WWE Wrestlemania XXX 4/6/14

Note: WWE Wrestlemania is the Super Bowl of WWE. This is suppose to be the PPV that showcase the the good talent and also the streak that the Undertaker built. This PPV is suppose to be the best thing in the WWE. Before I begin this review, this is the time to recap all the bullshit with WWE has basically done to setup this PPV. I promise this is going to be brief. So basically the main event was going to be shitty because we don't want to see Orton vs. Batista. So basically add in the possible reunion of Evolution in the main event or Daniel Bryan who should have gotten the title match in the first place. Then you setup Taker with an oppenent who he should faced years ago. Taker is due for retirement within the next few years. Then you setup a clusterfuck with the Divas Title at the last minute because you want to setup bullshit with the Divas show on E!. Basically, this is not a Wrestlemania PPV but a shitty PPV. However, let's see how WWE fixes this mess. Here we go with WWE Wrestlemania 30.

PreShow/Match#1: Cesaro & Jack Swagger vs. Los Matadores vs. Ryback & Curtis Axel vs. The Usos - Elimination Match for the WWE Tag Team Titles
Winners: The Usos
(As much as I try not to understand the concept of the pre show and the pre show match, I wonder why this was the pre show. Seeing that this was going to be a title match with implications. I will admit that this was a better title defense for the Usos. I feel that the Usos, Los Matadores, and Real Americans are the real tag teams because Ryback and Curtis Axel aren't. I hope when they bring up the teams in NXT then the Usos have real competition. )

Match#2: Triple H vs. Daniel Bryan - Winner will be in the main event of Wrestlemania for the WWE World Heavyweight Title
Winner: Daniel Bryan
(As I was watching this match, I wondered what if this was Triple H vs. CM Punk. I only say that because if he did not walk out on the WWE, we might be seeing him in this role rather than Daniel Bryan. Now I will admit that this match was not expected at Wrestlemania but the people in it are different. Triple H has proved that he belongs as COO of WWE and also the top main eventer in WWE. This was to make up for all the roadblocks from last year's Summer Slam until now. The match was good because we got to see basically the PG Era vs. Attitude Era. I will admit that I was glad to see Daniel Bryan win but thank you Triple H for making him look good. )

Match#3: The Shield vs. Kane and The New Age Outlaws
Winners: The Shield
(Well this is a confusing match for me. This was suppose to make the The Shield look weak but it did not. It was suppose to make Kane and New Age Outlaws look good but it didn't. This was basically a weird match. I wanted to see something different. However, I think it is something to see when these men face off again on Raw tomorrow because we all know that this was just weird. )

Match#4: 30 Man Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal
(Sheamus, Big Show, Yoshi Tatsu, Brad Maddox, The Great Khali, Brodus Clay, 3MB (Heath Slater, Drew McIntyre and Jinder Mahal), Zack Ryder, Darren Young, Mark Henry, Rey Mysterio, Dolph Ziggler, Titus O'Neil, Santino Marella, The Miz, Cesaro, Sheamus, Alberto Del Rio, Damien Sandow, Big E, Justin Gabriel, Sin Cara, David Otunga, R-Truth, Goldust, Cody Rhodes, Tyson Kidd and others.)
Winner: Cesaro
(This was basically Royal Rumble Part 2. Unlike having the winner have a title shot, we got someone with a big ass trophy. I will admit that this was more so a jobber clusterfuck. I mean even Zack Ryder and David Otunga was in this mess of a match. Basically this was a shock to see Cesaro win and also make up for all the loses he had before. )

Match#5: John Cena vs. Bray Wyatt
Winner: John Cena
(After all the hype and all the bullshit, this was another typical Cena match. So rather to waste time on this match, moving on...)

Match#6: Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar - Beast vs. The Streak
Winner: Brock Lesnar
(Good news is that we got to see another good showing from the man who is the main event of my childhood. He basically shows that he is not going away anytime soon. This match should have been done years ago while both men were in the WWE. Before Brock's departure to the UFC. Now that I got that out of the way, let's get to the bad news. We all just saw the best fucking thing in WWE ever go down the drain. After over 20 years of winning at Wrestlemania we got to see Taker basically lay down and die for Brock Lesnar. This was Taker's retirement plan in a nutshell. I'm not going to cry over this. I am not going to act shocked. I am upset that it ended this way. It is sort of like finding out that Santa Claus isn't real. This will be buried on WWE Raw tomorrow. )

Match#7: AJ Lee vs. The Rest of WWE Divas - Vickie Guerrero Divas Championship Invitational
Winner: AJ Lee
(So you just witnessed the shocker of all time? What do you expect to see after this match? The clusterfuck of all clusterfucks. This is basically AJ Lee vs. The World. This was thrown together because they needed drama for the Divas show on E! This was a quick match which is sad because it was pointless to begin with. Time to end this show...)

Main Event: Batista vs. Daniel Bryan vs. Randy Orton - WWE World Heavyweight Title Match
Winner: Daniel Bryan - New WWE World Heavyweight Champion
(I wonder if this was changed after what happened with Taker. If it was, this couldn't help save the worst WM ever. I will admit that this could have changed the way we see WWE. I was happy he won the match and the titles but at the same time sad because how long will he be champion. This could lead to another vacant championship. We will see. )

Final Thoughts: Well, I think it is fitting that the best party place in the U.S. is the scene for the most shitty and shocking PPV of the year. This was sad to watch but felt sorry for those who watch this on the WWE Network and also paid the full price for it. This was a sad show. I mean it is hard to think this will be a good show to watch on DVD or replays. People will associate this PPV with events like the Montreal Screw Job. Basically, tomorrow night on Raw will have to either clean up this mess or make this PPV worse off. We will see. See you all for WWE Raw.
