WWE Raw Review - New Years Eve 2012

Note: Even though this show was taped, I am going to watch this as it is live. I am happy to see WWE try to end on a good note because most of WWE’s stuff was stale and shitty. With that said, here is the last WWE show of 2012.

Opening Segment: They set up MizTV to kick off RAW. The Miz reveals that Vickie Guerrero has made all titles on the line tonight. He brings out his guest John Cena. Tonight's RAW is Champion's Choice and the champions will get to choose their challengers. Nothing is said yet about CM Punk defending the WWE Title. Cena is interrupted by Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow. Cena mentions Washington Redskins quarterback RGIII and he is in the crowd. A RGIII chant breaks out. Miz and Cena vs. Rhodes Scholars is up next.
(Wow!!!!! This was an opening segment that I really liked. I guess it is ok to end this year with a bang in the WWE. )

Match#1: The Miz and John Cena vs. Damien Sandow and Cody Rhodes
Winners: The Miz and John Cena
(Well this was a good match. I loved this match because it was fresh and different. Thank you Vince for this match. There was action and also comedy. I actually cheered for Cena. I loved that this does not affect Rhodes Scholars because this was a warm up for the tag titles. )

Match#2 - United States Champion Antonio Cesaro vs. Sgt. Slaughter
Winner: Antonio Cesaro
(WHAT THE FUCK!!!!!!!!! NO ONE BEATS SGT. SLAUGHTER!!!!!!!! I AM SO FUCKING PISSED AT THIS MATCH!!!!!!!!!! I REALLY FUCKING HATE CESARO!!!!!! My inner Hulk is going apeshit. Moving on before I break my TV set. )

Match#3: Kane and Daniel Bryan vs. Heath Slater and Drew McIntyre
Winners: Team Hell No
(This was a joke to see but happy to see something better than the above match. 2013 is going to be the end of Team Hell No. As for 3MB, well jobbers need love too……..)

In Ring Segment: CM Punk, Paul Heyman and a doctor come to the ring. The doctor is here to confirm that Punk is really injured and they show x-rays on the Titantron. Punk talks about his title reign and all the injuries he has suffered. Punk brings up his WWE Title match against Ryback for January 7th. The doctor says he can't clear Punk to wrestle and then Vince McMahon interrupts to a big pop. Vince wishes everyone Happy New Year and overrides the doctor, saying the match will happen and will be a TLC match. Vince wonders if Punk has been conspiring with The Shield and Brad Maddox. Vince goes on to say that WWE doctors will evaluate Punk and if he can't wrestle on January 7th, then Heyman will have to face Ryback in the TLC match.
(I really don’t have nothing to add on this. Vince basically answered my questions. When Vince McMahon talks, people shut the fuck up. So, moving on because this was perfect. )

Match#4: Sheamus vs. Dolph Ziggler
Winner: No Contest
(Nothing to say. I am not speechless but I am kind of in awe with how this match ended in no contest. )

Match#5: Eve Torres vs. Kaitlyn
Winner: Kaitlyn
(I have said that I love Kaitlyn. She is hot. This match was quick but it was like watching porn on a computer: quick and satisfying. Eve cannot wrestle but Kaitlyn can. Thank you Vince for this slice of heaven.  )

Match#6: Big Show vs. Ricardo Rodriguez
Winner: Big Show via DQ
(This is another match that made me speechless. How does this end in a DQ? Wow!!!!!)

Match#7: Kofi Kingston vs. Wade Barrett – Intercontinental Title Match
Winner: Wade Barrett – New Champion
(Holy shit! I guess it is time to make Barrett a champion. This was cool to see but the net had this match plastered all over this weekend. So I guess this was a shock but not in a good way. )

Match#8: Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns vs. Ryback
What happened: Ryback comes out to a big pop but The Shield attack him on the ramp. Sheamus comes out to make the save and no bell has rang yet. Randy Orton is out next for the save and he gets the biggest pop of the night. The Shield escape through the crowd. Orton, Sheamus and Ryback stand tall in the ring. The match never officially started.
(Well I think this can be summed up like this: BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why? )

Main Event: The New Years toast with AJ and Ziggler is up next. Cena is invited. Ziggler comes out in a tuxedo and AJ is in a dress. Langston is in regular wrestling gear. They toast the New Year and Ziggler shows clips of Cena's bad year like the Brock Lesnar slam, getting knocked out by Big Show and others. Dolph un-invites Cena and tells Langston to guard the ring. AJ and Ziggler kiss but Cena comes out and interrupts. Cena admits he had a bad year but points out AJ's many relationships. Cena shows a pic of AJ's many illegitimate children on the big screen and it's a bunch of babies with various Superstars and Legends heads photoshopped onto them. Cena goes on a long rant about Dolph and then announces he will be in the 30-man Royal Rumble match. Cena promises to win the WWE Title in 2013. Cena toasts AJ and Dolph and then a bunch of fake human waste falls from the rafters and splashes all over the ring, AJ and Ziggler. They throw a fit in the ring as Cena's music hits and RAW ends.
(This was a lot going on at the end of the show. However, I did puke watching this fake shit. I also am glad to see this end. Why? Like I said, I puked. )

Final Thoughts: Happy New Year to you all one more time. I cannot wait to see WWE Raw live next week. This taped shit was good and shitty.

WWE Smackdown Review 12/28/12

WWE Main Event - 12/26/12

Match#1: A 20-man battle royal
Winner: The Great Khali
(This was a joke…………….moving on. )

Match#2: Jinder Mahal and Drew McIntyre vs. Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel
Winners: Justin Gabriel and Tyson Kidd
(I think I lost time watching this mess. I wish this was more interesting.)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

WWE Smackdown Review – 12/28/12

Opening Segment: Sheamus kicks off SmackDown and says his New Year's resolution is to become World Heavyweight Champion. He calls out Big Show to the ring. Show comes out and says Sheamus won't be getting a title shot. Sheamus came for a fight and Booker T comes out. Show says Sheamus and nobody else in the locker room is worthy of a shot. Booker says the name of every Superstar will go into a tumbler and whoever gets picked will face Show for the title later tonight.
(If I had hair, I would pull it out. This is getting annoying to see and more annoying to witness. I will save it for the end. )

Match#1:  Epico vs. Brodus Clay
Winner: Brodus Clay
(Jobber winning over a jobber is like seeing a cat beating up on a kitten, sad to see.)

Backstage Segment: Sheamus shows Santino how to beat Big Show with the Brogue Kick. Santino tries to do the kick and acts like he pulls his groin.

Match#2: Wade Barrett, Damien Sandow and Cody Rhodes vs. Kane, Daniel Bryan and Kofi Kingston
Winners:  Kane, Daniel Bryan and Kofi Kingston
(WWE is getting lazy with the matches because it is the holiday season. This was like watching kids do this match on WWE 13. Good on paper but we all know the outcome before the bell rings. God this is redundant. )

Backstage Segment:  Booker says Santino is injured so they will pick another name out of the tumbler. Booker says Show will find out soon enough who it is. Teddy Long brings in Big Show's opponent and it's Ricardo Rodriguez. Big Show laughs and knocks him out with a punch. Booker says this is ridiculous and Show leaves.

Match#3: Zack Ryder vs. Antonio Cesaro
Winner: Antonio Cesaro
(Total bullshit! This was bullshit. Why is WWE keeping the US title on this asshole? Why is it hard to give the title to Ryder? I am tired of Cesaro. Send his ass to NXT.)

Match#4: The Miz vs. Dolph Ziggler
Winner: Dolph Ziggler with an assist to Big E Langston
(This was a good match. Love the action and the outside stuff. Big E is scary. This could be a good match to see a few more times before it gets old like Sheamus and Big Show.)

Match#5: Brad Maddox vs. Sheamus
Winner: Sheamus
(I though Ryback damn near killed this guy. Sheamus came close to making this guy look like a rag doll. DAMN!!!!!!)

Match#6: The Usos vs. Darren Young and Titus O'Neil
Winners: The Usos
(I changed the channel. I was into something else. This match made me want to turn my TV off. Thank god for distractions. Moving on……..)

Main Event: Big Show vs. Alberto Del Rio
Winner: Big Show by DQ
(Well at least we did not see Sheamus in the main event but fucked up a good match. The ending was cliché. I guess this is the holiday version of a cliffhanger. )

Final Thoughts: Well this was another holiday episode. Nothing new to see here, so Happy Holidays and see you all for WWE Raw.

TNA Impact Review 12/27/12

Note: This is the holiday season. Happy Holidays.........Here's TNA Impact.

Opening Segment: We look back at the last several weeks as Aces & Eights targeted Kurt Angle and got involved in last week's World Title match between Jeff Hardy and Austin Aries, which ended because of interference from Bobby Roode. Bully Ray starts the show off by saying it's no secret that he and Hulk Hogan don't get along, but he wants to know what it'll take to earn Hogan's trust. He has nothing but respect for Hogan, but he wants to call him out here, not to fight, but to talk. Hogan's music hits, but Brooke comes out to the ring instead and tells Bubba that her father isn't here. She tells "Mark" that he knows, Bubba asks how he knows and she says she's not sure, but she says this isn't where to settle it. She says they need to talk to Hulk privately so she can show her dad that Bubba's the man she knows he is. "Mark" steps out of the ring and walks off, Brooke comes after him to try and talk, but the annoying TNA cameramen won't get out of their faces so they just walk off. It's Open Fight Night, and that means that any challenge has to be answered no matter what! Austin Aries comes out to the ring (apparently just missing Bubba and Brooke in the back on his way out) and says he's going to make this short and sweet. Everyone saw that he had Hardy beat and that he should be the TNA World Champion right now, but the man he's about to call out screwed him, and that's Bobby Roode. Aries says he can't be mad at him because he did the same thing to him and now they're even. But tonight, they're going to settle things in the ring like men and see who deserves to be the World Champion and who deserves to face Jeff Hardy for the title. They're not going to do it right now because the only place Austin Aries and Bobby Roode should be wrestling is in the main event, and since this is the last main event of 2012, let's take the two greatest wrestlers in the universe to determine who will take out Jeff Hardy once and for all.
(As long as the opening of this show was, I could basically say that the last TNA show of 2012 will have a nasty affair and men fighting over a title belt like whatever the fuck was going on in Lord of the Rings.)

Match#1: Samoa Joe vs. Aces and Eight Member
Winner: Samoa Joe
(This was like watching a bad boxing match. I knew Joe was going to win. This was not exciting but thank you Joe for making it ok to watch.)

Match#2: Robbie E vs Jesse Godderz
Winner: Robbie T
(WHAT THE FUCK DID I JUST SEE?  My inner Hulk is about to go apeshit. This was a waste of time. WHAT THE FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!)

Match#3 - X Division Title Match: Rob Van Dam vs Christian York
Winner: Rob Van Dam
(The Original Paycheck Player is on a roll. Why? Christian York or Kenny King should have the X Division title. This was so unfair. Moving on………)

Match#4 - TNA World Tag Team Title Champions Chavo Guerrero Jr & Hernandez vs. Kaz and Daniels
Winners: Chavo Guerrero Jr & Hernandez
(This was a good match. I know I say that a lot but this was a good match. Love seeing Chavo in TNA. The men in this ring can make a match be good to watch regardless of anything else. This was almost a good match of the year candidate. Love seeing good wrestling. )

Gail Kim vs. Miss Tessmacher
Winner: Gail Kim
(Gail Kim is my TNA crush. I think she belongs in TNA. Gail Kim is a good wrestler. This match was a joke because Tessmacher is a joke. )

Main Event: Bobby Roode vs Austin Aries
Winner: NO CONTEST
(Well I guess the heel vs. heel match of the century in TNA was going to end like this. However, these men can wrestle. Aries is the CM Punk of TNA. This was a sign of good things in TNA because that means no more old wrestlers like Hogan or Sting will have the title. Good way to end 2012 TNA wrestling.)

Final Thoughts: Well I hope for better things in TNA for 2013. No more old men wanting titles. Time to let go of Hardy, RVD, and other men that should not be champs in TNA. Happy New Year to you TNA!!!!!

WWE Raw Review - Christmas Eve 2012

Opening Segment: Santa Claus opens RAW but Alberto Del Rio comes out and hits him with his car. An ambulance showed up to help Santa. Santa Claus gets stretchered out.
(Well damn, this is a fucked up way to start Raw. Even in the PG era, this is more TV14. Well I guess I know now where this is going to end up at the end of the show.)

Match#1: Kane vs. Cody Rhodes
Winner: Kane
(Team Hell No vs. Team Rhodes Scholars is going to happen again. I just hope that the titles will change soon. If not in 2012, then in 2013 but I hope soon. This was a good match of revenge because of what happened to Cody and his shoulder.)

Match#2: Natalya, Alicia Foxx, Kaitlyn and Layla vs. Rosa Mendes, Eve, Aksana and Tamina
Winners: Natalya, Alicia Foxx, Kaitlyn and Layla
(Well I got to see my Kaitlyn in action. My god she is hot. I will say this was an interesting match to see. Most these women cant wrestle but some can. Thank you Vince for at least making this interesting.)

Match#3: Big Show vs. Sheamus - Lumberjack Frost Match
Winner: Sheamus
(Ok well I am sick of these men wrestling. I guess it is time to see something new for 2013. I don’t want to see this match anymore. Nothing else to say. Moving on. )

Match#4: David Otunga vs. Zack Ryder
Winner: Zack Ryder
(Well good for Zack to get a win. This was basically a jobber vs. jobber match. Nothing new to see here.)

Match#5: Wade Barrett and Antonio Cesaro vs. The Miz and Kofi Kingston
Winners: Miz and Kofi Kingston

Match#6: Brad Maddox vs. The Great Khali
Winner: The Great Khali
(This was pointless……….moving on.)

In Ring Segment: Punk rants on Ryback and wants him punished for causing the injury. Heyman grabs the mic and does his usual speech putting Punk over as champion. Ryback interrupts him to a big pop. Ryback announced that his title match on the first Raw of 2013 will be a TLC match. Ryback chanted TLC instead of Feed Me More.
(I cannot wait to see this match only to see Ryback kill Punk. I hope this actually happens. CM Punk need to go through this match ASAP. Then get ready to face The Rock.)

Match#7: Daniel Bryan vs. Damien Sandow
Winner: Daniel Bryan
(This was the same thing like the match with the Kane and Cody. This was a good match to see. Love how they showcase Sandow as a heel and DB as a face.)

Match#8: The Usos, Brodus Clay, Tyson Kidd, Justin Gabriel and Santino Marella vs. 3MB, Darren Young, Titus O'Neil and Tensai
Winner:  The Usos, Brodus Clay, Tyson Kidd, Justin Gabriel and Santino Marella
(How many jobbers does it take to screw in a light bulb? I am going to assume eight men. This was like watching a sad excuse to showcase all the guys that are going to be in mid card hell for years to come. Jesus, seeing Tensai as a jobber is like seeing Andre The Giant job to a jobber. Damn!!!!)

Main Event:  Alberto Del Rio vs. John Cena  - Miracle on 34th Street Fight
Winner: John Cena
(So Foley was Santa. Cool. This match was good for the most part but then again it was a gimmick match on Christmas Eve. I will just end it right here. )

Final Thoughts: Merry Christmas to you all. See you all for TNA Impact………….

TNA Impact Review 12/20/12

Note: So after the fact that USA/WWE has taken over my main TV watching this week, it was nice to turn my mind off to see TNA. Also I just hope that this is the sign of good things with TNA. I guess my standards for TNA is higher than WWE because TNA is not trying to appease to kids. With that said, let's dig into TNA Impact............

Match#1 - TV Title Match: Devon vs Kurt Angle
Winner: Devon
(So um, this is an interesting way to start the show. Why? It is because these men have faced each other for over 10 years. This is nothing new. I guess this was a stale match to see. Devon is the heel while Angle is the hero. Their matches back in the day were better than now. Moving on.........)

Match#2: Joey Ryan & Matt Morgan vs X Division Champion Rob Van Dam & Kenny King
Winners: Matt Morgan & Joey Ryan
(Wow, well I think this can be called a clustefuck. This was funny as fuck to see. Why? It is because all four guys reek of jobber. RVD is a paycheck player. The other three are jobbers with names. Kenny King is going to beat RVD. However, Matt Morgan and Joey Ryan will not be champs. Just jobbers banded together.)

Match#3 - Knockouts Title Match: Tara vs Mickie James
Winner: Tara
(This is just like the Angle/Devon match. We have seen it before. Nothing to see that's new. However, just seeing Tara bounce around and Mickie being sexier did make this more of a wet dream match than a serious women's match. Thank you ladies for showing me that you can still good. DAMN!!!!!!!!!)

Main Event - TNA World Title Match: Jeff Hardy vs Austin Aries
Winner: Jeff Hardy
(Why was this a TV match? Why am I seeing this match period? The answer to both questions are I don't know. This could have been saved for a later time. Also when is Hardy suppose to leave TNA? I hope he leaves because if he stays, he will join RVD as a paycheck player. Not a good match, guys..........)

End of the show: Hulk Hogan is in the parking lot telling the annoying cameraman that he plans to get the World Title situation and Aces & Eights figured out in 2013, then he looks across the parking lot and sees Bully Ray and Brooke make out. Hulk ignores any further questions from the cameraman and just gets in his car and drives away.
(I am FUCKING sick right now. Why? Well basically, Hogan wants to fuck his own daughter. We have seen it via TMZ. So why is TNA going to make this an angle? This was a sickening subject. I want to see more from Aces and Eights. I don't want to see Hogan mad that his daughter is supposedly screwing someone. I want to see wrestling. So I hope this is a sign of change.)

Final Thoughts: Well unlike the ending to WWE programs, TNA endings are like watching bad porn while sick with the flu. You never will be able to comprehend the garabage and be bored and pass out. I know that was harsh but then again, what I just saw was bullshit. Well this is going to be interesting because Smackdown was live but it is going to be repeated tomorrow. So I guess I will take next week off to have fun for the holidays. Gene The Grappler will post the taped shows next Friday. So have fun, enjoy the holidays.........

WWE Main Event and Tribute to the Troops Reviews 12/19/12

Note: I was not going to write about these shows tonight but then again, it is hard to see anything else on TV. So I guess this is an extra special review of Main Event and also Tribute to the Troops.

WWE Main Event

Match#1: Team Hell No vs. Rhodes Scholars - WWE Tag Team Title Match
Winners: Team Hell No
(I would say this was boring but then again, it was a good way to maybe end things with these teams in 2012. The match was ok but then again, it was fun to see the meltdown of Kane and DB. Thank you guys for not making this a boring match. )

Match#2: Prime Team Players vs. Santino Marella and Zack Ryder
Winners: Prime Time Players
(This match was a joke. This was like watching jobbers leading the jobbers. I guess I would want to see more from this match but then again, it was like flashback to the 1980's. God I miss old school WWF Superstars and WWF Saturday Night Main Event.)

WWE Tribute to the Troops

Match#1: Sheamus and Randy Orton vs. Big Show and Dolph Ziggler
Winners: Randy Orton and Sheamus
(This was a good way to keep the spirits up for the troops and familes. Thank you Booker T for the restart. )

Match#2: Ryback vs. Alberto Del Rio
Winner: Ryback By DQ
(This would have a better match if RR was in the match with ADR. This was a good way to get a good pop from the troops and familes.)

Match#3: Damien Sandow vs. The Miz
Winner: The Miz
(Where to start from this match? First The Miz is talking to Muppets. Then Damien Sandow is going to interrupt this shit. So they have a match. WTF!!!!!! Well at least The Miz won. However, I lost because I saw some shit I could never forget. WTF WWE!!!!!!)

Match#4: Jinder Mahal, Heath Slater and Drew McIntyre vs. Kane, Daniel Bryan and R-Truth
Winners: Kane, Daniel Bryan and R-Truth
(Well this is the biggest clusterfuck ever seen on TV. I will leave this alone before I end up blowing a vein.)

Main Event: Antonio Cesaro vs. John Cena
Winner: John Cena
(No run ins. No Ziggler. No AJ Lee. This was a clean match. Of course Cena is going to win because he is GI Joe of WWE. The show is over.........)

Final Thoughts: Well this was an interesting night of WWE TV. Not only did we get to see two ok matches on WWE Main Event but we got to see a mini concert from Flo Rida and Kid Rock. Well I guess TNA needs to make it good or suck for the week. See you all for TNA Impact.

WWE Smackdown Review 12/18/12

Note: Usually I try to make these reviews within a day of the show. However, since this is WWE week on USA Network, I am going to attempt to fit a lot of things in this particular review. I know when I started this blog series, there will be things I wouldn't cover but then again this might be interesting. Here's live Smackdown.............

Match#1: Damien Sandow vs. Sin Cara
Winner: Damien Sandow
(I am not a fan of Sin Cara only because of how they are using him. Damien Sandow is a different story because he is playing the heel. I like that he is the new Genius of the WWE. This was not a good match to see because they are going to burn out the feud with The Mexicans vs. Rhodes Scholars. So I was bored by this match and changed channels.)

Match#2: Santino Marella vs. Tensai
Winner: Santino Marella
(Well after last night's bullshit with the Slammys and these men presenting an award, I saw this coming. The result did surprise me because that means Tensai is lower on the jobber pole of mid card hell. Which means, Brodus is higher than Tensai. Let this man go back to Japan to get some points back. WWE is going to kill Tensai.)

Match#3: Wade Barrett, Darren Young and Titus O'Neil vs. Kane, Daniel Bryan and Kofi Kingston
Winners: Kofi Kingston and Team Hell No
(Wow, I missed almost the whole match. Why? It is because this was bullshit and boring. I was watching something else.)

Match#4: Ryback vs. Antonio Cesaro
Winner: Ryback
(Well I was glad to see this match end with a clean winner. Why? Ryback needs the points to gain momentum. It was quick and exciting.)

Match#5 - WWE Divas Title Match: Kaitlyn vs. Eve Torres
Winner: Kaitlyn by DQ
(Thank you WWE for letting me see my crush again. This woman is hot and needs the title. Eve is a bitch. Moving on. )

Match#6: Brad Maddox vs. Brodus Clay
Winner: Brodus Clay
(Brodus won the match but got his ass beaten by The Shield. So I am going to assume that Brad Maddox is a part of the Shield and also a part of the conspiracy. Moving on.)

Main Event: Dolph Ziggler and Big Show vs. John Cena and Sheamus
Winner: John Cena and Sheamus by DQ

After the Main Event: Big E Langston lays Cena out with the same move he did on RAW. Langston stands over Cena as AJ skips around them. AJ helps Dolph up and they start kissing as Langston stares straight ahead. AJ skips back around Langston, Ziggler and a fallen Cena as we go to replays. Super SmackDown goes off the air with AJ mocking Cena in his face.
(Well where to start from this epic clusterfuck. I guess Big Show and Sheamus is going to continue for 2013. This was almost as bad as seeing Del Rio and Sheamus over and over again. Now we get to the drama with Ziggler/Cena/AJ Lee and now black Ryback or Big E Langston. By the way, Big E is going to be huge if done right. So Cena is not going to get a title but he's stuck being Ziggler's bitch for a while longer. Well I guess this is how Smackdown will end. Bullshit!!!!!!)

Final Thoughts: Well I hate that this was two full hours without commercials. I decided to watch this while watching my normal shows for Tuesday. What's fucking funny is that this show is going to be repeated on Friday on SyFy. So why did I waste time fucking watching this shit live? Most of this show was a recap or same shit from WWE Raw. The ending of this show was also bullshit because now we have to see Cena job to Ziggler. Also it is funny to see a black guy move over that Ezekiel Jackson. Good night all and see you all for the fun of Main Event and also Tribute to the Troops.

2012 WWE Slammy Awards Review - 12/17/12

Note: This is the first time I will discuss the Slammy Awards as a whole, not part of the Monday Night Raw show. This is going to be interesting because most of the awards are setups to something else. Here's my take on the 2012 Slammy Awards.

First Award - Most Shocking Award
Presenter: Booker T.
Nominees: Brad Maddox's Low Blow, 18 Seconds, Kofi's Miracle Save, The Rock Gets Punked
Winner: Kofi's Miracle Save - Royal Rumble 2012
(Personally, this was a good call because this will not be done again. Kofi is getting pushed but I want to see him in a title hunt. I mean a real title hunt.)

Second Award - Comeback Award
Presenter: New Age Outlaws
Nominees: Brock Lesnar, Chris Jericho, DX, Jerry Lawler
Winner: Jerry Lawler - After his heart attack on Monday Night Raw
(This was a gimmie because it would have been bad to see someone else get this award. Also we knew we was not going to see Lesnar until after the new year.)

Third Award - Kiss Of The Year
Presenter: Vickie Guerrero
Nominees: AJ/Daniel Bryan, AJ/Kane, AJ/CM Punk, AJ/John Cena
Winner: AJ/John Cena - Monday Night Raw
(This was to setup the main event of the night. Also it was kind of one sided because no matter what, AJ was going to win.)

Fourth Award - Superstar of the Year
Presenter: Ric Flair
Nominees: Sheamus, John Cena, Big Show, CM Punk
Winner: John Cena
(Now, this was total bullshit! We all knows that Vince has a hard on for Cena. We also know that this was bullshit. However, thank you WWE for bring back Ric Flair. So TNA should be pissed but I am happy to see Flair back home for a while. I think Flair can remake WWE for the better just like Foley.)

Fifth Award - LOL Moment of the Year
Presenters: Santino Marella and Tensai
Nominees: The Rock, Team Hell No, Randy Orton, Vickie Guerrero
Winner: The Rock Throwing John Cena's Merch in Boston
(Where to begin with this segment? Well Tensai is a jobber and a joke now. Santino called him Albert. This was the funniest segment of the show. Also it was nice to see that they are doing more for these awards. Poor Tensai......Time to go back to New Japan.)

Sixth Award - #trending now Award
Presenters: Layla and Zack Ryder
Nominees: #feedmemore, #peoplepower, #littlejimmy, #wwwyki
Winner: #feedmemore - Ryback
(Zack Ryder should have won this award. I guess like Tensai, it is time to do something new with Zack Ryder. Because WWE is going to bury him until he breaks or ends up like other jobbers that leave.)

Seventh Award - Newcomer of the Year
Presenter: Sheamus
Nominees: Brodus Clay, Antonio Cesaro, Damien Sandow, Ryback
Winner: Ryback
(This was a no brainer. Moving on......)

Eighth Award - Match of The Year for 2012
Presenters: Ricky Steamboat, Mean Gene, and Jim Ross
Nominees: Taker and Triple H, Brock and Cena, Show and Sheamus, Rock and Cena
Winner: Taker and Triple H - Wrestlemania 28
(This was another no brainer. Thank you guys for making this a reminder that the attitude era was not a joke. This match was the best ever seen on PPV and also in the history of the WWE. Also it is noteworthy to showcase that this match was better than Rock and Cena because this was a long time coming.)

Final Thoughts: I decided to do this segment seperate from the Raw Review because to me this was more so a seperate subject to speak about. Unlike the WWE Hall of Fame, this is more for the fans so to speak. Most of the awards did go to the right people except for Zack Ryder and also AJ Lee. I hope that next year, we see that this is not a part of a WWE Monday Night Raw. Actually, this could have taken the first hour of Raw without any matches and could have been done like the Hall of Fame. I guess next year might be a sign of change in the WWE.

WWE Raw Review 12/17/12

Note: After the PPV last night, I want to forget that it was not the best of PPVs. Also, tonight's WWE Raw is also going to have the Slammy Awards. I am so fucking pissed off that this show is basically a sham. I don't care much for awards for what occurred during the year. In fact, I joke about it extensively in my reviews this year. So tonight, I will also comment on the awards and the dumb shit that occurs. One more thing before I begin the review: I have done this for almost a full year. I have learned that reviewing TNA and WWE shows can be painful most weeks. I do a personal blog and that's easier to write than commenting about Vince's dumb mistakes or Dixie and Jeff's adventures in wrestling. So ladies and gentlemen, let's get into WWE Monday Night Raw - The Slammy Awards Edition.

Match#1: Rey Mysterio vs. Damien Sandow
Winner: Rey Mysterio
(This was the first match of the show. This should have been saved for the weekend shows. This was slow and boring. No real action in the match. This was a bullshit match.)

Match#2: Eve Torres vs. Kaitlyn - Non Title Match
Winner: Kaitlyn
(Thank you so much WWE for showing me my crush. God this was a quick match but then again it was good to see my crush in action against the bitch.)

Match#3: Kofi Kingston vs. Tensai - Non Title Match
Winner: Kofi Kingston
(This was a joke of a match. Tensai is in mid card hell. Also this was another bullshit match. However, thank you Wade Barrett for crashing the party. Nice to pick up the show a bit.)

Match#4: The Great Khali vs. David Otunga
Winner: The Great Khali
(Boring as fuck.........)

Match#5: Brodus Clay vs. JTG
Winner: Brodus Clay
(This is a mid card hell match. This is two guys that are stuck in mid card hell. Plus it was bad to see this match after the clusterfuck with the return of Ric Flair.)

Match#6: Cody Rhodes vs. Sin Cara
Winner: Cody Rhodes
(So we get the other half of this tag team match. Sandow should have won earlier. Thank you for winning Cody.)

Match#7: 3MB vs. ADR, The Miz, and Tommy Dreamer
Winners: ADR, The Miz, and Tommy Dreamer
(What the fuck did I just see? First, The Miz is a face. Now ADR is a face. Now we brought back Dreamer. WWE is getting crazy with ideals now.)

Match#8: Ryback vs. Antonio Cesaro - Non Title Match
Winner: Ryback via countout
(This was the first time I was gyped out of a ass beating from Ryback. Why? Cesaro is a pussy.)

Main Event: John Cena and Vickie Guerrero vs. AJ Lee and Dolph Ziggler
Winner: No Contest
(So we got a black version of Ryback named Big E Langston who is the cuurrent WWE NXT champion. Also, I guess I overlook that AJ Lee is a heel now. Also Dolph is about to turn face. This whole thing is confusing as all hell.)

Final Thoughts: Well excluding the Slammy stuff, this was a good show from head to toe. Unlike the last few weeks where the last thirty minutes made the show interesting. I guess we are getting more of an influx of younger talent from WWE NXT. What's sad is that only real wrestling fans know about NXT because WWE has been hiding their rookies. So I guess I might get something good to see on Raw because now we will get to see new guys rather than recycled bullshit. See you all for a live WWE Smackdown on USA not on Syfy.

WWE TLC PPV Review 12/16/12

Note: This is the last PPV of the year for WWE. This should be a good PPV. I hope so because I hate to be disappointed. With that, I bring you all WWE TLC PPV.

Pre Show Match: Santa's Little Helper Match - #1 Contender For the Divas Title.
Alicia Fox, Aksana, Naomi, Cameron, Tamina Snuka, Kaitlyn, Layla, Natalya, and Rosa Mendes
Winner: Naomi
(What the fuck? Wow I am shocked to see that Brodus Clay is a jobber but his dancers are getting title matches. Damn, that's some fucked up shit. I am good to see something different but damn.)

Match#1: Sin Cara and Rey Mysterio vs. Rhodes Scholars
Winners: Rhodes Scholars
(Thank you god!!!!!!! So we got a team that will actually face a tag team. This might be better than seeing Rey wrestle. I am happy to see this shit because it is time for change in the tag team division.)

Match#2: Antonio Cesaro vs. R-Truth - U.S. Title Match
Winner: Antonio Cesaro
(So pissed and so fucking upset. This was boring as fuck but this title needs to change ASAP.)

Match#3: Kofi Kingston vs. Wade Barrett
Winner: Kofi Kingston
(This was a better match than the previous one. At least these guys made the match interesting. I wished Kofi lost this match but I guess it is better to keep this feud going into the new year.)

Match#4: Ryback and Team Hell No vs. The Shield
Winners: The Shield
(Well this was maybe the best clusterfuck I have ever seen in WWE history. This match had shit that I might not see again ever on PPV. I mean this was a wet dream for all people wanting to see the attitude era come back. This was the best match of the PPV. Thank you guys for this match.)

Match#5: Eve Torres vs. Naomi - Divas Title Match
Winner: Eve Torres
(Wow.....just wow.)

Match#6: Big Show vs. Sheamus - World Heavyweight Title Match
Winner: Big Show
(Thank you guys for this match. This was brutal to watch and this made me start a drinking game with the chair shots. This was brutal because I would never want to get hit by a steel chain. Thanks guys for a good match.)

Match#7: ADR, The Miz, and Brooklyn Brawler vs. 3MB
Winners: ADR, The Miz, and Brooklyn Brawler
(WHAT THE FUCK WAS THIS SHIT!!!!!!!!!!)

Main Event: Dolph Ziggler vs. John Cena - MITB Match
Winner: Dolph Ziggler
(Good news is that Ziggler is going to be WHC in 2013. Bad News is Cena is a loser. Good News is that AJ is fucking hot as hell. Bad News is Vickie makes me sick to my stomach. This was more like a drama clusterfuck. I am glad I was able to see this end before I puked.)

Final Thoughts: This was mostly a bullshit PPV because the matches were not as brutal as it use to be. Most of the good matches helped the fans watch it but dumb shit like Naomi and Brooklyn Brawler made it worse. So I guess I am not happy with this PPV. See you all for WWE Monday Night Raw.

WWE Smackdown Review 12/14/12

Note: This is the last show before the epic WWE PPV known as TLC. The matches will be hyped up. The card is set. This should be a good show but then again, WWE is known for fucking up before their PPVs. After I wrote a very simple letter about the future of wrestling, this should be interesting. Here's WWE Smackdown...........

Match#1: Big Show vs. R-Truth
Winner: Big Show
(This was the first of many set ups for the PPV. Show thought that he was going to get out of the title match with Sheamus. What's funny is that Big Show was acting like a kid at pre-school. As for the match, it was sad to see because Big Show could have killed R-Truth and Little Jimmy.)

Match#2: Rhodes and Sandow vs. The Usos
Winners: Rhodes Scholars
(Ugh...........boring as fuck.)

Match#3: Kaitlyn vs. Aksana
Winner: Kaitlyn
(Where to begin with this match? Well I saw my new crush in action. Both these women did do a good job wrestling. However, the sex appeal was all over the place. As a man, I felt like I was watching good porn on national television. I like that this did have a clean finish and also it showed that Aksana is getting better. Kaitlyn is going to be a champ in 2013.)

Match#4: Hornswoggle, The Great Khali, Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel vs. Primo, Epico, Darren Young and Titus O'Neil
Winner: Hornswoggle, The Great Khali, Tyson Kidd and Justin Gabriel
(This was like watching a bad train wreck. Nothing else to say but I am moving on.)

Match#5: Kofi Kingston vs. Alberto Del Rio
Winner: Kofi Kingston
(This was another setup match for the PPV. I guess I am shocked that this was a good match even with the bullshit. So I guess the regular fans will like this more but as for me, I though this was redundant.)

Main Event: Antonio Cesaro vs. Sheamus
Winner: Cesaro by countout.
(Big Show basically setup Sheamus to lose because he was going to beat up William Regal. This was the final setup for the PPV. As for the match, this should have ended clean because I hate Cesaro with a fucking passion.)

Final Thoughts: Well I am hoping that WWE TLC is going to bring back a glimpse of a new attitude era. At least this show did not end with a cliff hanger. However, this is WWE. See you all for the PPV and also Monday Night Raw/Slammy Awards Show.

Happy 200th Post To Gene The Grappler

Dear Gene The Grappler Fans and Friends of Gene The Grappler:

This is my 200th post to the Gene The Grappler Blog Series. Technically, I am ten short of 200 blogs because there are ten blogs with just a video but like the Rock says: It doesn't matter!!!!! So as we get to not only the end of the year but we approach the 1st anniversary of Gene The Grappler. Originally, I was going to say something classy and dignified. Then again, I write about wrestling shows, so I might have to be crass and blunt. I started this blog series after posting comments in various facebook wrestling groups. I wanted to speak my mind without being made fun of or mocked. I don't hide my identity. I don't hide my distaste for the bullshit that is WWE and TNA. I know about ROH and other indy wrestling promotions. I also want to remember the good, the bad and the shitty of WCW and ECW. I still remember my first wrestling match. I remember watching wrestling with my cousins. I remember seeing Hogan wrestle live. I remember meeting Big Show while he was in Detroit. Aside from my local sports teams, wrestling is like my fifth best thing. However, unlike Dolph Ziggler, I can do more for wrestling as a fan than anything else.

As I reflect on all the matches I have seen from WWF, WCW, ECW, TNA, NWA, SMW, and other wrestling promotion, I think wrestling as a whole is changing. I saw the best and the worst from WWE to crappy and mediocre of TNA. Unlike most of my local sports teams, I have seen many championships come and go. From the many reigns of Ric Flair to the short reigns of Big Show. I have seen guys that deserve titles and guys that should not even be called champ. I think as a fan, we should let wrestling promoters and promotions know who should get a push and who should be in mid card hell.

Finally, as I gear up for what's to come in wrestling, I want to remember the good things because it is easier to deal with the good aspects than the bullshit that people thinks it is good. I use the term wrestling because sports entertainment is bullshit. Football players can be considered sports entertainers. I see guys like CM Punk, Big Show, Austin Aries, and even now Bully Ray as wrestlers. Nothing more or less. Happy 200th post to Gene The Grappler. Let the bullshit pile up and hope to see 200 more post.

TNA Impact Review 12/13/12

Note: TNA Final Resolution sucked balls. I am being honest with that statement because this was not a final resolution of TNA. Also, seeing that we are close to the end of the year with TNA, I hope to see something good and better because Aces and Eights is getting old and Hogan needs to go off into the sunset. Here we go with TNA Impact..........

Match#1: Velvet Sky vs. Madison Rayne
Winner: Velvet Sky
(I really thought she was gone and Madison Rayne was next to leave. This was the most plain match ever for women's wrestling. I don't like either one. What made this so creepy is Taz talking about pigeons loose when Velvet Sky was shaking her flat ass . I think I will fucking puke after that shit.)

Match#2: Wes Brisco and Garett Bischoff vs. Robbie E and Robbie T
Winner: Brisco and Bischoff
(This was like watching jobbers versus rookies. This was boring and lackluster. Moving on........)

Match#4: Jeff Hardy & James Storm vs. Aces and Eights
Winners: Hardy and Storm
(This match set up the events of tonight's main event of the show. We found out that Bobby Roode was outbidded by Austin Aries for the services of Aces and Eights. This was more of a plot device for the show. We all know that Storm is the future of TNA and Hardy is gone for good in less than a month.)

Match#5: Kenny King vs. Rob Van Dam
Winner: Kenny King
(I hope this is a sign of change with the X Division Title. I say that because we all know that RVD is a paycheck player in TNA. Kenny King and guys like him are the future of TNA not RVD.)

Match#6: Bully Ray vs. Jesse
Winner: Bully Ray
(I have never saw an ass beating like that in years. This was so much of a mismatch. I am happy to have saw this live TV. This is going to be a good sign of what's to come with Bully Ray in 2013. Thank you Bully for changing your ways. You do deserve the main event now.)

Main Event: Austin Aries comes out and talks about paying off Aces & 8s. Aries mentions that Hogan jumped on the Jeff Hardy bandwagon and thats why he is pushing Hogan's buttons and won't stop until he gets his World title back. Hardy interrupts. Hardy says next week is championship Thursday and says Aries/Hardy III. Aries says he does it when he wants on his own time. The two argue more and then start to brawl. Hardy gets the upperhand and sets up Aries for the Swanton, but Aries bails and makes his way up the ramp. Show ends.
(So this was a big bulid up the ending was so fucking weak.)

Final Thoughts: Well the ending did not help the overrall show but then again, this was better than the PPV. I guess I can hope for more from TNA in 2013. At least the show did not end with a twist or cliff hanger. Ok so see you all for WWE Smackdown.

WWE Raw Review 12/10/12

Note: As we approach the end of the year, I remember what is noteworthy about life and things. WWE Monday Night Raw is not something I want to remember but then again, I don't want to remember where I was when Mr. McMahon was shoved into Big Show's ass. Here's WWE Monday Night Raw.

Opening Segment: Dolph Ziggler is in the ring at the top of a ladder. His Money in the Bank briefcase is hanging high. Ziggler says he's right where he belongs - at the top. Ziggler is here to talk about two numbers - 6 and 15. 6 is the number of days until TLC and 15 is the number of days until Christmas. Ziggler says for John Cena, Christmas and TLC are one in the same. Ziggler talks about how Cena has been handed opportunities but failed.
(There was more to this opening segment but it was getting boring as fuck to me. I guess Ziggler is making me bored to tears. I wish I could share more of my opinion but I am waiting until the end to speak.)

Match#1: R-Truth vs. Wade Barrett
Winner: R-Truth
(This was a good match to hype up the PPV. Both men are going after the mid card titles. So this was a good showing of the mid carders' #1 contender holders.)

Match#2 - Fatal 4 Way Match: The Usos vs. Darren Young & Titus O'Neil vs. Epico & Primo vs. Damien Sandow & Cody Rhodes
Winners: Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow
(I miss this team. The match was boring to a point.)

Match#3: Eve Torres vs. Alicia Fox
Winner: Eve Torres
(Boring.......)

Match#4: Sheamus vs. Dolph Ziggler
Winner by DQ: Sheamus
(Another match that is helping the guys hype up their matches. This was a good match to see. I love seeing good matches not shitty ones. Moving on.......)

Match#5: Alberto Del Rio vs. Zack Ryder
Winner: Alberto Del Rio
(No comment.........)

Match#6: Vickie Guerrero vs. AJ Lee
Winner: Vickie Guerrero
(No comment........)

Match#7: Kofi Kingston vs. Antonio Cesaro
Winner: Antonio Cesaro
(Boring........moving on.......)

Main Event: John Cena vs. Big Show
Winner by DQ: John Cena

After The Match: Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose make their way through the crowd to join Rollins in the ring. The Shield beat John Cena down as Show recovers from the match. They bring a table in the ring as Ziggler looks on from commentary. They set the table up in the corner but Kane's pyro goes off and out he comes with Daniel Bryan. Team Hell No fight The Shield off. Cena comes back up but Ziggler attacks him from behind. Cena and Ziggler brawl. Show joins in and drops Cena with a headbutt. Sheamus comes out and tackles Ziggler. Show goes for a chokeslam on Cena but Cena spears him through the table. The Shield bring Kane back in the ring and beat him down while Sheamus and Ziggler brawl on the floor. The fans chant for Ryback and here he comes. The Shield wait for him. Ryback throws a ladder at them and enters the ring. He fights all three off. Kane and Bryan join in the fight. Cena fights Show off. RAW goes off the air with everyone brawling in the ring.
(This was the best part of the night. Thank you guys for saving the ending to something boring and tedious.)

Final Thoughts: As we get to the end of the year, it is harder and harder to watch WWE without getting upset at matches and storylines. Most of this show was lame storylines, boring matches, and insulting people's intellegence. I wanted to be more excited to watch this show but it was same shit just a differennt twist. I guess I will hope TNA will fix the shit they presented from their PPV. See you all for TNA Impact...........

TNA Final Resolution PPV 12/9/12

Note: I honestly hope some of these matches end some of the storylines for this year. I also hope to see something new and different. Unlike WWE, TNA is trying to appease the fans. What upsets me is that they don't use their newer talent. Unlike WWE, TNA needs to do more to make their product more appeasing to fans. Also TNA needs to make new stars and not use old WWE starts to make a promotion. Here's TNA Final Resolution PPV.

Match#1: Kaz vs. James Storm
Winner: James Storm
(Well um, no comment right now.)

Match#2: Kenny King vs. RVD - TNA X Division Title Match
Winner: RVD
(KK was robbed. RVD needs to drop the title ASAP. This match was good but the ending was bullshit. RVD is TNA's resident paycheck player.)

Match#3: Matt Morgan and Joey Ryan vs. Chavo Guerrero and Hernadez - TNA Tag Team Title Match
Winners: Hernadez and Chavo by DQ
(This was boring to me. Nothing else to say. )

Match#4: Austin Aries vs. Bully Ray
Winner: Austin Aries
(This was a good match but feel like they could have done more for this match.)

Match#5: Tara vs. Mickie James - TNA KO Title Match
Winner: Tara
(Well I just got my biggest wet dream come true. I am sorry but this was more of a tease match.)

Match#6: Kurt Angle, Samoa Joe, Garrett Bischoff and Wes Brisco vs. Aces & 8s
Winners: Kurt Angle, Samoa Joe, Garrett Bischoff and Wes Brisco
(So confused with this match.....moving on.)

Match#7: Daniels vs. AJ Styles
Winner: Daniels
(Ugh, really? Damn it to hell!!!!!)

Main Event - TNA World Heavyweight Title Match: Bobby Roode vs. Jeff Hardy
Winner: Jeff Hardy
(No comment.........)

Final Thoughts: This PPV made me wish to have saw something else. I did not comment in depth in the matches because it was unbearable to watch this PPV. I say that because this was not a real PPV for even TNA standards. I think this whole PPV left me speecheless because this was garabage. Moving on to WWE Monday Night Raw...........

WWE Smackdown Review 12/7/12

Note: Last week's show was something I wanted to forget but I did. I keep reminding people that to me wrestling is something to remember for only a short amount of time because remembering wrestling matches and shows are like remembering the stats of Joe Montana duuring his career in Kansas City. With that said, I love the fact that slowly and surely we get something new. I hope it continues. Here's WWE Smackdown........

Opening Segment: Sheamus and Big Show kick off SmackDown. They're brought out to sign an agreement saying they won't touch each other until the TLC pay-per-view. They argue and Show is booked to wrestle next.

Match#1: Big Show vs. Daniel Bryan
Winner: Big Show
(This was a good way to start the show. I loved how the Shield took out DB. I guess this is how they roll now. Big Show is ready to face Sheamus but the hype is getting better.)

Match#2: 3MB vs. Brodus Clay and The Usos
Winners: 3MB
(This was a gimmie match. Also this was painful to watch because this was two team of jobbers trying to outdo each other. Moving on.....)

Match#3: Randy Orton vs. Wade Barrett
Winner: RKO
(This should have restarted their feud but this ended up doing something different. Kofi is a goof character. This new character is total bullshit to hype his match with Barrett. Wow.)

Match#4: The Great Khali and Hornswoggle vs. Epico and Primo
Winners: Khali and Hornswoggle
(No fucking comment........)

Main Event: Sheamus vs. Alberto Del Rio
Winner: Sheamus

After the match: Big Show came in and dared Sheamus to hit him. Sheamus threw Ricardo Rodrigues into The Big Show's crotch. The show ended with Sheamus celebrating.
(This was a good match and the hype for this title match is getting better. Thank you WWE for the slow hype for a match.)

Final Thoughts: This is a week were I don't have any real to nitpick. However, there is always WWE Monday Night Raw. See you all for Monday Night Raw.

TNA Impact Review 12/6/12

Note: This is the last TNA Impact before their last PPV of the 2012 year. This might be interesting. I say that because this is going to make this last month of TNA interesting to me to review and you all to read and stuff. Unlike WWE, TNA has been consistent in some regards. So I hope this is the beginning of something good. So here's TNA Impact.......

Match#1: Samoa Joe vs. Devon of Aces and Eights - TV Title Match
Winner: Devon - New TNA TV Champion
(I don't care who has this title. I loved that Devon wanted it back. I am glad that Samoa Joe held it for so long. So this was a good match. The ending was something from the past. I loved that this was not a long match but thanks to DOC and the typical blonde, Devon is champ. Good for Aces and Eights.)

Match#2: Robbie E. and Robbie T. vs. Chavo and Hernadez - Tag Title Match
Winner: Chavo and Hernadez
(This was boring except for Joey Ryan and Matt Morgan coming out.)

Match#3: Kurt Angle vs. DOC of Aces and Eights
Winner: Kurt Angle by DQ
(Good match. The ending sucked because Aces and Eights came in to interfer. Moving on.)

Match#4: Kenny King vs. Zema Ion vs. Kid Kash - #1 Contender for the X Division Title
Winner: Kenny King
(Good match. Love the action in the ring. Also love that this was not a clusterfuck. This is going to be a good match because King is due for this title. )

Main Event: Jeff Hardy, James Storm, and AJ Styles vs. Daniels, Kaz and Bobby Roode
Winner: Jeff Hardy, James Storm, and AJ Styles
(This was a clusterfuck. Not a good one. This was a match to see but this was sloppy to say the least. This was a good match if these men were in separate matches. This was not suppose to be a good match lumped together. I love the ending. I guess Bobby Roode paid Aces and Eights to take out Jeff Hardy. Good ending.)

Final Thoughts: I know there were some things I omitted from this episode of TNA Impact. I don't care if Velvet Sky is back. She can't wrestle and she is just a pair of tits and a good face. She has no talent. I loved that after all these years Tara and Mickie James can still be a good womens match. Don't care about AJ Styles and Daniels. Their feud is boring as fuck. I hope this shit is it or I will go HAM on TNA. Also don't care about the drama with Brooke, Bully Ray and Aries. I want to see them fight and they will at the PPV. Most of the show did not really setup the PPV but then again, it might be interesting to see some of these matches pop up at the PPV. The ending did save this show. Good night all. See you all for WWE Smackdown.

WWE Raw Review 12/3/12

Note: Usually I would remember what happened last week on Monday Night Raw. I do but then again, I try to forget to let something more useful in my mind. So with that said, I hope to remember this episode because it should help people want to by the PPV for this month. So let's watch WWE Monday Night Raw and hope to remember this episode.

Match#1: Prime Time Players vs. Team Hell No!
Winners: No Contest
(The Shield is beginning to be a force of nature in the WWE. What I just said is total bullshit. I am sorry but this match was garbage but thank you WWE for letting the Shield take out Daniel Bryan. Also, the whole suspense with them coming to the ring was boring.)

Match#2: Tamina Snuka vs. AJ Lee
Winner: AJ Lee
(This was a good match. I love seeing AJ Lee wrestle and also show that she was outmatched. Tamina was good and showed her strength. This was actually watchable but also entertaining because I think WWE is going to actually build the Divas division.)

Match#3: Dolph Ziggler and Big Show vs. John Cena and Sheamus
Winners: John Cena and Sheamus
(This match was a catalyst that setup some good matches for the next PPV. This was not the best match of the night but this did help the rating for the most part. I loved that Sheamus did make the most of this match. I love the end of this match. )

Match#4: Santino Marella vs. Damien Sandow
Winner: Damien Sandow
(Well ladies and gentleman, this is where I decided to change channels. Why? Because this was a dumb match. Also I want to know why is Damien Sandow is doing a gimmick with the fans. So I guess that plus Santino means it was boring.)

Match#5: Alberto Del Rio vs. Sin Cara
Winner: Alberto Del Rio
(No comment. Seen it before. Nothing new. Boring as fuck.)

Match#6: Brad Maddox vs. Randy Orton
Winner: Randy Orton
(My god RKO took out Maddox like in five seconds. This was not a fair match from the start. However, the Shield comes out to attack RKO. So now these guys are friends with Maddox and CM Punk? I smell a faction group in the works. This was a good relief from the earlier bullshit matches.)

Match#7: R-Truth vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Antonio Cesaro vs. Wade Barrett - U.S. Title Match
Winner: Antonio Cesaro
(That was a good ideal but the ending was total bullshit. I loved that all these guys put in good work. I mean all these guys wanted this title. Also this could be a good match of the year but the only thing was the ending messed up the quality of it. This was a good match but total bullshit. Cesaro should have lost this match.)

Main Event: The Miz wanted CM Punk to take a lie detector test to see if he's lying to the WWE Universe. If CM Punk lies at all then Ryback will face Paul Heyman. However, the Shield ruined the test and beat up The Miz. Then Team Hell No comes out to save The Miz. Then Ryback comes out to attack the Shield. Chaos is all over the ring. CM Punk beats up the Miz but Ryback beats up CM Punk with a ladder, a chair, and a table.
(Best ending ever!!!!! I would love to have saw a match but then again this was cool. Not only do we see Ryback get CM Punk but we also see Team Hell No get payback for The Shield beating them earlier. I wish for more endings like this. This made me reminisce of the attitude era with how DX or The Rock would end the show with a bang.)

Final Thoughts: Yet again, the last few matches and segments save this show. Why is it that the segments and matches from 10: 30 pm to 11:15pm makes up for the show's lackluster time prior. I mean it is hard to watch repeat matches but then we get bullshit segments and backstage segments. Until TNA Impact, let's hope we more good things from WWE.
