Note: Unlike TNA last night, I will try to watch this show in its entirety. I try to watch these shows as a fan but most nights it is hard to do so because you expect a lot but get shit. I am getting to the point of making SvR videos just to make good show without the bullshit of plot or commentary. By the way, I was going to do a special blog about the TNA show in Detroit this weekend but due to the fact that TNA lied about it being a soldout, I will have to wait for another opportunity to see TNA live. Here's WWE Smackdown..........
Opening Segment: Ricardo Rodriguez and Alberto Del Rio come to the ring. Del Rio talks about Jack Swagger's new attitude. Del Rio says this country was built by immigrants. Del Rio calls Swagger out but Randy Orton appears instead.
(I want to say that I like this match for Wrestlemania. I want to say that this is going to be a good match to see at the PPV. However, with all the right wing crap being thrown at us, it is hard to be a fan of this match. I would rather see this become a three way match because we all know what will really happen. All I have to say is Ziggler will steal the show.)
Match#1: Damien Sandow vs. Sheamus
Winner: Sheamus
(This was looking to be a good match to see. However, this quickly became a match of the super face vs. the pretty jobber. This was quick, fast and the poit was that Sheamus is going to win and Damien was going to be the jobber of the night. I like Damien's character but don't kill it before it comes to full term. As for Sheamus, he will be in a Wrestlemania match of some kind.)
Match#2: Aksana and Tamina vs. Kaitlyn and Layla
Winners: Kaitlyn and Layla
(Well this is my softcore porn moment. Four women in the ring and there is not a lot of time to react. This was heaven to me to watch this match. I know WWE hates their divas championship and the women's division but I love WWE divas. I was hoping this math would be longer but it was short and to the point. I did get to see my WWE crush: Kaitlyn. I also saw Tamina and love to see how tall she is in life. Well thank you WWE for this slice of heaven.)
Math#3: Jack Swagger vs. Randy Orton
Winner: Jack Swagger
(This is the one rare time that I feel the match should have went a different way. RKO is not a jobber. RKO is not some kid breaking in the business. RKO is the legend killer and the apex predator. This match should have been his. Jack Swagger and his anti immigrant gimmick insults me. There no such thing as a true American except the Native Americans. I wanted to see more and a longer match but this was close to bullshit.)
Match#4: The Miz vs. Cody Rhodes
Winner: The Miz
(This was a joke of a match. I wanted to see something fresh and new. I am going to move on because this match was boring to me and to those who wanted to see something different. This was bullshit!!!!!!)
Main Event: Alberto Del Rio vs. Wade Barrett - Non Title Match
Winner: Alberto Del Rio
(I rarely say that Smackdown's main event was good. This was good. I only say that because we see champion vs. champion in the WWE. WHC vs. IC title match is something I wanted to see. Also, it was hard to listen to this match with the ingornat property. I love the match. We saw action and some good wrestling. The ending sucked because we all know that WWE could do better at the end of Smackdown. Thank you for the effort. )
Final Thoughts: Well I see why people did not really talk about the entire show. I barely sat through the show without wanting to quit. I don't have much to say because the whole show was not bad. I guess this is going to be an off week for me because at least this week was short and sweet. See you guys for WWE Raw................
