WWE Raw Review 2/18/13

Note: After last night's PPV, I hope tonight's show is going to setup something great with Wrestlemania. I want to see people return, people get into big feuds, and a lot of shit that will make us wrestling fans talk about it for days. This is the big event for the WWE. We don't want to see shit that will waste our time. We want action, drama, and maybe something to be happy and proud for. Here's WWE Raw.......

Opening Segment: John Cena comes out to talk about his match at Wrestlemania with The Rock for the WWE Title. CM Punk comes out to remind Cena that he never beat him. So they will have a match next week for the WWE Title shot.
(I hoped this was going to happen tonight but next week is good because we will either have a three way for the WWE title or we will see something different for the WWE title match because I don't want to see Cena/Rock II. I know who will win at that match.)

Match#1: Mark Henry vs. Sin Cara
Winner: Mark Henry
(This was bullshit. I knew this was filler from the start. Plus it made an opening for a possible match with Mark Henry and Great Khali. Other than that, this was total garbage. Nothing new to see here. Moving on to the next match.)

Match#2: Antonio Cesaro vs. The Miz - No DQ/Non Title Match
Winner: The Miz
(Well this was a better match than the one they had last night. At least this ended clean. We all know that The Miz is on punishment for what he did to CM Punk. So this was more so a bullshit match to watch on TV but it was a good match with even the whole thing under a No DQ rule. So I guess this was a better match that on PPV.)

Match#3: Dolph Ziggler vs. Alberto Del Rio - Non Title Match
Winner: Alberto Del Rio
(We could have saw Ziggler steal the show and cashed in his MITB contract. I was cheering him on. I was happy to see him try this. Ricardo stop it at first but ulitmately Alberto Del Rio woke up and stopped this. I would have loved to see this title change. However, this was more entertaining than watching the original match.)

Match#4: Brodus Clay, Tensai and Naomi vs. Epico, Primo and Rosa Mendes
Winners: Brodus Clay, Tensai and Naomi
(This was bullshit!!!!! This was bullshit!!!!!This was bullshit!!!!! This was bullshit!!!!!This was bullshit!!!!! This was bullshit!!!!!This was bullshit!!!!! This was bullshit!!!!!This was bullshit!!!!! This was bullshit!!!!!This was bullshit!!!!! This was bullshit!!!!!This was bullshit!!!!! This was bullshit!!!!!This was bullshit!!!!! This was bullshit!!!!!This was bullshit!!!!! This was bullshit!!!!!This was bullshit!!!!! This was bullshit!!!!!This was bullshit!!!!! This was bullshit!!!!!This was bullshit!!!!! This was bullshit!!!!!This was bullshit!!!!! This was bullshit!!!!!This was bullshit!!!!! This was bullshit!!!!! Get the point, because this was bullshit!!!!! This was bullshit!!!!!)

Match#5: Daniel Bryan vs. Jack Swagger
Winner: Jack Swagger
(Well this was a good match even without the racist and bigoted propaganda prior to the match. Daniel Bryan was coming into this match to get a win. However, Swagger and his buddy are out to spew the racist bullshit that is setting up a good feud with ADR/RR. The match was good until the ending but then again it is better than nothing at all.)

Match#6: The Shield vs. Ryback, Sheamus and Chris Jerricho
Winners: The Shield
(This was a great match. I love that Y2J wanted to be in this match. We saw everything. This could be a great match in the short run but people might forget about this match by mid Summer. This is going to keep the feud from being stale but we hope to see something more in the future.)

Match#7: Damien Sandow vs. Kofi Kingston
Winner: No Contest
(Thank you R-Truth for making this a better match than the one we were about to see. This was not bullshit!!!!)

Match#8: Randy Orton vs. Kane
Winner: Randy Orton
(This was a classic match to say at the least. I think RKO said that Kane is not the same as he was. I loved every second of this match. Thank you WWE for this flashback match.)

Main Event: The Rock shows off the new WWE title. CM Punk and John Cena brawl outside the ring.
(I hope we get a triple threat match at Wrestlemania. I love the new WWE title. Thank you Rocky for finally getting rid of the shitty title that Cena used. We all know that Cena will have the title back bit no more spinner title. I will say this is not bullshit but I want people to know that we need more substance for the title match because we need something different for the title match.)

Final Thoughts: This show was not total bullshit. We did see something new but there were a lot of questions unanswered. Also we did get to see a new title but we do have to let go of having to see Rock/Cena II. Most of the show was good to setup more points and drama for Wrestlemania. I did forget about Vince and Paul Heyman fighting next week but this will set up Brock/Triple H II. So until TNA Impact, please enjoy the week.
