TNA Impact Review 11/8/12

Note: Last week's TNA Impact is a blur to me. I say that because I do tend to move on with the current and not with the past. WWE has had two live shows this week. Not to mention a side show that should have been aired before the b show. As for TNA, it is the drama known as Aces and Eights vs. TNA. Sounds familiar? Well Aces and Eights is equal to NWO of WCW/WWE fame. Why does wrestling have to use a faction to bring in fans? I guess it has something to do with attention spans of fans. So we will hope the drama of Aces and Eights get closer to the end. Here's TNA Impact.........

Match#1: AJ Styles vs. Bobby Roode
Winner: Bobby Roode
(This is how you start a show. My god, this was wall to wall action. I love AJ Styles! Bobby Roode was still the best damn wrestler in the company. This was a good match because it was action all the way. No slowing down. Even with James Storm at ringside and at commentary, this was a good match. I think their match on Sunday might be a match of the year candidate if they don't fuck up the action. Thank you TNA for this match. )

Match#2: ODB vs. Tara and Jesse
Winner: ODB
(Why was ODB taking on two people alone? Where is EY? This storyline should be about the KO title. I don't want to see her fake boyfriend. Also EY is doing a TV show and I think I saw that he might be done with TNA. We will see. This was not a good match but it was funny to see these people make a match out of shit.)

Match#3: Kurt Angle and Sting vs. Devon and Doc
Winners: Kurt and Sting by DQ
(Aces and Eights took out Sting. Doc might have earned his spot in the group. This was not a good match. This was a clusterfuck. I will say again that this was a clusterfuck. I think this was unbearable because Sting is not the same guy. Same with Angle. This was an awkward match. Sting might be out. Aces and Eights need to hurry up and take over like NWO did of WCW back in the day.)

Match#4: Kaz, Daniels, and Magnus vs. Samoa Joe, Hernadez, and Chavo
Winners: Kaz, Daniels, and Magnus
(This was another clusterfuck. This was like watching a car and a train wreck at the same time. Bodies were all over and it was hard to follow the action with all the bodies. This was a good clusterfuck because it did give momentum for the guys involved for the PPV this Sunday.)

Main Event: Confrontation with Jeff Hardy and Austin Aries before their match at the PPV this Sunday.
(This was boring to me. We all know that Hardy is a ladder man. We all know that he is going to act a fool at the PPV. There will be flying and ladder thrown around. Aries is going to be up against a crazed man. This will be a good match for the title but this segment could have been avoided.)

Final Thoughts: Most of the show was build up and hype for the PPV this Sunday. I like that the guy who was on last weeks Gut Check is a part of TNA. That was a good point of the show. Also seeing Tazz and hearing him acknowledge that he was affected by the storm. TNA is doing a good job getting more wrestlers to be a part of TNA. I love that they use old WWE guys that were basically in mid card hell. TNA really does not have jobbers but they do have guys that help with the house shows. I cannot wait to see the PPV. Also can't wait to see what happens on Monday Night Raw. Until Sunday and Monday, this might be a Turning Point for TNA and also for me as well.
