WWE Raw Review 2/24/14

Note: Well after the mess that was the Elimination Chamber PPV, it is time to see WWE Raw. I hate that the internet ruins any surprises that the WWE could give us. So we know that Hulk Hogan is back in the WWE but for what? Basically, nothing have changed in the WWE. Everyone who is champion stil has their titles. Last night was bad for business. Tonight should be good for business since we will have over a month to make matches and feuds for Wrestlemania 30. Who else will be coming back in WWE? Who else will be in the WWE HOF for this year? Time to watch WWE Raw and hope for something to cleanse us from the bad PPV.

Match#1: Alberto Del Rio vs. Batista
Winner: Alberto Del Rio
(I call this last night. Why was this repeated? To set up something with the main event of Wrestlemania. So ADR won this match, thanks to RKO coming out to distract Batista. I laughed my ass off when RKO comes out and ADR took advantage of the distraction. As soon as both RKO and Batista talked, well I tuned it out. Moving on...)

Match#2: Cesaro vs. Big E.
Winner: Big E. by DQ
(Good news is that Big E. is still the man. Bad news is that Real Americans might break up. This was not a boring match but basically, the point of this match was to tease the break up of Real Americans. So Big E. wins by DQ but loses because Cesaro still takes him out with a Neutralizer.)

Match#3: Christian vs. Sheamus
Winner: Sheamus
(This was so long that I had time to eat dinner and desert, wash my dishes and even take shower. This was a long match. Why was this match so fucking long? What was the point? Especially, since we know Christian is leaving soon and have nothing to gain with this match. Sheamus is just in mid card for life. So moving on...)

Match#4: Daniel Bryan vs. Kane
Winner: Daniel Bryan
(So this match was setup at the pre show for WWE Raw? Pre show for WWE Raw? What the fuck? Anyways, this was as good as we will get right now. Kane is still good and should not have been forced into semi retirement. This was good for business but seeing Bryan in the main event at Wrestlmania. As good as Bryan is in the ring, it is sad to see him buried by WWE. He wants to face Triple H at Wrestlemania 30. I say give it to him. Seeing that CM Punk is not going to face Triple H. )

Match#5: Summer Rae vs. Emma
Winner: Emma
(I watched these women in NXT. They had some good ass matches in NXT. This is WWE Raw. There is a difference. Both of these women were different in NXT. They actually wrestled and did some cool moves for women. However, this shit was sad to watch. This was so slow and clumsy. I think it is sad that the current NXT women's champion won't be in the main roster but Emma is. What's funny was this ended with a submission but is she comes off as a klutz. )

Match#6: New Age Outlaws vs. The Usos
Winners: The Usos
(Um what the fuck just happened? So you just made this rematch short and to the point? Wow, that's a first. What else can I say about this match? Nothing, so moving on...)

Main Event: Roman Reign vs. Bray Wyatt
Winner: Roman Reign by DQ
(Good news is this would have been a good main event. However, this was short because of Brock Lesnar. Hopefully, we will see another match with these men soon. Time to end this review. )

Final Thoughts: So we will see Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar. We will see Hulk Hogan host the 30th annual Wrestlemania. The WWE Network is up and running. We are at the home stretch of the road to Wrestlemania. All that is so far is the good news. Daniel Bryan takes over what CM Punk was going to do - feud with Triple H. John Cena might miss Wrestlemania thanks to the Wyatt Family. We are done with the shitty celebration of black history in WWE. Now for the actual show, well the show was a good filler and did fix some things that was bad for business. I guess we will see what happens when WWE Raw will come to Chicago. See you all for TNA Impact...
