WWE Raw Review 3/10/14

Note: Well we are three weeks from Wrestlemania 30. That's good because it means we can really get some good hype for some of the matches we like to see in the PPV. Also it does suck that because of the internet, we have people spoiling the possible main event changes or other things for Wrestlemania. So as we watch, let's hope Hulk Hogan doesn't mess up things for the PPV and we get to see something different and cool. Here we go with WWE Raw...

Match#1: John Cena vs. Erick Rowan
Winner: John Cena
(This was a typical Cena match. With Hogan in his corner, it was like watching the past and the present of the WWE. I was actually happy to see Cena have a match before the main event. Even happier to see this match as the opening match because get Cena off the show quick and painless. I was not into this match and was bored. Moving on...)

Match#2: The Usos vs. Ryback and Curtis Axel
Winners: The Usos
(I actually was more into this match than the prior match. The thing is that we have seen this match over and over. The thing that is different is the tag titles are on The Usos. So this was actually a match where we could have had a real possibility that Ryback and Axel could have a later title shot. However, the Usos won. Also I actually cannot wait to see New Age Outlaws get their rematch. )

Match#3: Big E. vs. Jack Swagger
Winner: Big E.
(I feel sorry for Big E because he is stuck in the middle of another team breaking up. Also it should be said that if the IC title is not going to be defended at Wrestlemania then just retire the title. No need to have titles that aren't being defended at PPVs if they cannot write people into a storyline for the title. As for Real Americans, either break up or fix it. )

Match#4: Cody Rhodes and Goldust vs. Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins
Winners: Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins
(I was happy to see this match but not happy to see this match for nothing. This would have been better if for the titles or the #1 title shot. I think if the Shield is going to end, then it is time to really put the U.S. title up soon. Seeing that that title is more of a joke than the IC title. )

Match#5: AJ Lee and Tamina Snuka vs. Bella Twins
Winners: Bellas Twins
(As much as I love AJ Lee, this match madde me so fucking mad that I refuse to watch another match with the Bellas. So from this point forward, no more reviews of any Bella twin or even Eva Marie. So moving on...)

Match#6: Sheamus vs. Christian - WWE App/Memphis Street Fight
Winner: Sheamus
(We have seen this match too many times but at least this was a rare treat to have a street fight with weapons. Sheamus kicking through the bass drum to Christian was actually a good thing. Also seeing kendo sticks and steel chairs were a nice touch. I know WWE won't do blood but something better would have been fire. Thank you WWE. )

Main Event: Batista and Randy Orton vs. Daniel Bryan and Big Show
Winners: Daniel Bryan and Big Show
(After seeing the people take over the ring to help Daniel Bryan get his match with Triple H and a possible title match, this was basically a pointless match. I mean it was a good match but pointless because now RKO will act more like a weasel and Batista is going to be more of a douche bag. So maybe this week was when we saw a pointless main event. )

Final Thoughts: Well I never thought we would see people take over a WWE show. Even though this was planned, it was awesome to see people in the Yes Movement stop the show so Daniel Bryan get his match with Triple H and also the possible chance to be in the main event of Wrestlemania. Also it should be said that if this was to happen in real life, people would be arrested. So we got possibily two matches that people wanted to see at Wrestlemania 30. This was suppose to be given to CM Punk but he assumed he was going to get jobbed to Triple H. Another match that was going around in the internet was John Cena and Bray Wyatt. We will see that match and John Cena will either kill this character or help this character. Hogan's announcement for a 30 Man Battle Royal in honor of Andre The Giant is a good thing and hopefully will be something that continues. Most of the show was about Daniel Bryan and his Yes Movement. So the actual matches in this episode were overshadowed. See you all for TNA Impact - The Aftermath of Lockdown.
