit! We know that Kofi should be in the main event but is stuck in the mid card to shape the rookies and such. However, Kofi will be in the main event soon. Even it is for the WHC. )

Match#4: Naomi vs. Brie Bella
Winner: No Contest
(Thank you so much AJ Lee and friends for ending this shit. Thank you so much because this was so bad that I almost change the channel. Seeing AJ Lee, Aksana, Layla and Alicia Fox was the FAP moment I needed to watch and see the sexy bodies fly. )

Match#5: Jack Swagger and Antonio Cesaro vs. The Usos
Winners: Jack Swagger and Antonio Cesaro
(I changed the channel. I had to change the channel. Not into The Usos and hate the group known as Real Americans. Moving the fuck on. )

Match#6:; Big Show vs. 3MB - Handicap Match
Winner: Big Show
(This was like watching Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Gory and funny. This was just sad because we all know that Big Show could kill these men with just one real punch. This was just sad because Heath Slater should have shut the fuck up at the town hall thing at the beginning of the show.)

Main Event: Seth Rollins vs. Daniel Bryan
Winner: Daniel Bryan
(This was a good match for Smackdown. Actually it was weird to not see ADR wrestle tonight but weirder to see RKO wrestle on Smackdown. What was shocking was this ending cleanly but the after the match events was more so the icing on the cake. I don't have anything bad to say right now about this match but the whole storyline I do have something to say. Time to end the review. )

Final Thoughts: So did I just watch WWE Smackdown or did they redo the same thing from WWE Raw? I am not getting tired of seeing The Corporation 2.0 beating up on Daniel Bryan. However, the kids don't know about how the original concept of The Corporation got started or why is this concept back in the WWE. Big Show just became a face again just to go back to being a heel again. Stop the constant changing of characters because it is getting hard to keep tract. Also, just because Cena is out, don't fuck it up by trying to get him back sooner than later. See you all for WWE Raw.

TNA Impact Review 9/5/13

Note: So after last week's ending of TNA Impact, I have decided to try to follow the logic of how TNA makes storylines. I say that because it is hard to see who is a face and who is a heel in TNA. AJ Styles is my pick to win BFG Series but he was suppose to be the anti-hero. However, with Angle out of action and other things, he became a face again. Also AJ tried to do a CM Punk like rant about TNA. Another example is Magnus, he's in Main Event Mafia now but was a heel and hated Samoa Joe. What the fuck is going on? Seeing that this was a taped show, I will pretend to ignore the results and watch this as it is. What's sad is TNA is doing the WWE schedule of taping shows and having live shows. Here's TNA Impact........

Match#1: Knux vs. Chris Sabin
Winner: Knux by DQ
(I don't know what was funnier: seeing that Knux can win a match or Chris Sabin carrying this match? This was not the best match to start the show but seeing Sabin in the ring was good enough for me. This was not a shitty match but the ending was shitty. So you mean to tell me that Sabin lost because he had the hammer? What the fuck?)

Match#2: Gaunlet Match for 20 pts in the BFG Series - Jay Bradley, Hernandez, Joseph Park, Mr. Anderson, Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, Kaz, Christopher Daniels, Jeff Hardy, Bobby Roode, Austin Aries, and Magnus.
Eliminated: Joseph Parks, Mr. Anderson, Hernandez, Jay Bradley, Samoa Joe, Jeff Hardy, Kaz, Magnus, Austin Aries, Bobby Roode, Daniels
Winner: AJ Styles - 20 pts.
(This was suppose to be a gauntlet match but it was basically a battle royal. That was the most confusing thing in this match. What was also confusing was the order and the way people were eliminated. It was like the ref or someone told them to speed up the match because at one point like five guys were eliminated in like seven minutes. The last two made me cry because it was the same two guys that basically founded TNA. Seeing AJ Styles win this made me right about picking him as my favorite. Then again, this is the old AJ not the loner AJ. )

Match#3: Gunner and James Storm vs. Aces & 8s (Bischoff and Briscoe)
Winners: Aces & 8s
(This was a clusterfuck match. This was announced but I think it was booked just to kill time. I watched this match and was lost in the shuffle. Plus what was funny is that Bischoff won this. Bullshit!!!!!)

Main Event: Sting vs. Bully Ray - Non Title Match
Winner: Sting
(Usually, I would bitch and moan about seeing matches like this for the billionth time. I am going to not do that because I see this was more of a setup for something else. I think it was good to see this but thank god this was not for the title. Also thank god that we got to see something change in Aces and Eights. Thank you TNA for the obvious curveball of seeing Anderson and Bully Ray at the PPV. )

Final Thoughts: Well I called that AJ Styles would get into the BFG Series. For once, I actually though of what the real bookers was going to do. What was funny was seeing this concept of having a gauntlet match to get the points. Also laughing my ass off with the whole Bully Ray/Mr. Anderson angle. So Bully Ray is drunk with power and pisses off the ranks of Aces and Eights. Then Mr Anderson becomes the voice of reason in the heel faction. What the fuck?!?!?!?! The rest of the show was mediocre at best because no X Division, No KO match, and too much bullshit. By the way, how did Sting get a shot of facing Sting? He can't get a title match or is TNA logic out the window. See you all for WWE Smackdown.

WWE Raw Review 9/2/13

Note: After last week's show, I expect more and better. I know we will see the aftermath of AJ's pipe bomb. I know we will see CM Punk vowing to take out Heyman. I know we will see the Corporation 2.0 show their power in the WWE. Hopefully we will see another good match with Daniel Bryan being the better man. I want more because I will be at the PPV in my hometown. So time to watch WWE Raw.

Match#1: Fandango vs. The Miz
Winner: The Miz
(I hated this match. I was glad it ended. I keep telling you all that I am not a fan of Fandango. I hate him like I hate chocolate and mint. Thank you Miz for making this short and sweet. Vince needs to let Fandango go back to Johnny Curtis and let him float in the mid card.)

Match#2: Dolph Ziggler vs. Ryback
Winner: Ryback with an assist to Dean Ambrose
(Dean Ambrose beat the shit out of Ziggler before Ryback came out. This was a very victious and sickening ass whooping. There was no triple threat but one man alone. Ambrose is a sick man to give this ass whooping. After the ass whooping, Ryback came in and took out Ziggler. Wow. )

Match#3: 3MB vs. Prime Time Players
Winners: Prime Time Players
(BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! BORING!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bathroom Break.........I like the push that PTP is getting but they need more than a push. )

Match#4: Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton
Winner: RKO
Loser: Cody got fired.
(So Cody was trying to be on RKO and Triple H's good side but he put his foot in his mouth. Triple H made this match and made it clear that Cody lose this match, he would be fired. So the match as a whole was a good fucking match. This was actually better than before the end of Legacy. This was better for so many reasons. I never though that Cody could pull this off but holy shit. This was a good match. Too bad he had to lose his job. This is not over.......)

Match#5: Natalya vs. Brie Bella vs. Naomi - #1 Contendership for the Divas Title
Winner: No Contest
(AJ Lee back up her pipebomb by stopping this match from getting a winner. I'm not mad at her for doing that because it could setup a four way match at the PPV. What's funny is that if AJ loses the title, I hope Nattie wins it. If a Bella wins, I will make sure people will boo her out of Detroit. )

Match#6: Rob Van Damn vs. Damien Sandow
Winner: RVD
(RVD matches are not boring. He can work a match. Sandow is not a boring mid carder. However, this was BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! It was more so because ADR showed up. I was bored. BORING!!!!!!!!!!!! )

Main Event: Big Show vs. Daniel Bryan
Winner: No Contest
(This was basically a match of pity vs. contempt. Big Show did not want to have this match annd Bryan wanted the match. This was kind of sad to watch because it is hard to watch how Triple H and Stephanie do what they did to Big Show. What also pissed me off is that we could have gotten a better ending. However the powerbomb from The Shield and the forced KO by Big Show was a bit much. )

Final Thoughts: Well this was a bit better than last week. We got to see more things happen. I just wish they would not fool us by firing people. Cody Rhodes is not fired. He will be back after his wedding. The divas match is set and happy because we will see a fatal four way for the title. What's said is that at Night of Champions PPV, we will see all but one title match. We will not see Axel lose his IC title. That's bullshit. I hope this will get change somehow. I love that WWE comes to my hometown but people will get fucked over at this PPV. I think Cody's match with RKO is a match of the year candidate. I would have love to have seen a clean ending to the show but the Corporation 2.0 ending was better for business. See you all for TNA Impact.....
