WWE Smackdown Review - Black Friday Edition 2013

Note: Well we got through this week of wrestling. Barely. So as we get ready to watch WWE Smackdown for this week, we need to remind people that WWE is going back to the early 2000's with Cena as champ and Orton as champ. We found out that both titles will be unified. Last time we had unified championship was 2002 with Brock Lesnar as both WWE and WHC titles. WWE has ran out of fresh angles and storylines and reverted back to old matches like Big Show and Orton or Cena and Orton. Let's watch WWE Smackdown and let's see what craziness we will see in the WWE. Seeing that this is after thanksgiving, I will officially dub this the Black Friday edition.

Match#1: Mark Henry vs. Curtis Axel
Winner: Mark Henry
(This was just sad. Mark Henry's new catchphrase should be - killing jobbers is what he do. This was just said. Love the fact that he is trying to make people remember The Junkyard Dog with some of his moves. Of course, people in the IWC are calling him Rick Ross of the WWE. Moving on. )

Match#2: Los Matadores vs. 3MB
Winners: Los Matadores
(This was even sadder to watch. Moving on. )

Match#3: Tons of Funk (Tensai and Brodus Clay) vs. Xavier Woods and R-Truth
Winners: Tons of Funk
(So since when is Brodus Clay is a main eventer? I did not get the memo. Brodus had been drinking some weird kool aid or smoking something funky. Brodus is about to be a heel, so let him be heel. Poor Tensai had to be the voice of reason. What the fuck? So Xavier Woods is the newest member from NXT to move into the mid card. Will someone explain to me why some of the more popular guys in NXT aren't on the main show. I didn't care who won this match, just call bullshit on Brodus Clay for assuming he is a main eventer. )

Match#4: Antonio Cesaro vs. Titus O'Neil
Winner: Antonio Cesaro by DQ
(The best way to explain this match is to go back to the segment with Titus O'Neil and The Great Khali. So Vickie had an eating contest which Titus O'Neil won. He won this match. Titus was sick throughout this match. Cesaro did his swing on Titus. That was the worst ideal ever on TV. A big black guy who just a lot of food is not going to be able to wrestle. Also he will upchuck all that food. So it was smart of Titus' partner, Darren Young to cause the DQ. However, since WWE doesn't show blood but will show vomit. Not in the literal sense but we did hear upchuck and also we saw chunks. Best match ever! Why? Upchucking after a match reminded me of the wrestler known as Puke. Moving on. )

Main Event Part 1: The Shield (Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns) vs. Cody Rhodes and Goldust - Tag Team Title Match
Winners: Cody Rhodes and Goldust by DQ

Main Event Part 2: Cody Rhodes, Goldust and CM Punk vs. The Shield
Winner: No Contest

Main Event Part 3: Cody Rhodes, Goldust, CM Punk, Rey Mysterio and The Usos vs. The Shield and The Wyatt Family
Winners: Cody Rhodes, Goldust, CM Punk, Rey Mysterio and The Usos
(The first match was a good match until Dean Ambrose had to cause the DQ. The other matches were basically a good clusterfuck. WWE is trying to make tag teams in the new year. However, it is time to bring up the kids from NXT not make tag teams from singles wrestlers. It is best to end this with saying this wasn't for the TV fans but it was more so for the fan at the event. Time to end the review. )

Final Thoughts: Unlike TNA last night, WWE ended the show with a match and we got to see something different and unique. I think I can say we ended the week of wrestling with something to think about when we think of all the year in review stuff that is coming up. As I end this entry, we as wrestling fans need to start letting people in WWE and TNA know we need creative matches and also creative storylines. I stopped watch NXT because it was getting too sappy. So time to end this week and hope for better things in the new week. See you all for WWE Raw.

TNA Impact Review - Thanksgiving Edition 2013

Note: Today is Thanksgiving. We are suppose to have something to be thankful for. I am thankful to be a wrestling fan for 30 years. However, tonight's TNA show might test my faith and patience with the wrestling business. I have been critical with both TNA and WWE because it is sad to watch good wrestling go to waste. Hopefully tonight's show is going to change my mind with how I feel. TNA is having a Survivor Series like match and also we might get to see something new and different. So now the turkey is eaten and we got past football, we can now watch TNA Impact.

Match#1: Ethan Carter III vs. Curry Man
Winner: Ethan Carter III
(This was so fucking boring that I decided to play a drinking game to see how many shots it takes for me to watch this match and think it was the best thing since sliced bread. I was drunk in less than two minutes. This was boring. I think WWE dropped the ball with him when he was in NXT. TNA is making him into a dumb joke. Moving on. )

Match#2: Lei'd Tapa vs. Velvet Sky
Winner: Lei'd Tapa
(As I am watching this match, I think it was sad to see Lei'd Tapa be wasted in this match. This was not a good match for the KO division. Even though I loved seeing Gail Kim at ringside. Also I am convinced that both Gail Kim and AJ Lee are using Samoan women to be their bodyguards. Who says WWE and TNA aren't keeping track with who does what and with who. Gotta love SSDD in both. )

Match#3: BroMans vs. Dewey Barnes and Norv Fernum
Winners: BroMans
(NO FUCKING COMMENT!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Moving on to the main event. )

Main Event: Team Angle (Kurt Angle, Magnus, James Storm and Gunner) vs. Team Roode (Bobby Roode, Chris Sabin, Daniels and Kaz)
Winners: Team Roode by DQ
(This was actually a good match to be the main event but too bad it didn't end the show. This was almost as good as an traditional Survivor Series match. I loved how the heels basically had this match won. Angle had to cheat to win. Something he remembered from the late Eddie Guerrero. This could have saved the show but just made me turn the channel and stop watching. )

Final Thoughts: Well the whole segment with Aces and Eights was funny as hell. I wished Bully Ray didn't ruin the ending. Also I know it is a holiday but we don't need lazy writing and really lazy booking. I actually had to change channels through most of it because it was either boring segments or lackluster events. What kills me is Dixie Carter trying to act like a heel and act like she is a big deal. She is trying too hard. Also, the reason why I didn't mention or cover the last segment is because I stopped watching the show. After the main event, it was done. Also since WWE Smackdown was coming on tomorrow, it was pointless to see two food fights. So see you all for WWE Smackdown.

WWE Raw Review 11/25/13

Note: So last night we got to see some old school matches and some cool things. Last night we got to see something that shouldn't be seen again. As we get ready for tonight's WWE Raw show, we need to admit that WWE is running out of ideals and also we need to admit that it is time for change in both WWE Raw and WWE Smackdown. I might be in the minority but change needs to come. Hopefully, tonight we get to see something different. Here's WWE Raw...

Match#1: Rey Mysterio, Cody Rhodes and Goldust vs. The Shield
Winners: The Shield
(Well as the show starts, I think it is going to be different. I was so dead wrong. We get a rematch of sorts except no Real Americans or The Usos. This match was almost move for move. Except the ending was better. Roman Reigns is about to set a record of spearing people to death. His spear is not as sick as Goldberg but he is making it look like he is killing people. This wasn't a bad rematch but at the same time, we get SSDD. )

Match#2: Curtis Axel and Ryback vs. Big E. Langston and Mark Henry
Winners: Big E. Langston and Mark Henry
(This was another rematch except twice the match. Seeing Big E. and Mark Henry as a tag team proves this could be the ultimate tag team. I think other than that, this was just a double rematch from last night's PPV. I think it is sad to have another rematch because some people could have saved money not buying the PPV.  )

Match#3: Total Divas (Bella Twins, Eva Marie, JoJo, Natalya, Cameron and Naomi) vs. Non Total Divas (AJ Lee, Tamina, Aksana, Alicia Fox, Rosa Mendes, Kaitlyn and Summer Rae) - Elimination Tag Match
Winners: Total Divas (Bella Twins and Eva Marie)
(I won't comment on this because I said my peace last night. SSDD in the WWE. )

Match#4: Damien Sandow vs. Dolph Ziggler - Raw App Match/Hampton Hardcore Match
Winner: Damien Sandow
(Best match of the night...Why? This was just a match. I laughed, I cried, I was stunned to see Sandow win. This match was so good I want to see another hardcore match with these men. Someone online said they needed to bring back the Hardcore Title. I will agree with that statement. Dolph and Sandow should be in the main event and having good title matches. Thank you for this non rematch from the PPV. )

Match#5: The Wyatt Family vs. CM Punk and Daniel Bryan - 3 on 2 Handicap Match
Winners: No Contest
(This was a good match. I wished it did not end with a no contest. I think Punk and Bryan could have won again. However, this was to further their feud. What made me watch this was to see how Bray Wyatt was going to be added to this. He basically showed he is better than a gimmick wrestler. So while the Wyatt Family kidnapped Daniel Bryan, The Shield damn near kills CM Punk. So both these actions caused me not to change channels and watch every second of it. )

Match#6: The Miz vs. Kofi Kingston
Winner: The Miz
(SSDD in the WWE. Nothing more or nothing less. Moving on. )

Match#7: Heath Slater vs. Xavier Woods
Winner: Xavier Woods
(This was not a rematch. I am shocked that this was the match before the main event. So we get another NXT guy up in here. Ok cool. The people should see the people that have been doing good in NXT. Thank you WWE for showing us another mid carder.)

Main Event: Big Show and John Cena vs. Randy Orton and Alberto Del Rio
Winners: Big Show and John Cena
(This is the final rematch of the night. Again, this is a double feature. Usually, you will see Cena win this and we go to sleep. However, looking at this match, we might see something different. ADR is not going to bore us in this match. As I am watching this match, I think it is sad that WWE insults the fans by ignoring their own history. 11 years ago we had the last unified champion. I also find it sad that TNA actually calls a match not joke around. I don't mind it but it is hard to see the match while Cole and Lawler are cracking jokes. Big Show is selling the hell out of being kicked. Doctor stops the match to check Big Show. So basically this is just a mess. Super Cena wins.)

Final Thoughts: Well this was suppose to be the better show. This was not a better show than the PPV. We got better shows after Wrestlemania than now. I left out the opening segment because I think it is bullshit to unify the WWE Title and World Heavyweight Title. 11 years ago, we had the unified title. The reason why it was split was to have a champ on WWE Raw and WWE Smackdown. So you mean to tell me that it is time to make Cena the unified champ? Bullshit. So that was left off but the show as a whole was basically same shit different day. We got to see some people have rematches. However, seeing that it is the week of Thanksgiving, we might see more action on Smackdown this Friday. So see you all for that and TNA Impact...

WWE Survivor Series PPV Review 11/24/13

Note: As a WWE fan, you are given four good PPVs during the year. As we get ready for the end of the year and the new year, Survivor Series is the PPV that gives fans a good alternative to watching football on Thanksgiving Day. I live in Detroit so usually Survivor Series is a perk before seeing the Detroit Lions lose or barely win on Turkey Day. Survivor Series is suppose to be the best PPV aside from Wrestlemania. This PPV seems like a very lackluster WWE Raw or WWE Smackdown. I hope I am wrong. Here's WWE Survivor Series PPV...

Pre-Show/Match#1: The Miz vs. Kofi Kingston
Winner: The Miz
(I will admit that seeing The Miz as a face was not good for me as a fan. He is a good heel. He is a good actor. He isn't for kids. That's what Kofi is. A kid friendly character. I was happy to see Miz as a heel and hope he is going to be back in the main event picture. He can be a champion. He is the future of WWE. Plus he can do more than five moves. As for Kofi, he is the king of the mid card and won't be looking to get out anytime soon. )

Match#2: The Usos, Cody Rhodes, Goldust and Rey Mysterio vs. The Real Americans (Antonio Cesaro and Jack Swagger) and The Shield - Traditional Survivor Series Match 5 on 5
Winner/Survivor: Roman Reigns
(Holy shit! This was what I was looking for with this PPV. Old school 5 on 5 match. This was like a 10 man tag on acid. All these guys should be comended for this epic match. The Usos should be in the tag team title picture. Cody and Goldust are at the best they can be and The Real Americans and The Shield are good. Roman Reigns in my chosen one. He will join his cousin The Rock as champion in the next 5 years. Holy shit, he was doing some crazy shit. Thank you guys for this match. )

Match#3: Big E. Langston vs. Curtis Axel - IC Title Match
Winner: Big E. Langston
(Usually, I don't care for rematch for titles but this was going to be a good rematch. I think it is fitting to see Big E. as a champion. He will be more than an IC title holder. He is going to be WHC someday. Axel has basically become like his father - irrelevent. This match serves as a lesson to all guys that you need to strive for more than mid card fame. )

Match#4: Total Divas Cast (Eva Marie, JoJo, Bella Twins, Natalya, Cameron and Naomi) vs. Non Total Divas (AJ Lee, Tamina, Kaitlyn, Alicia Fox, Aksana, Rosa Mendes and Summer Rae) - Traditional 7 on 7 Match
Winners/Survivors: Natalya and Nikki Bella
(As I was watching this match, I was wondering if WWE hates the women that work for them or if they could make this division more shittier than what it is now. So there are 14 women in the WWE that wrestle. Out of that number, maybe four can actually wrestle a good match. What made me happy was seeing AJ Lee and Tamina in this match. However, this was a female equivalent of a clusterfuck. I will also admit that all that naked ass was a good distraction. )

Match#5: Ryback vs. Mark Henry
Winner: Mark Henry
(Ryback was calling out people. What he got was the World's Strongest Man. However, the IWC was calling this man Rick Ross. Mark Henry shaved his dreadlocks and he does look like the rapper Rick Ross. This was basic and to the point. I miss seeing real heavyweight fight in the ring. I love Mark Henry but he is on my retirement list of guys who need to move on from wrestling. He will be good in the short run but after six months, move on Mark. As for Ryback, he is going to be in the mid card forever. )

Match#6: John Cena vs. Alberto Del Rio - WHC Title Match
Winner: John Cena
(I will just speak my mind about this match because it is just going to be hard to be positive about this match. This was a homecoming for John Cena. Alberto Del Rio is just as boring but at least he is not as hated. The IWC hates him for many reason. I hate Cena for one - lack of change in his character. He and Kofi are basically characters for kids to idolize. Alberto Del Rio will be back in the title picture within the next few months. ADR is a shitty main eventer and Cena is truly a dick. This was so bad that I think people will forget that this match existed.  )

Match#7: The Best and the Beard (CM Punk and Daniel Bryan) vs. The Wyatt Family
Winners: The Best and the Beard (CM Punk and Daniel Bryan)
(Before I go into this match, I want to say to Zak Fellows, that his idol was back on WWE TV. People power was back in WWE PPV. Johnny Ace showed his face. This was the other best match of the night. I think it is sad that WWE thinks CM Punk or Daniel Bryan can't bring in buyrates for the PPVs. That's bullshit. What people want is to see change in the main event and also no more Super Cena. CM Punk is a main eventer. Daniel Bryan is a main eventer. This could have ended the PPV and people would have been happy. I know I change my mind about all three members of The Wyatt Family. Even though Bray Wyatt didn't wrestle, the other two guys did shut me up and change my mind that they can wrestle in the main event. Seperately they are mid carders, but together these men could be tag champs. Thank you WWE for this match but we need change in the main event. )

Main Event: Randy Orton vs. Big Show - WWE Title Match
Winner: Randy Orton
(Where to begin with this match? This was a flashback to 2005 or 2006. I think it is fitting that you got two guys who been in the WWE since before or after the Invasion angle. Orton and Big Show have been in title matches for years. Even though this time around the angles have changed. I was expecting Big Show to win the title and move on. I was hoping to see Triple H and Stephanie lose their minds. What we got was RKO going back to being the vicious man he was back in 2010 or 2011. We got to see the punt kick come back. We got to see RKO become a true heel. The match was a good match regardless but what was to come pissed off the entire IWC and bloggers like me. Earlier in the show, Cena and RKO had a stare off. As the PPV ended, we got to see another showdown with the WHC John Cena and the WWE Champ Randy Orton. Basically, Cena wasn't the main event but he was at the end of the show. Forgive me but WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TRYING TO DO JOHN CENA?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Time to end this review. )

Final Thoughts: As a kid, this show would basically have good and bad teams fighting to the last person. Lately, this has been a shitty blend of old school and mediocre TV. I loved the second and seventh matches because those matches had some hype and delivered. Rey Mysterio is not going to be the same person. I don't expect him to be good but he needs to retire ASAP. Roman Reigns is about to be a main eventer. The Wyatt Family is going to be a good faction and The Shield will end soon. I will admit to seeing AJ Lee and Tamina was good but the divas match was a clusterfuck. Even Michael Cole couldn't call this match right. I guess the WWE Raw show will be better tomorrow. See you all for WWE Raw.

WWE Smackdown Review 11/22/13

Note: Last night was so good that there was not a lot of bad things to say about TNA. That's a rare thing because usually TNA or WWE would do something during the week to make people stop watching. So with that said, we end the week of wrestling with WWE Smackdown. We did see some good things in WWE during WWE Raw but as we gear up to watch WWE Smackdown, I think it is funny that the PPV this weekend might be bad. With that said, let's watch WWE Smackdown...

Match#1: Real Americans (Antonio Cesaro and Jack Swagger) vs. Cody Rhodes and Goldust - Tag Team Title Match
Winners: Cody Rhodes and Goldust
(I made a point last night that the opening match should not be with a title match but a very good and very hyped match. This was not very hyped and very good. I only say that because I think Cesaro was better off as a singles wrestler and Swagger is basically a jobber with a right wing gimmick. So this was hard to watch because it is sad to see good wrestlers go to waste in WWE. As for Goldust and Cody Rhodes, for now this tag team will get through the year. However, I wanted these brothers to do what Owen and Bret Hart did so many years ago, see who is the better brother. Until then, this is a team that cannot be beaten. This match was not good but it was not shitty.)

Match#2: Ryback vs. The Great Khali
Winner: Ryback
(This can be summed up in one word - Boring. Moving on. )

Match#3: Cameron and Naomi vs. AJ Lee
Winners: Cameron and Naomi
(Vickie got her revenge for her shitty match with AJ Lee on WWE Raw. All I have to say is that I got to see AJ Lee and Tamina. Other than that, this was a waste of time for the Divas champ. More so pointless because we all know this was to help aid the cast of Total Divas. I say bullshit....Moving on. )

Match#4: The Usos and Rey Mysterio vs. The Shield
Winners: The Usos and Rey Mysterio
(All this match was a setup for their match this weekend. Plus we got to see Rey back in action. Too bad he will retire by next year. I don't have a lot to say because of the fact that this match was pointless in my opinion. Moving on. )

Match#5: Dolph Ziggler and Big E. Langston vs. Curtis Axel and Damien Sandow
Winners: Dolph Ziggler and Big E. Langston
(So who was the genius that said it was a good ideal to put Dolph Ziggler and Big E. Langston back together? I mean it was weird to see Dolph Ziggler and Big E. Langston acting like they are friends again. Since AJ Lee is not a face and Dolph Ziggler and Big E. Langston aren't heels, it is going to be weird to not see them together. This match was weird because not only Dolph Ziggler and Big E. Langston was together but seeing Curtis Axel and Damien Sandow was weirder. I did actually like this match but I know this will be done again on WWE Raw on Monday. )

Match#6: Prime Time Players vs. 3MB
Winners: Prime Time Players
(Well I am going to say this was boring. I am sorry but these guys are gimmicks fighting to be popular. Moving on to the end. )

Main Event: Daniel Bryan vs. Luke Harper
Winner: Daniel Bryan
(This was another match that was hyping up the PPV. I wanted to watch this just because of Daniel Bryan. However, my attention was gone at this point of the show. I did actually watch this match thoroughly. I guess it was hard to watch this match because Daniel Bryan had to carry this match. Other than that, I just wanted this show to end.)

Final Thoughts: Well I am going to say something funny but R-Truth was the best thing on TV tonight. Why? His funny as fuck skit during the WWE Shop segment was the best thing on TV. This was better than seeing AJ Lee. That's saying a lot. I will say this show was basically a repetition of the matches for this weekend's PPV. I think unlike TNA, WWE tends to assume their fans can't remember shit. I remember a lot. Especially with their lack of continuity. I just will say to you all that this weekend might have some classic Survivor Series matches but this is more plain than eating vanilla ice cream. So see you all for WWE Survivor Series PPV. By the way, who was the dumb shit to invite Michael Strahan to WWE Raw? Really?

TNA Turning Point PPV - TNA Impact Review 11/21/13

Note: I will admit that this past week's WWE Raw show was not as bad as I thought. I just don't have high hopes for WWE these days since we don't see anymore things that made it popular up until the dawn of the PG era. Unlike WWE, TNA is gearing up for the end in my opinion. So with that said, we see in TNA that they are using an old WWE storyline with AJ Styles being the TNA champ but is gone in the wind. Dixie Carter is playing the role of replacing AJ Styles as champion. So aside from that, we will see some good and some bad. Here we go...This is TNA Turning Point PPV on TNA Impact.

Match#1: Magnus vs. Samoa Joe - TNA Title Tournament/Falls Count Anywhere
Winner: Magnus
(This is how a show should start. Not putting a shitty title up first but a true wrestling match with hype. Samoa Joe and Magnus made this match so fucking enjoyable that I watched every second of it. This match could have shown WWE that you can have a real falls count anywhere match on TV and PPV. I would bitch about this match because we have seen it before but this time around, we got to see two guys go to work. Thank you TNA for this gem. Next time, it might not be the same way. )

Match#2: Joseph Park vs. Abyss
Winner: No Contest
(This was a huge waste of time and I call bullshit. Moving on. )

Match#3: Gail Kim vs. Candice Le Rae
Winner: Gail Kim
(I would say this was bullshit but I decided to look at this from a different point of view. Candice Le Rae was a cute girl and did have some moves but she reminded me of Kelly Kelly in WWE. She could be a title contender in five years. This was more so a filler because we all know we will see someone come back to TNA and kill the KO division. I did get my Gail Kim fix. Also, what's funny is that Gail Kim and AJ Lee are using women of Samoan decent as bodyguards. Funny....)

Match#4: James Storm vs. Bobby Roode - TNA Title Tournament/Florida Death Match
Winner: Bobby Roode
(I did not mention this because I don't care much for the opening segments in TNA. That's because Dixie Carter is annoying. So what was suppose to be a bull rope match became a truly hardcore match. This match had almost the feel of an ECW match. Tables, chairs, beer bottles, and we almost got some barbed wire. This was so good that I was hoping to see a Mick Foley like ending. However, we got Gunner throwing in the towel to prevent Bobby Roode from killing James Storm. Moving on...)

Match#5: Ethan Carter III vs. Shark Boy
Winner: Ethan Carter III
(Shark Boy? Shark Boy! So I did not know that Shark Boy was a TNA original? This was sad to watch and laughable to bear witness to. I think I will just move on to the main event. )

Main Event: Mr. Anderson vs. Bully Ray - Career vs. Disbandment Match
Winner: Mr. Anderson
(This was almost as good as seeing the Roode/Storm match earlier. Holy shit, I actually cared about a match with Bully Ray. I have said that Bully Ray needed to leave TNA and guess what, he is almost there. No more Aces and Eights?!?!?!?!?!?! I am sadden that this group is done but think TNA needs to do something to fill the void ASAP. This was so good that I am happy to say, I like this match and the ending. I loved seeing all the guys that came out to take the vests of the Aces and Eights members. Good way to end the show.)

Final Thoughts: TNA just put on the best PPV on TV ever. Why? Nothing really was bad about this show except for a few segments but this show was solid for the most part. I find it sad that TNA just put on a very good PPV show on free TV and WWE is about to kill another classic PPV by putting junk in the show. I think I will go to bed with the fact that TNA could have made this week of wrestling more easier to deal with but we got one more show to go. So see you all for WWE Smackdown.

WWE Raw Review 11/18/13

Note: I am going to say this now that this is not going to be a good week for wrestling. WWE is having their third best PPV of the year this Sunday but it feels like the hype of this PPV is lacking. TNA is having their PPV like TV show on Thursday. To me, this is not going to be good because either WWE will fuck up Survivor Series, or TNA will kill off their PPV TV show. I hope I am wrong because if I am right, nice way to make the end of the year less worth it. As for tonight's WWE Raw, well I am not a fan of country music. I feel this is sucking up to some of their fans because they are in Nashville. I want to see when they come to Cleveland they do a Rock and Roll Show or come to Detroit and do a Motown show, or even come to a city where Rap is king. Themes on WWE Raw makes it less likely to make real fans watch. Here's WWE Raw...

Opening Segment: Triple H and Stephanie McMahon comes out to say they are back and ready to lead. RKO comes out to bitch. Brad Maddox and Vickie Guerrero comes out and Maddox blames Vickie for last Monday's show. Triple H puts both GM's in matches tonight.
(Last week's opening segment was a clusterfuck. This wasn't a clusterfuck. According to Triple H, both GMs needed to be punished. I agree with him on that because Kane was the man in charge. However, what was funny was seeing the GMs come out to make it worse not better.)

Match#1: Randy Orton vs. Brad Maddox
Winner: RKO
(This was comedically funny. I never saw an ass whooping like this in a couple of years. This was bad but good. Brad Maddox basically was beat worse than a government mule. This was Triple H punishing him. He got the point. What was funny was when he was led out by EMTs Vickie knew she was screwed. )

Match#2: Curtis Axel vs. Big E. Langston
Winner: Big E. Langston
(I cried when he won. Why? Big E. just proved that anyone can win a title. Without Heyman, Axel is back in the mid card and might be seen on WWE Superstars or WWE Main Event soon. This was a proud moment for some fans because this just proves that WWE can make stars out of their kids from NXT. Thank you WWE for this moment of history. )

Match#3: Big Show vs. Ryback
Winner: Big Show
(This was looking good as a match. We had some good points and some bad points. What shocked me was that Ryback kept the pace of the match. Big Show was not slow but he was acting hurt. He wasn't. I think it was funny to see this match come to be because Ryback is back to killing jobbers and mid card shuffling. This was a warm up for Big Show's title match this Sunday.)

Match#4: The Real Americans (Antonio Cesaro and Jack Swagger) vs. Kofi Kingston and The Miz
Winners: The Real Americans
(The Miz turned heel. About time! That's all I want to say about this match. Moving on...)

Match#5: Vickie Guerrero vs. AJ Lee
Winner: AJ Lee
(So Vickie tried to get out of this match. She was about to go to the hospital but Stephanie McMahon caught her and she was led to the ring in a stretcher. I would say this was a waste of time for AJ Lee but I think this was worth the time. I think it was funny to see AJ Lee go along with Vickie's fake fainting. Also it was funny to see Tamina go along with anything. The thing that made this worth it was seeing Vickie in the Black Widow move and her tapping out. Actually, seeing Vickie smacking AJ's ass or thigh was worth the time. )

Match#6: Dolph Ziggler vs. Damien Sandow
Winner: Dolph Ziggler
(So this was basically a hardcore match with musical instruments. This was a good ideal that actually worked. Seeing both men use guitars, drums, chairs, violins, and even electric guitars was cool. This just proves that these men could make matches out of anything. I do think both men should be in the main event not in the mid card. I think as good as this match was this could have been a title match. )

Main Event: The Shield and Wyatt Family vs. The Usos, Cody Rhodes, Goldust, CM Punk and Daniel Bryan
Winners: The Usos, Cody Rhodes, Goldust, CM Punk and Daniel Bryan
(This was the best match of the night and should be the top contender for match of the year. This was kind of what the fans want to see. We wanted to see The Wyatt Family vs. The Shield but this was just as good. This match wasn't a clusterfuck because this was actually setup last week. That was not a clusterfuck either. This had all the signs of being what WWE can be and what it should be as we go into the new year. Everyone had a role to fill and they did their jobs. What was funny was seeing Rey Mysterio come out to do the 619 and getting a pop. That's how you end a show. )

Final Thoughts: Well like I said, I hate country music. Most of this show was like watching CMT. Nothing but short clips of country music songs. Then we had to get a concert from the flavor of the month - Florida Georgia Line. I was happy to change channels when they showed that mess. That part was the least to worry about. Seeing Vickie and Brad in matches was not good for business and also not good to waste time of the WWE Champ and the WWE Divas Champ. That was both funny to watch and sad to see. No comment on the 3MB changing gimmicks. Nothing could make me see that happen again. What did piss me off was the Divas musical chair segment. That was a huge waste of time with all those women in the ring. Thank god that there will be a huge Divas match at the PPV. I might let this mess go just to see 14 women in the ring. As for the show as a whole, well the main event saved this show. Why? This is what the fans wanted to see. However, WWE did fuck up the matches for the PPV. We wanted to see The Shield and Wyatt Family brawl. By the way, Rey Mysterio is back on WWE.....Finally! See you all for the shitty but hopefully entertaining PPV TV episode of TNA Impact.

WWE Smackdown Review 11/14/13

Note: After the mess that TNA put on TV last night, I think it is fitting that WWE Smackdown washes the nasty taste I got from watching TNA. WWE is still overseas and it is fitting that this will end the week of wrestling. I don't really care for Cena or ADR. I don't care for the Raw Rebounds or dumb stats about WWE being better than other sports. I just want to see good action. So with that said, let's dig into WWE Smackdown...

Match#1: The Usos vs. The Wyatt Family (Erick Rowan and Luke Harper)
Winners: The Wyatt Family
(On one hand, I don't care for The Usos. It is simply another generic tag team with an ethnic gimmick. I use to be high on them but see that they are stuck in the mid card. As for The Wyatt Family, well I said in the past that Bray Wyatt is the only one that can wrestle. I mean that. The other two barely can keep a match going. So nice way to waste people's time. Also please give The Usos something else better to do.)

Match#2: Natalya vs. Tamina Snuka
Winner: Natalya
(I was in heaven with this match. I think it is because these women can wrestle. Also because of seeing AJ Lee at ringside. I think it is sad that WWE is fixated on the Bellas but these two need more attention than anyone else. I loved that I got to see something real with the Divas division. I would love to see this match for the title someday. )

Match#3: R-Truth and The Prime Time Playas (Darren Young and Titus O'Neil) vs. 3MB
Winners: Prime Time Playas and R-Truth
(I lost interest in this match because this was a huge........clusterfuck. I cannot speak on this because I don't have the time to waste on this shit. Sorry but this match was dumb to me. )

Match#4: Cameron and Naomi vs. The Bella Twins
Winners: Cameron and Naomi
(I do not like The Bellas. I think if these women were elsewhere, the WWE could do better with their Divas divsion. I think the Bellas needs to go away. I think it is not fair that these women get more attention than the actual Divas champ. As for the black girls, well it is sad that PTP is acting like what WWE thinks black men act. These women are basically how black women act. Sad really because this match wasn't interesting to me except for all the ass or lack there of I saw. Moving on...)

Match#5: The Great Khali vs. Hunico and Camacho
Winner: The Great Khali
(Welcome back Hunico and Camacho! Where have you guys been? That's all I have to say about this match. Moving on to the end.)

CM Punk and Daniel Bryan vs. Ryback and Curtis Axel
Winners: No Contest
(Well the good news was that even without a winner, this was the best thing on WWE Smackdown tonight. This was so good that I think since we will see this on WWE Raw, we get a winner this time around. This was funny to watch because we got a good match with no ending plus we got to see CM Punk and Daniel Bryan work as a tag team. Seeing Ryback and Curtis Axel working together without Heyman was weird and good for their career. I am going to hope for good things with CM Punk and Daniel Bryan in their match with The Wyatt Family. )

Final Thoughts: I tried my best to not think of this show as SSDD in WWE. I tried to see some of the good and focus on that. The ending was the only thing good in my opinion. Also seeing the Divas matches were a treat even though one was good and one was shitty at best. It is hard to be a serious fan of WWE without finding faults in their booking and storylines. I think it is funny that we will see if this get people to watch Survivor Series PPV. We will see. See you all for a new week of wrestling and WWE Raw.

TNA Impact Review 11/14/13

Note: So next week, we get another PPV show for free on Spike from TNA. I am not a fan of this because I was brought up old school with my PPVs on PPV not on cable or free TV. I know that TNA is losing money but putting on PPV on TV is not going to make you more money. I might not have a valid argument for this but I think it is sad for TNA to be doing this. So with that said, let's see what TNA does to make this a good week or a bad week in wrestling TV. Here's TNA Impact...

Opning Segment: Aces & 8s kick off the show with the stipulation between Mr. Anderson and Bully Ray, if Anderson loses he must leave TNA. If Ray loses, the group must break up.
(As much as that would make sense in a perfect world, I know that this match is not going to be good for TNA. We all know that if Aces and Eights disband then what will be the group to control TNA. Also I am not a fan of Bully Ray but this is too much like another setup for Aces and Eights to make fun of things. Seeing Anderson in the ring like he was did make me think he is better off in TNA. )

Match#1: Mr. Anderson vs. Knux
Winner: Mr. Anderson
(I would say this was a good match. It wasn't. I guess it was only because seeing Anderson in street clothes wrestling was a treat. Plus seeing Anderson take on someone that cannot wrestle was not fun at all. This did make the point that Anderson could beat Bully Ray but I know better. )

Match#2: Ethan Carter III vs. Norv Fernum and Dewey Barnes - 2 on 1 Handicap Match
Winner: Ethan Carter III
(This was so terrible to watch that I change channels as soon as the bell rang. Moving on. )

Match#3: Daniels vs. Joseph Park
Winner: Daniels
(This was funny as fuck to watch. Why? Because we all know Joseph Park is a joke. Also Daniels should have won this match in less that five second. This was a joke of a match. I think it was sad to even see this on TV. Strike two, TNA. )

Match#4: Gail Kim vs. Hannah Blossom
Winner: Gail Kim
(Every week, I say that Gail Kim is better off in TNA because she has had more opportunity to be better as a wrestler. As she was talking, I wish she had the same opportunity in WWE because Gail Kim vs. AJ Lee would be good for business. As for this match, I will admit that Gail Kim kind of had this in the bag. However, seeing one of the Blossom twins was good. I like the Blossom twins after seeing them on Youtube. Like I said, Gail Kim had this match. Hopefully we might see someone from TNA's past come out to challenge her. )

Main Event: Kurt Angle vs. Austin Aries - TNA Title Tournament/Submission Match
Winner: Kurt Angle
(Really? Really? As much as I like Austin Aries, this is a perfect match for Angle to win. I did not even watch all the match because this was a dead given that Angle was going to win this. Aries is not a submission expert. Angle is. This was basically a disappointing main event. Especially when you keep using the past to promote a dead horse. )

Final Thoughts: As I watch this show, I think TNA is trying to go one step above WWE with their oveload of social media. WWE has an app for their social media. TNA is using other sites to show their behind the scene. What's sad is the bullshit outside the ring was kind of better than the matches themselves. What's sad is that with TNA doing all this social media hype, it makes me not have to watch the show or want to know what's going ot happen. All I gotta do is follow Dixie Carter on Twitter or see the matches on Youtube. I think I will end this review with this question - Will TNA make it to 2014 or will we see another promotion rise and fall to WWE? See you all for WWE Smackdown.

WWE Raw Review 11/11/13

Note: Well this is going to be an interesting week in wrestling. WWE is on tour in Europe and has been for the last two weeks. So unlike TNA taping shows every other week, these shows are taped and shown for the American audience. Usually when WWE or TNA goes to England or anywhere else in Europe, fans does things differently. So with that said, this is going to be an interesting week in wrestling. Here's WWE Raw...

Opening Segment: Randy Orton comes out and says he is in charge. Then Brad Maddox comes out to make a match with Randy Orton. All of a sudden, Kane in his new role comes out to make a different match with Randy Orton. Vickie Guerrero comes out and combines the matches.
(Well as I am trying to watch this as a wrestling fan, I was asking myself a shitload of questions. Why is Kane being a figure head? What is Brad Maddox doing there? Why did Vickie be a bitch? However, the one question that I wondered was who is in charge. Technically, the answer is Brad Maddox then Kane. However, all I wonder was when this dumbshit would end. Thank god the first match ended this bullshit.)

Match#1: Randy Orton vs. Cody Rhodes and Goldust - 2 on 1 Handicap Match
Winners: Cody Rhodes and Goldust by Count Out
(Well this was a good way to start the show however the champ should not be in a match that early in the show. This was a good match because these guys put on the best match ever. This is how a handicap match should be. The ending sucked because of the way RKO left the ring. However, thank you Big Show. He came to the ring, then took out RKO and finally chokeslammed him through the announce table. Thank you WWE for this rarely seen match and ending.  )

Match#2: Los Matadores and Santino Marella vs. Union Jacks (3MB)
Winners: Los Matadores and Santino Marella
(I did not care for this match. I actually changed the channel. This is not a match I wanted to see or care for. Moving on. )

Match#3: Damien Sandow vs. Kofi Kingston
Winner: Damien Sandow
(This match could have been for a title. This was a good match even though we saw it over and over again. Kofi is good for the main event and Sandow should be WHC. I hate that these guys who should be in the main event are stuck in the mid card just to make people not change channels or stop watching. The match above is a match that would make me change channels or stop watching at all. )

Match#4: Curtis Axel vs. Dolph Ziggler - IC Title Match
Winner: Curtis Axel
(This was the match of the night. Why? This match was more intense and exciting than most IC title matches on PPV. Ziggler is a main eventer not a mid carder. Axel is perfect for the mid card. I think it is sad that WWE is more focused on the past not the present or the future. This is the future of WWE and should be focused on more. Good match...)

Match#5: Tamina Snuka vs. Nikki Bella
Winner: Tamina Snuka
(Thank you Tamina and AJ Lee for this match, the aftermath and finally, making the Bellas look bad on TV. I did not care for the match but loved seeing AJ Lee poke that little ass of hers out for people to see. I love the fact that Tamina is basically a jobber with a famous last name but she is still sexy to me. I loved that this was more so a match to show that the Bellas are nothing but talent-less women. Thank you AJ Lee and Tamina for making them look bad.)

Match#6: Fandango vs. Tyson Kidd
Winner: Fandango
(The only reason why I watched this match was to see if Tyson is back to 100%. He is to a point. Other than that, this was a poor attempt to show why these men are feuding. Gotta love WWE for using their E! show to make matches and storylines. Other than that, I did not care too much for anything else. )

Match#7: John Cena vs. The Real Americans (Antonio Cesaro and Jack Swagger) - 2 on 1 Handicap Match
Winner: John Cena
(Typical Cena match. However, thank you ADR for the attempt to re-injure Cena. If you do that, then the WHC title would be vacated. Please don't do that!!!!! Also why did Big E. help Cena? Someone forgot to include the logic with that. However, it did setup a match with them. Other than that, moving on. )

Match#8: R-Truth vs. Ryback
Winner: Ryback
(I will move on because Ryback is getting old and stale as a character. I would elaborate but I rather just move on to something more interesting. )

Match#9: Big E. Langston vs. Alberto Del Rio
Winner: Alberto Del Rio
(At first, this was going to be a good match. Big E. is definitely ready for the main event. However, ADR is the heel and he controls the match. This was bullshit. )

Main Event: The Shield vs. CM Punk and Daniel Bryan - 3 on 2 Handicap Match
Winners: No Contest
(The match alone was epic and just so good. This is what the fans wanted to see. Thank you WWE for this. Daniel Bryan and CM Punk could be tag team champs. The Shield is still the best faction of the PG era. This match shows that WWE needs to build from this. Hold on though...The Wyatt Family came out to fight CM Punk and Daniel Bryan but got into the best fucking fight ever with The Shield. I lost my mind seeing them fight while CM Punk and Daniel Bryan was out of the ring. That match would be the best PPV match ever. There was more because we saw The Usos and Goldust and Cody Rhodes comes out. This was the best brawl ever on WWE Raw but it had to be outside the U.S. )

Final Thoughts: Well I think tonight we saw something different and unique. WWE does tend to do more for their fans overseas than the fans in the U.S. This was basically a real treat to fans to get something different. Seeing The Shield and Wyatt Family brawl in and out the ring just made the IWC lose their minds. I loved that. I loved the whole handicap match theme except for the Cena match, however we did see Cena do a seventh move of doom. Basically like I said last week, it is 2005. We have Randy Orton and John Cena as champs. However, the titles are in reverse. One more thing, just like in Canada where it is bizzaro land there, England is starting to be the same way. No way in hell Fandango is that fucking popular. See you all for TNA Impact.

WWE Smackdown Review 11/8/13

Note: I said last week that I am going to do something most people don't do which is seperate WWE Raw and WWE Smackdown. I know that is easier said than done because most people ignore Smackdown and just watch Raw or DVR any WWE show because the results are posted online. I tend to do my job as a blogger and watch it as it happens. Now as I say that, I am going to attempt to review this episode of WWE Smackdown as it is not for what was reported. Bare in mind that what I am going to review, we have already saw on WWE Raw. Here's WWE Smackdown...

Match#1: CM Punk vs Curtis Axel
Winner: CM Punk
(Without Paul Heyman, Curtis Axel is kind of a joke in the WWE. He is holding the title his father held more than once but the IC title is kind of a joke now. This was the title to lead to guys winning the WWE title. Seeing this title with a third generation star was sad but it does serve a purpose. This match was to serve a purpose. CM Punk is feuding with someone else now. This was the build up for the matches to come. This was a good opening match but the ending served its purpose. )

Match#2: 3MB vs The Usos and R-Truth
Winners:  The Usos and R-Truth
(This was very boring. So boring that I changed channels and also made something to eat. I guess we as fans need to tell WWE to kill 3MB and make The Usos title contenders. However adding R-Truth was different. At least he can wrestle and can do good promos. Moving on...)

Match#3: Cameron and Naomi vs AJ Lee and Tamina Snuka
Winners: Tamina Snuka and AJ Lee
(Well I got to see my slice of life in the WWE. My two favorite women are in this match. I am not talking about the black girls. I am talking about AJ and her tall ass friend Tamina. I know I like Kaitlyn as well but she has not been on TV in like months. Seeing that the fucking Divas show is coming back on E! I think it is time to humble the reality stars by losing a match. We all know that the show is bullshit and time to make the girls above the Divas champ. Thank you AJ for being the real diva in the WWE. )

Match#4: Alberto Del Rio vs Great Khali
Winner: Alberto Del Rio
(No comment. This was a waste of time and space.)

Match#5: Daniel Bryan vs Luke Harper
Winner: Daniel Bryan by DQ
(Like I said earlier with CM Punk, this is setting up the feud with him and DBry vs The Wyatt Family. This match could have ended with a clean win but I know we need to see some feuding before the action in the ring. What kills me is why take out the indy guys and put them in the mid card. This was funny to watch but good for the feud. )

Main Event: John Cena vs Ryback
Winner: John Cena
(Cena as WHC is a joke. Ryback as a heel is a joke. ADR not being WHC is the biggest failure. Time to end this review. )

Final Thoughts: Well at least this week was not a lot of the same mess on a different day. I think Cena as WHC is a joke because we all know that we will never see the titles switch shows. I would like that because then we might get to see something fresh and different. Most of the show was setting up new angles with new people. That's a good thing because at least we won't see SSDD in WWE. The Wyatt Family is going to be the new team to beat. However, only one of them can wrestle and the other two are just there for show. Well I can saw that this week ended with something good rather than some dumb shit. We all know that Cena and ADR are both jokes in their own right. See you all for WWE Raw. New week, new hope...

TNA Impact Review 11/7/13

Note: Well it is time to watch TNA Impact. I am sorry for the sarcasm but we are seeing stuff that we originally saw in WWE as of 2011. AJ Styles is doing the same thing that CM Punk did in 2011. There is no champion in TNA. However, there is a tournament that will crown a champion. So with that said, it is going to be hard to watch TNA without seeing the best storyline of WWE 2011. Here's TNA Impact...

Opening Segment: Sting, Magnus, Samoa Joe and Kurt Angle comes out. Sting announces that Main Event Mafia is done. Each guy talk about winning the title tournament. Kurt Angle is in the ring and out comes Bobby Roode. They brawl. After they brawl, Kaz and Daniels mess with Pacman Jones and other Bengal player. They brawl.
(This whole thing took close to 30 minutes to do. What made me happy was seeing the MEM break up. Why? Because we all know this was a feable attempt to keep Sting relevant. As you all know, I want Sting to retire like Hogan did. So as I am watching this, all I kept thinking was when will this be over. I like seeing Angle and Roode fight. I like seeing Kaz and Daniels. When the football players got involved, I wanted to change channels. Really TNA? )

Match#1: ODB vs. Velvet Sky vs. Brooke
Winner: No Contest
(This should have been a good KO match. I am going to say that it is fucking funny that the match ended like it did because TNA is running out of women to wrestle in the company. Gail Kim did make a point to make that she is the first KO champion and she needs real competition. That could setup someone who has left WWE and could come into TNA to be KO champion. )

Match#2: Ethan Carter III vs. Dewey Barnes
Winner: Ethan Carter III
(So um, what was this? At least Ryback kills his jobbers. Ethan Carter keeps bring back the same jobbers. This was so bad that I actually imagined that I could beat EC3. I could beat him like CM Punk beat Paul Heyman. This was just total bullshit. )

Match#3: Eric Young and Joseph Parks vs. Kaz and Christopher Daniels
Winners: Kaz and Christopher Daniels
(I have never laughed so fucking hard in my life. I never though I would say this was the match of the night. Most of you reading this would think I have lost my mind. This is not the best match of the night. This was the best comedic thing on TNA. Joseph Park was beaten by a green drink. This was a good match to lead into the main event. Thanks for the laugh TNA. )

Main Event: Chris Sabin vs. Jeff Hardy - Full Metal Mayhem/TNA Champion Tournament Match
Winner: Jeff Hardy
(Someone explain to me why this match barely had the time to do the match. I mean these kind of matches need like close to 30 minutes to show on TV. Also, it is rare to see anything hardcore on TV. WWE is basically PG kid friendly. TNA is not PG but still has their moments of kid friendly content. I do think sometimes TNA is better than WWE with their lack of PG content. This match as it was shows that TNA can be good. Chris Sabin is a good wrestler but he seemed to be out of his element. Hardy was trying to remind people he can do hardcore. Was it me, or did Chris Sabin change his wrestling gear? This was just another attempt to make Hardy something he is not: the main event. )

Final Thoughts: This show was basically Bobby Roode and Kurt Angle beat each other up. That was more exciting than see most of the matches and angles on the show tonight. Angle and Roode should be the match to see during the title tournament. The tease with Aces and Eights breaking up was bullshit. However, the end of Main Event Mafia was good news to me because we need to see more of Samoa Joe and Magnus. Angle is going to be in a good storyline with Roode. Sting needs to leave TNA for good. I am tired of the old men not letting the young guys proceed. TNA need to be more creative not be repetitive. The main event was very one sided because we all know that Hardy is the man for hardcore matches. See you all for WWE Smackdown...

WWE Raw Review 11/4/13

Note: Well it is a new wrestling week. In the WWE, it is time to gear up for another original PPV - Survivor Series. I will be bitching about the fact that there has not been an original Survivor Series match since 2000 but I could be wrong. I saw an Internet meme that suggest that we are living in the past with Cena and Orton being the champs. However, the meme didn't see that Cena was WWE Champ and Orton was WHC. One thing I hope gets cleared up is what is Kane's role in the new corporation. Other than that, I just hope for anything but SSDD in the WWE. So time to watch WWE Monday Night Raw.

Match#1: CM Punk vs. Luke Harper
Winner: CM Punk
(I have said that most guys in the WWE had to carry matches because others cannot wrestle. This was another one of those matches. CM Punk starting the show was somewhat sad to see because he is not a new guy or a jobber. However, I am rethinking my opinion of the opening match rules. Luke Harper is not a good wrestler, yet. He is still green. However, would have loved to see Erick Rowan wrestle because he moves like Jason or Michael Myers. This match did serve the purpose of setting up a feud with CM Punk and Daniel Bryan who came out for the save against the Wyatt Family. )

Match#2: Ryback vs. The Great Khali
Winner: Ryback
(Without Paul Heyman, this Goldberg wannabe is back to killing jobbers and being a bully. I did call him a Goldberg wannabe. Everyone knows that Khali is a joke. He is the biggest jobber in the WWE. At least Big Show wasn't religated to jobbing to guys. This was sad to watch. What upset me is that we get matches setup via the WWE app. Now we have to use the app before shows to see backstage shit. That app is not going to be the app people will use. This was a shitty match even on paper. Santino and Hornswoggle need to move on from Khali.)

Match#3: Kofi Kingston vs. Alberto Del Rio
Winner: Alberto Del Rio
(Unlike the Cena vs. Rock match at Wrestlemania, this has been the match of many lifetimes. We have seen this so much the only thing that changes was ADR having the WHC title. ADR is not like by fans because he is plain and bland on the mic. He can wrestle. He's a luchador. However, the character needs to change slightly. He is heel and should be utilizing his Mexican roots. Don't talk to the fans in English. Time to get Ricardo back as his announcer but treat him like an equal not a lackey. As for Kofi, he will never change. He and Cena are the same characters that started in the WWE years ago. However, Kofi should be in the main event for the WWE title or the WHC. I could see this match over again just to see if Kofi wins and humiliate ADR.)

Match#4: Big E. Langston vs. Randy Orton - Raw App Interactive Match
Winner: Randy Orton
(This was the match of the night. This was a WWE app voted match. This was basically rigged. Why? Because we all know that the WWE app interactive matches are fixed. These polls are usually setup with a landslide win for the people we either expect or anything Cena related. Big E. is going to be in the main event soon. He is definately going to get the mid card titles soon. I think it is fitting that this was the match of the night because this had everything I like in a WWE match. We got action, twists, some outside action, very little cheating, and eventually a quick ending. Good job WWE for this match. )

Match#5: Fandango and Summer Rae vs. Tyson Kidd and Natalya
Winners: Tyson Kidd and Natalya
(I was not going to speak on this match because I don't like Fandango but there was something more to this match. Tyson Kidd is back on WWE TV without a mask or jobbing on WWE Superstars or WWE Main Event. Last time we actually saw Tyson Kidd and Natalya was on the WWE Diva show on E!. They are officially married. Plus there was a scene on the previews that shows Fandango and Natalya in the ring while Tyson Kidd outside the ring. So this might be a bullshit storyline but I think Tyson Kidd needs something to make him relevant again. Plus Nattie is more of a real woman that watching the Bellas on reality TV.)

Match#6: John Cena, Goldust and Cody Rhodes vs. The Real Americans (Antonio Cesaro and Jack Swagger) and Damien Sandow
Winner: John Cena, Goldust and Cody Rhodes
(If you did not see this match last week on Smackdown then you can also look at my review for this match. What else can be said if you going to see match like this over and over. Plus anything with Cena is going to be repeted over and over again. By the way, this is November, so please change the ring and clothes back to normal. I could deal with pink in October but no more.)

Match#7: Dolph Ziggler vs. Curtis Axel
Winner: Dolph Ziggler
(So we get to see Curtis Axel without Heyman. That would be a good thing but Axel needs Heyman. Also, I was thought that Axel was out with a freak injury. So I guess he's back to normal now. This was basically a jobber match for Dolph Ziggler. He is back in the mid card but I hope he will be in the WHC title picture. This was a good match regardless just sad that it felt like a jobber match.)

Match#8: The Usos vs. 3MB
Winners: The Usos
(SSDD in the WWE. Moving on...)

Match#9: The Bella Twins and Eva Marie vs. AJ Lee, Tamina and Aksana
Winners: The Bella Twins and Eva Marie
(I was so fucking pissed with this match that it made me almost not want to talk about it. First of all, what the fuck is going on with the Bellas. Are they heel or face? Just because their boyfriends are faces and popular in the WWE, we have to see them in every WWE show and the Divas show on E!. Also Eva Marie is on TV again. She is trying to wrestle but I think it is likely she will be an occasional wrestler. This match was suppose to go great for AJ Lee and crew but this was to setup the Divas show. What pisses me off is that AJ Lee is the Divas champion but she is treated like she is second class. This E! show was built to show off everyone else not connected to the Bellas. This was bullshit. )

Main Event: Big Show vs. The Shield and Randy Orton - 4 on 1 Handicap Match
Winner: Big Show by DQ
(Before everyone wonders what the fuck I am talking about, let me give you the short version of events for this match and the after match events. Big Show calls out Triple H and Stephanie in the ring to settle the lawsuit he filed. Big Show asks for his job back. Triple H and Stephanie reluctantly gives him his job back. Big Show asks for a raise and they said no. Big Show wanted a title shot with Randy Orton at Survivor Series, but Triple H says no. Big Show walks and says he will file the lawsuit. Triple H changes his mind and gives him the title match. The Shield comes out. We then see this turning into 3 on 1 match but Triple H added Randy Orton. The match ends with Kane in a suit without a mask throwing in chairs to The Shield. The ref calls the match. The end was Big Show getting powerbombed through the announcing table. )

Final Thoughts: Usually I would say that the ending of the show saves the show. However, this is not true this week. Why? Well we could have saw Big Show take out his frustration out on The Shield and Randy Orton in one shot. However, that was not the case. I asked what role will Kane have in the new corporation and my answer was him looking like how he does outside the ring in real life. That was a letdown. Basically this show was bland with one or two good matches. See you all for TNA Impact or as I call it now - WCW Clone Version 2.

WWE Smackdown Review 11/1/13

Note: I am going to start going back to the seperation of Raw and Smackdown. I am going to do that because it is easier to write the reviews with the mentality of seperation. In addition to that, seeing that John Cena is the new WHC and with Cena back in WWE, people will boo him and cheer him. I was happier with ADR as champion because at least people hated him no matter what. So tonight's show looks weak and very light. I hope I am wrong and this might be a good show. Here's WWE Smackdown...

Match#1: The Shield (Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose) vs. The Usos
Winners: The Usos
(This was better when the tag titles were in the picture. This match as it is now was very tame and lackluster. I think it is fitting that as I am watching this match, the fact that I know we could see the end of The Shield is saddening. I think this was the best faction in the last few years. All these guys are champions in the making. What's sad is that WWE will not let any of these guys in the main event until someone wants them in the main event. I would love to see this match again for the titles but without the titles, it is boring at times.)

Match#2: Wyatt Family (Erick Rowan and Luke Harper) vs. Darren Young and Titus O'Neil
Winners: Erick Rowan and Luke Harper
(This was very boring. Moving on. )

Match#3: The Bella Twins and Natalya vs. AJ Lee, Tamina Snuka and Alicia Fox
Winners: The Bella Twins and Natalya
(BULLSHIT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! THIS WAS BULLSHIT?!?!?!?!?!?! I was happy to see my two favorite women in the WWE. AJ Lee and Tamina does look good together. I was happy to see AJ Lee in any match. What pissed me off is how people were looking at the Bellas as the women to be. I think both of them look sickly and need to gain some real weight. This was a good match but the ending was bullshit.)

Main Event: John Cena, Cody Rhodes and Goldust vs. Damien Sandow, Jack Swagger and Antonio Cesaro
Winners: John Cena, Cody Rhodes and Goldust
(No comment but it is time to end the review. )

Final Thoughts: Was it me, or was this show shorter than two hours of content. I mean the main event was stretched out into the last 30 minutes with commercials. So we officially start the Cenanation Era on Smackdown. I think it is funny that we bitch about Cena being the Hogan of this era of WWE programming. However, he is now relegated to being the second fiddle in the WWE. With the attention going to guys like CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, and Randy Orton; it is funny to see Cena being on Smackdown with the tag team champs. Speaking of them, I think Goldust is like a lot of guys from the attitude era and hates Cena with a passion. This was a weak show. I think it is sad to have four matches but constantly talk about the other shows and PPVs. What I did realize was that this would have been Teddy Long's wet dream because all these matches were tag team matches. I never thought I would see this happen again. See you all for WWE Raw because that's where the real attention is going these days.
